I made 2 orders; in both cases a) went radio silent for a month, no way to track progress, b) then said for each order the main component was not available and should be switched for timely delivery; we agreed on one order and chose to wait (another 5 weeks) for the other order. In each case I asked questions, sometimes repeatedly, to the person who emailed me to tell me I should switch from what I ordered, and my queries were never answered or even acknowledged. For the one order I agreed to their proposed switch on, delivery was roughly timely (they said 3-5 days, it took 7 business days), but in addition to the main component which we agreed to switch they also switched the 2ndary component without telling us. Now I am dreading the arrival of the 2nd, delayed order (which, as before the bait-and-switch request, is radio silent and untrackable) to find what else they will switch without telling us. All the whilethere has been a daily barrage of emails of discounts and loyalty awards which is extremely bold for a company that barely delivers anything, not what is ordered, and not in any kind of timely or transparent manner. This has to be the worst web business I have ever dealt with.
The lightsabers i ordered took forever to come in and it took over a month for someone from customer service to get back to me after weeks emailing them not to mention i still haven't received my order #*******
I bought a saber back in Feb. It took 2 months to get to me w/e it was covid they said they had issues with parts. Finally get it, sweet hilt pretty cool. I turn it on maybe 3 times and it doesn't work anymore. Tried to swap the batteries, tried charging. Nothing. Tried to email and call no response from either. I would go elsewhere with my purchase. I noticed on their site the have over 5k 5 star ratings, but I can't figure out how to leave a rating. However look at their ratings on sites where they don't control who can post. They are terrible to wait for no response if anything is wrong. Buyer beware.

It took a long time but overall, great product
Lightsaber has an inherent 'issue' with regard to removing/accessing batteries when blade plug is installed instead of an actual blade.
Contacted Customer Service who took a very long time to respond. Eventually I was advised I had to purchase a custom spacer to prevent the issue. While polite, the CSRep just didn't understand the problem and wouldn't/couldn't connect me to a technical person that would better understand my situation.
I had to pay for the custom item as well as shipping to fix a problem they created.
I still have not heard back from anyone willing to talk to me about the problem. They should fix it and they should not charge me for their band-aid solution.
Overall I was very impressed with the weight and balance of the saber however it was missing the attachment clip which was part of my order, i sent out an email requesting the clip be shipped to be as it was part of my order however, I have not received any response nor the clip which leaves a poor opinion of ultrasaber
And they're telling us they can't ship until December.
I'm not even sure we'll ever get them at this point.
The product was really good and came relatively fast for being a custom product. The place where I'm conflicted is that my roommate ordered a lightsaber the same night that I did right next to me and his still hasn't even been processed (ordered on june 30- current date sept 1). The charge went through to his bank account too so the billing went right apparently. He has reached out multiple times with no response. This is really frustrating since the only reason I got an UltraSaber was to duel with him, now I'm the one with a glorified flashlight sitting in the corner of my room that I have no use for since my roommate still needs his!
While the saber I got was perfect timing and very nice, When I tried to contact ultrasabers through email they never responded. But overall it is still a nice company.
Customer Service was hard to get a response from and was quite delayed but I believe it must be due to things from COVID. Delivery time was extremely delayed, but again, I'm sure that was related to COVID.
The products did arrive but were missing some parts. Customer service did help me get them though so in the end everythign worked out.
Pretty easy to pick options and understand everything.
My first one took awhile and this one that I got was really huge and I love it

Our first order was understandable with the pandemic, once it shipped it came in very timely. Then we immediately made another order which came in quickly. We made a 3rd order of more custom sabers and really excited for them to ship

I've sent you over 5 emails no reply, I've tried calling no answer and your voicemail is full. I ordered 4 mystery boxes I only received 2 of them and the Sabers I did receive are the exact same! I'm still waiting on my custom saber from June.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
