The shipping to Alaska it usually take a long time but the waiting time is 2-3 weeks the details is Perfect of the handle.

First of all, absolute 10 out of 10 on their sabers. Their product is amazing every time.
What I can't understand is WHY whatever is going on behind the scenes with shipping is such an embarrassing train wreck. I previously ordered 4 sabers for some family as an epic surprise. It took an extremely long time to ever end up shipping. On this order, I ordered the simplest thing on the website with "2-day shipping". I want to say ahead of time, DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING. These guys are abysmal when it comes to sending anything out, every time. Instead of being prioritized at all or even being processed my 2-day order sat on the shelf for more than 2 months until I started leaving voicemails/emails. After that it suddenly shipped the next day with NO response from the company on phone or email, as if it was ready to goddamn go the entire time. My order included a "Mystery Box" and Ultraedge blade which are supposedly pre-boxed and ready to throw in the mail. How in the actual balls grabbing that box and putting it in the mail becomes so complicated is beyond me. Nothing was custom built, no colors or hilts were selected, everything should have been supposedly pre-boxed and ready to fire.
I would absolutely recommend them and 5/5 star their company for the product itself. I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone with their current shipping habits. It's hard to tell anyone something is great and worth buying when it consistently DOESN'T SHOW UP until you've harassed them into sending it.
The "vented holes" near the top of my lightsaber hilt were not completed, they left a metal piece inside one of them. And my medium grade blade is very slightly bent

I finally made the plunge to buy an Ultra Saber! I am letting fate select the saber for me, and I am sure that no matter what, I will not be disappointed!
My son absolutely loved the Saber. I ordered the Saber on July 7th. 2 weeks later NOTHING. I ordered it as a birthday gift I understand due to COVID shipping would be off that was no issue. I called and emailed numerous times about an update... NOTHING! I regularly checked my account for updates and it showed "still processing." The product is great, it's the communication that needs tweaking. Oh and thankfully it did arrive a few days before his birthday.

Terrible customer service. I sent probably 20 emails and maybe at least 1-2 phone calls per day for 2 MONTHS (100+ calls) and did not hear back once... unacceptable. I finally got in contact with someone from customer service (probably like winning the lottery) who updated my shipping address for me and then my package shipped that same day; this means it was always ready to ship but didn't until the saw my email, so I'm not sure I would have ever got my product if it wasn't for my harassment of their customer service department (who were great once I got ahold of them, only reason I'm giving 2 stars). Also, the product is phenomenal.
Why did it take 3 months to ship 1 piece of the Ultrasaber? I understand COVID is impating everyone but it was just a cap so I can ignite the saber while the blade isn't in it.

Took more than a month to ship. No response to numerous emails and no answers to phone calls. Order did eventually show up with what I ordered.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
