I absolutely love it, love all the options and what effects you can put into it.
The products themselves work great, especially for sparing with other lightsabers. However, as many have indicated before me, the customer service is next to non-existent. Not only did they not respond to either of my emails, nor to my phone calls, but after I asked to cancel my order so I could get my money back, only then did they ship my order out to me. Very unreliable and no communication with the buyer whatsoever. You're better off buying from another seller if you care about knowing if your order exists or not.
Honestly I was going into buying my blade not expecting much but when i got it i was blown away with how great the blade was!

Good shopping experience but it took almost a week to be processed and you talk about things being processed instantly on the site. Fantastic Saber quality and color. Blade has taken a beating in heavy sparring with barely a scuff.
Overall, good experience. Only downside is the wait time.
I emailed as soon as order was placed within 5 minutes to change a s ordered wrong one. No response, tried FB and emailed again. Then told it was too late to change days later even though an email was sent immediately.
Quality of lightsaber was fantastic, speedy delivery.
It seemed to take a long time for my order to ship, but once I reached out to customer service for a status update I received a reply promptly and my order was shipped. The saber I ordered was a gift for someone else and I think they are very pleased with it.
I order the babes heart color and within a few days it went from pink to red and it bummed me out

Tried to contact customer service through the email multiple times after placing my order, however I never once received a single email back from them which was especially worrying me after waiting multiple months for my delivery to arrive after no such warning that it would this long. However, I do feel the end product was worth the wait and couldn't be happier with the product itself
