Had a extra import charge to pay from fedex which was a supprise would of thought all that was covered in the delivery charges has put me off buying anymore sabers which sucks had plans to het a few more as products are amazing
It was fun and very easy
This saber is amazing quality and sturdy now i did get the heavy duty blade and it was totally worth it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a realistic lightsaber. I know im ordering another soon.
Everything was perfect except customer services
Lead time needs to be updated, said 3-4 weeks when I ordered, took twice as long. Saber is nice and well built, however is not very responsive to swinging, I went in for the diamond controller too.seems the extra money wasn't well spent.
The products that I received were at a very high and good quality, however the costumer service was at an all time low. I have called and sent emails multiple times regarding my situation and yet they never responded. Only to send me an email two months after that my order was sold out and I have two alternatives.
Really wish they could be more organised but then again we are in a global pandemic and are different places and time zones.

Received my item 8+ weeks after ordering but only after I emailed to inquire on the delay. Still waiting for 2 lightsabers that I ordered as well. Love their products just should adjust the expected delivery time frames.
Pretty easy to make the saber and it shipped WAYYYY faster than all the reviews I read. I ordered 3 months in advance and it got here in 2 weeks.
I absolutely love this product. I went with a black handle and purple saber color. It turned out amazing, great quality and it makes me want to order another one. In my house there are a total of 5 products, and we love them all!
Both designs came exactly as expected, my only complaint is the battery life on the first saber. I would not use sabers for contact, they are primarily used as decoration. They are very bright and sound really good, with awesome contact response. Delivery time was great. I did not have to call customer service for any issues, the youtube videos were able to help me with changing out the batteries. Overall a pleasant experience.

Got the dbl saber for my sons birthday. He is a huge star wars fan and absolutely loves it. They are very cool and sturdy. We have sparred with them.and they totally handled the impacts. I would definitely recommend this product and this business.
