There was great communication between myself and the sales staff. Order updates, back orders and all other related issues.
There is no customer service. I called the number on the website and emailed not only the email on the website, but also the shipping email the phone recording told me to email (and no response).
The saber I received (on September 4th, after ordering on July 8th) satisfies the requirements of the $75 mystery box promotion. It works (an unpainted Aeon V3, with no sound card and no driver).
It's green.
Just no customer service. But the saber is awesome.

Great product. Bought this for my brothers birthday and he was super impressed
Paid good money for a custom saber. Delivery was fine. Saber was beautiful. Worked about 3 weeks and was hardly used. It sat on display in my work station. In the three weeks it was sitting there it was turned on a handful of times. Then just quit. Though battery was dead but charging them didn't work. New batteries didn't work. Won't light up and sound is at 1/4 volume. I called with no response. Was directed to email. 2 emails and multiple calls now their voice-mail is full. Never got a reply its been since early march... its september... so glad I paid 300$ for a paperweight
Easy shopping experience, extremely long processing time
My last 3 sabers were all month long delivery times. This latest saber wasn't even a week! I surprise you he sure but a welcome one!

They forgot something from the order, but when I contacted them about it they acknowledged it and fixed it immediately.

No costumer support had to file dispute with PayPal to get any information and my order
Just ordered some color discs real quick, and I'm guessing since there was no saber it went through super quick and I had the discs within 5 days. That's more like it. Expect a month or more for an actual saber. Also if you have the white/silver saber it is worth it to get discs just to try a pastel or off color.
Took more than 2 months to deliver, ok product but the worst customer service ever, chased them hard but they ignore emails and don't answer the phone, the only way to get a response is via making your feelings known on social media at which stage they will respond and come up with excuses. They are working hard to get more orders in and advertising everywhere, they should really deal with the orders that they have first. Its a good product but the worst service ever. Dealing with this company is draining and I would stay away. If you have ordered already and they are playing games then just take to facebook and this will wake them up, otherwise you will just be ignored. Such a shame as they should realise that a large proportion of there customers are kids and this is no way to treat children, very embarrassing. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people.
My daughter was very satisfied with her lightsaber.
My only note: the blade switches on instantly (as for switching off), instead of progressively, but maybe it depends on the options we had selected before buying it.
Excellent quality lightsabers and phenomenal tutorial material on maintenance of the lightsabers! So many options available to choose from and all fun from beginning to end!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
