Order was placed for a ready made Saber. 2 months later it arrives. I emailed a couple times and never received a response. I honestly haven't decided if I will buy from again.

Very happy with the product. Great lightsabers for a lot of fun whatever your age!
It took them over a month to tell me that they didn't have the parts for my order. Gave me the option of waiting for the parts to come in (which they didn't know when they would be) or downgrade to a lesser sword. Emailing them usually took them 3-4 days to respond so it was very frustrating to communicate with them. There is a reason they don't list their number or have a chat service, they don't want to be bothered. The sword was awesome however when it finally arrived.

Shady. 13+ weeks to tell me my order was out of stock (7-9 more weeks). Thank god for credit card chargebacks to protect me from their 20% "restocking fee" (restocking an out of stock item?)

I made a purchase on April 30,2020, passed more than 4 month we are on sep 3,2020. I didn't Receive anything, I email no answer, order show as processing.
My lightsaber came faster than I expected and was in great shape! I recommended them to so many of my peers, I will 100% go looking here again!

I made a Lightsaber order. We didn't get anything about it until a month later when we asked them what was taking so long. Now that it's here though, i'm VERY happy. Overall: Product is amazing, shipping was a pain in the butt
Non existent customer service
My son LOVES IT!
Order the 6th of June a litesaber for my son with international shipping.
On the 8th of August i received an email from Ultrasabers of i want to respond of the Sander was arrived yet or not.
We replied between de 8th of August and now about 5 times! Till today not amy reply
TERRIBLE place to buy. None existing customer service, no one answers the phone and they don't even bother replying to your emails. I bought 4 sabers valued worth 2 thousand dollars 3 months ago, have yet to receive the merchandise or ANY information from them
