I love ultrasabers my only problem I had was that I placed my order in the beginning of July and didn't get any update until 6 weeks later. The update I had received was that the hilt I ordered was sold out and could exchange for a different hilt of the same price. I appreciate the offer and I did take it, I only wish that I was told sooner that my order had to be changed instead of thinking I was getting one thing for a month and a half for it to be changed on me.

Ordered my Ultrasaber on June 1st and was notified it would take 4-6 weeks. Past that threshold, I received no notification about my order. Per their instruction, I emailed their "info" and "shipping" email, but received no reply. I was only able to contact someone by finding their email on an Ultrasaber-criticism Facebook page. I was told on August 10th that my order would take an additional 4-6 weeks. While I understand that we are in a global pandemic, I am not upset about the time but lack of communication. I did receive my order on September 8th, but part of it was wrong. I ordered a hilt withOUT windows and received one WITH windows. It's a small flaw, but for almost $200 my order shouldn't have any misstakes. Would not recommend buying again.
I purchased this for my Star Wars fanatic friends gender reveal party. He and his wife absolutely LOVED this idea, as did all the kids there.

I am very satisfied with what I ordered and I am enjoying it, but it said 2-3 weeks and I waited a few months. When I emailed, which was more than 3 times, I got no response. The only email I got from them was to tell me that my order was sold out and I had to choose another. I responded, but within a week they said the one I had chosen was also sold out. So overall, if you are good with a wait and a chance of not getting the exact saber that you originally ordered, then UltraSabers is for you.
I was surprised at how fast I received my order only took a few days to ship! Very excited and happy!
I was originally referred to a competitor, but after reading reviews I decided to look into other options and found this company. I called and asked some questions, liked the response and ordered my saber and extra 12 dollar blade and I love it. Thank you.

The product was great. Customer service was terrible. I get things are difficult with Covid, but it took month's to get my order and when I had an issue, it took months to get resolved. I had to pay extra just to change the shipping address.
From start to finish, I could not be happier with my order. I received the Bellacose hilt with a violet blade! I love the extra length the hilt offers. The violet blade and what it stands for is a great compliment to the Bellacose. I can't wait to decide on another step-up ASAP!
I placed my order two months ago and have received no contact from ultrasabers except spam emails. I have sent multiple emails regarding my order and have gotten no reply. Do not order from this site.
Product was in excellent condition, I just wish the batteries were easier to remove. I find it difficult to get the speaker out when I need to charge them.

It took ages for the saver to come. I tried emailing the company but never got a response then eventually I received an email or a text to say that the lightsaber was being delivered within the next few days. It's amazing quality and we love it.
High quality products at a completely reasonable price. I purchased a saber back in January, and since then my family has purchased four more sabers. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality, bright and durable saber.

The product was good, however, the customer service was quite lacking. Took 8 weeks to receive my order and even then I had to settle for two different sabers as mine had an issue being manufactured. Wasn't able to receive adequate communication until I requested a refund through Paypal as well. However, the quality is good, so I may end up ordering from them once more. I just recommend you give a long period of wait time if your attempting to get them on a particular date.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
