I had entered the wrong shipping address when I ordered.
So I was really happy to answer your kind reply when I spend the mail.
The blade came with cheap electronics, bad craftsmanship as far as wiring goes, cheap led and mediocre light. The only good thing about it was the machined aluminum hilt.
Excellent product.
I bought a Guardian sabre with flash on clash for my daughter as a special birthday gift and couldn't be more impressed. Order delivery was inside the stated time frame. The quality of materials used are premium giving the sabre a solid feel without being over weight. Blade and hilt assembly was achieved easily by one of many helpful videos and the sound and optics are right on the mark. Overall, it's just been lifted direct from a Jedi waist belt and now, I want one!

LOVE the sabers. Quality looks incredible! Only critiques I would offer... the website is difficult to follow. Too much info on screen and the hex-key sent with the Emperors Hand hilt was the wrong size. Not a big issue. Very easy and simple to order and the product is amazing quality although I have received 2 shipping charges for FedEx for my orders, I was under the impression that the shipping from ultrasaber would cover something like that

Customer service was excellent! This was my first purchase from Ultrasabers as a present for my son. The Dark Initiate LE v4 I originally ordered went on back order after my order was placed. Ultrasabers worked with me to deliver a Dominix LE v4 instead, and they were able to deliver it within 12 days from when my original order was placed.
