Those sabers are great and we can play hard with them. My sons and I have a lot of fun. They are really wonderful
The hilt design is amazing, I love all the unique designs on the site. However, mine doesn't seem to be machines very well. There are so many clearly visible and (rather ugly) machine lines and marks all over my hilt, which are very visible in person. Also, a main reason I chose to buy from ultra sabers is the flash on clash and binding features. The flash barely works, I chocked "flash silver" on the site, my blade is orange, and appears pink when it clashes or it's in the binding mode. The sounds on the obsidian lite are also a bit delayed and they don't flow very well together run my opinion. The converted wheel and clip are awesome, I probably wouldn't buy from them again though unless I'm looking for a dueling saber. I expected more for the price I guess, I should have done more research.
UltraSabers is AWESOME. Fantastic experience. I have over 60 of their sabers and they have always done a great job, other than a few of the orders took a long time. So what? Just be patient! Supply chains are unpredictable these days. I have read some of the comments from people who left 1-star reviews, and they are ridiculous. Most of those people didn't read the terms and conditions, or the mistakes in their order were their own fault, or they were simply upset that their saver didn't ship or arrive instantly. IGNORANT CRYBABIES!
I live UltraSabers. My one suggestion, improve communication. Find a way to address your customer concerns in a prompt, personal manner. We all understand you are busy, but a little communication goes a long way!

Real simple like i said great product but their customer definitely needs an improvement while searching and buying j was lik frustrated i had questions that did not get answered buy anyone through emails or phone calls and dont get me wrong while i love my custom lightsaber i wish they had specified in the description the total number because while i thought i was getting 4 swords i only got 1 which was a lil misleading so make sure u do ur research thoroughly before u buy
I tried for a second time ordering a saber hoping the quality would be better, only to have it arrive with a broken screw to hold in the LED bulb into place.

Very very long waitind for yearsss
Ordered a saber listed as "in stock" 10 weeks ago. I've sent several emails asking about my order progress. I have never received any replies. I'll be contacting by credit card soon to attempt a charge back. Do not order from these people.
The saber arriwed 18th of september, aften plaging the order 18th july. I tried to contact Ultrasaber twice by phone, and twice by e-mail. I did´t get any answer.
We ordered A mystery box, meaning that we paid more than the cheapest sabers. Unfortenately did we recive a cheaper sabre. No sound. But the quality of the sabre was Nice.
It all ran smoothly
I ordered a saber in April and in September its still processing with no updates. We sent an email in July and they have yet to respond and we've sent multiple emails trying to cancel our order and they have yet to respond to us. Worst service I've ever received, use any other website for custom sabers.
I absolutely love the lightsabers; the price is decent and they're very realistic. The only issue I have is that the colored disk that are for the white or silver blades are dull in color. They're not as vibrant as a one colored saber. Other than that, they're just awesome! As soon as I can, I'll be ordering more. It's official I'm hooked.
These things are ridiculously durable and I didnt even get the highest grade blade. I love them.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
