After placing my order I tried to contact customer service and could never get ahold of anyone through email or over the phone. I finally received my order after roughly 3 weeks and it was exactly what I wanted so I am satisfied with the product itself just need to do better with customer service.

This company gives 0 ****s if your order is filled on time (saber took 3 months to get). Contacted customer service and repeatedly got "we'll look into it". 3 months later they told me it was out of stock. It was in stock when I ordered it. So long story short: waited 3 months, didn't even get the saber I ordered and customer service made 0 effort to compensate me pr expedite my order. This has literally happened 5 times since March. Never again.
Too long
I ordered the Grandmaster hilt because my favorite character of all of Star Wars is Satele Shan. This hilt was beautiful and the amount of customization with the Diamond controller is spectacular. Whenever I show it off, people are shocked at how beautiful it is and ask me where I got it. Great hilt, fast shipping, and delivery!

Customer service never communicated, delivery times were pretty outrageous
The order took 6 weeks which is shorter than currently expected for orders so that's nice but the USPS decided to delay it by a week.
Decent build time and very fast ship time. Pay close attention to those build time estimates so you are not disappointed with your purchase. The quality is top notch but they do take time to make your items. Would definitely buy from again!
Out of half a dozen orders, all but one were quick and efficient. The other one turned into a series of how not to handle a customer service problem.
The delivery time is very miss leading I'd like my money back for that.
Great stunt saber!
Absolutely love my light saber! I'm going to have to purchase a couple more for Christmas gifts this year!
I ordered the guardian lightsaber in July and i revived it just a couple weeks later in August! I was expecting it to take longer to ship but it only took a couple of weeks! I have always wanted a replica of obi wan's phantom menace lightsaber and the one i got is perfect!
