Ultrasabers delivers the best replica and combat lightsabers, hands down. Their shipping may be a bit slow, but given the recent rush of business prompted by the holidays and movies and the fact that they are currently fulfilling a much larger demand than in the past, this is more than forgivable with a bit of Jedi-like patience. All in all, I truly cannot say anything bad about them. I have purchased two lightsabers from them and found their site easy to navigate, customer service delightfully personable and caring, and their products to be more than worth every penny. The Force truly is strong with their capable and excellent staff.
My son is beyond satisfied! Will probably order again in the future. Thank you for answering all my emails.

The contact with ultra sabers was just to check the shipping status of the lightsaber (because I was that excited for my first saber to arrive), and the responses were quick and informative. Lead time for my saber was ~20 business days as opposed to 8-14, but I understood the delay with the numerous orders a new Star Wars movie would cause. The saber was well worth the wait. I'll probably order another one at some point.
The production time of this was way too long and what's worse is the lack of communication I received about the delay. It was only when I inquired after 14 business days about my order that I received a generic response that indicated they were running behind but not information about when I could expect the order. It was a 3 year olds birthday present and ended up being extremely late.
I had a decent idea of what to expect but I was still pretty skeptical until it finally arrived. Just holding this thing in your hands feels awesome. Not to mention turning it on in a dark room, it always makes people wow. I'm extremely pleased with my saber and I cannot wait to order another one!

I love the build quality and craftmanship. The customer service is excellent, as I had to change a few things about my order after I had already ordered, and they happily obliged. I got my saber exactly the way I wanted it!
I received my lighstaber in the mail today and absolutely love it! The only negative I have is how long it took for me to get my saber. It took almost 3 full weeks to arrive. I wasn't expecting a wait that long. The saber was well worth the wait though. Very pleased!
I had a good experience with this company. They sent out what I ordered and responded back to my inquiry when I emailed. The products work great ready to go when I got them, my daughter and I really like them. If they had a customer service rep answering phone calls I bet they would get a ton more orders though and grow much faster. A custom product takes time to manufacture and to ship out, people need to stop freaking out because it took 3 weeks to ship out or a little more. It's not like this product is medicine that will cure an illness and is needed asap. Society has gotten to the point that everything is needed asap and right away otherwise it isn't good. That's wrong. Good things come to those who wait. If you need something earlier order it in advance.
There were delays in getting shipment but we understand there was a backlog after the holidays so we patiently waited. It was worth the wait! My teenage son was overjoyed to get his saber. It is everything he imagined and more. Thank you!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
