This website does indeed sell top of the line sabers. I ordered the Archon 3.1 as a diamond saber and it is freaking awesome! The hilts are really nice to hold because the grips are comfortable. There's also great sound quality. From ordering, I had my light saber in my hands only 7 DAYS after ordering it! These are amazing lightsabers and I would definitely recommend buying one for sure!
Never buy here. Customer service is non-existent, wait times are atrocious, and the product you receive has no intelligent design. I purchased the sound-enabled mystery saber, but they should've named it the 'junk box saber'. Only the blade emitter was machined. The rest of the hilt was just a metal tube that acted like a megaphone for the cheap sound effects.
Chose a random Saber as a prezzy for a friend. Not sure whether he'll like it but hopefully he does. Plan on getting a full customized Saber in the near future. Took almost 2 months to ship, but is what to be expected during these times. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.
Everything works good and I enjoy the saber
Ultra Sabers has delivered on a few key features - variety within their catalog, options for customizing, and ease of use on their site. However, from my personal experience, the customer service is practically non-existent minus the emails you get for your invoice and EVENTUAL tracking update for your order. Which takes many weeks. I expect long delays with custom fabricated materials, but for their in stock items, it still takes ~6 weeks to deliver. The quality of their sabers are a mixed bag too if you order either prefabs or mystery boxes. I ordered a mystery box and the internal electronics kind of rattle around inside the hilt. Now, this may not be typical, since I've also received some sabers that seem more "intact", but it's definitely disconcerting. I've taken to ordering empty hilts and doing a DIY installation of the electronics. So that's how Id' sum it up - order if you want high-end customs or empty hilts for DIY or display, because they do make some beautiful pieces, but outside that - you may be better finding what you're looking for at other places if it's simple.
I had a little problem when contacting customer service but overall I got the lightsaber and it's great quality.

Granted there's a global pandemic so I won't complain too much about the 2 month wait time, customer service was nonexistent until the week the sabers finally shipped. That aside the sabers are very nice but I would really have to consider if I'd buy from this company again.

Love the saber! Though the 4 week lead time came and went and I didn't get through to anyone for 2 very stressful weeks after that. Though I tried calling and sending emails. So I would say they need a little work on the customer service side of things. That being said when they did finally get back to me we got everything worked out quickly and I had the saber several days later. And I am highly satisfied with the saber. The diamond controller is amazing and the saber is beautiful. Even with all the trouble I would still buy another saber with them!
The hilt and electronics of my saber are beautiful, but the blade came bent. I understand this is the responsibility of those who delivered it, but I emailed Ultrasabers many times asking for assistance as to how to handle it with no response. I got a replacement blade from a different site since they don't sell the size I purchased separately on here.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
