I had ordered a lightsaber back in July, I was aware that since it was during the Pandemic it would take longer than anticipated. I had wished that customer service had better communication, I had emailed Ultrasabers regarding my status as a month went by with no word. I hadn't received anything back. But they did email me when the saber was complete and is currently shipping. Although I was a bit disappointed that it came later than I wanted, it's quality really impressed me and I'm excited to try it out
I really liked what I got. It was a $200 Mystery Box I received an Catalyst saber in blue. I have ordered again.
Great color for the red saber but color disc is not what i have expected there is only 3 color of disc its suposed to have 10 differents colors... but others things is good

The saber itself is great. My son loves it, for multiple reasons. The weight and heft, quality of the light source, size, durability (thus far)...etc.
However, shipping took over two months. I also tried contacting ultrasabers, via email, and via phone messages, on multiple occasions, and received no response. I had attempted to place an order prior to this one, and again encountered similar issues with customer service. The prior order ended up having fax transmission errors that, for quite some time, were unknown to me. Again, I tried writing and calling UltraSabers but received no response. Very disheartening.
Given the apparent quality of products from competitors, I am doubtful that I will use Ultrasabers again, at least anytime in the near future. This is despite my overall satisfaction with the product itself.

We received a very nice product but we waited more than three months to receive it. When I contacted Ultrasabers to ask a question and make a small change to the delivery address, they were slow and non responsive. But once the product arrived, it WAS very nice.
Ordered my Ultrasaber on June 1st and was notified it would take 4-6 weeks. Past that threshold, I received no notification about my order. Per their instruction, I emailed their "info" and "shipping" email, but received no reply. I was only able to contact someone by finding their email on an Ultrasaber-criticism Facebook page. I was told on August 10th that my order would take an additional 4-6 weeks. While I understand that we are in a global pandemic, I am not upset about the time but lack of communication. I did receive my order on September 8th, but part of it was wrong. I ordered a hilt withOUT windows and received one WITH windows. It's a small flaw, but for almost $200 my order shouldn't have any mistakes. Would not recommend buying again.

I this order was for a pommel which came on time and was great quality. I am still waiting on a saber for which is have no contact about. 0 updates nothing. Almost 3 months and I feel like they stole my money. Customer service has yet to answer any of my emails.
At the same time i ordered sabers from a diffrent company. Still havent recieved emtore order a sabers are cheap plastic horribly built. Thank you guys for being reliable

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
