No problem at shipping. But it seems like my mystery box saber would coat less if i bought it normal way.
The processing time took longer then expected but once it went out for delivery it was super fast to arrive. It was well packed with plenty of cushion to insure safe arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of options which made it easy for me to create a saber. The site was easy to use and I would recommend ultra sabers to anyone who wants a light saber.
Shipping may take a while but it was packaged well and the sabers were well made. Wish the sound saber had a retention screw for the led sink though as it rattles a bit.
It took a while to arrive, which is to be expected when shipping from America to the UK and being hand crafted. The saber arrived in excellent quality and with plenty of bubble wrap protection, which I am very pleased with. The sound of the motion detection is perfect and instructions to change the font are very clear. A couple of criticisms, however. TheBlade is held in place by a single small pin which is a bit concerning, although the saber is slid deep into the hilt. If it were up to me, I would have 4 of said pins, and the batteries are hard to access for charging if I wish to charge them outside of the saber. Furthermore, for uk customers, a uk plug would be appreciated instead of having to buy a US/UK plug.

Quick delivery, great design of the lightsaber. Only problem I would say is that pressing the button on the hilt doesnt always turn the lightsaber on as the wiring is a little bit suspect

Everything was perfect, i recieved my mystery box in 12 days. Only problem was my blade's film inside was not glued at all.
Excellent. It took a little longer than I was expecting to get shipped, however, when I emailed and asked about it ultrasaber responded promptly with a reasonable explanation. Being that, due to the new movie coming out they had a large amount or orders to complete. The product itself was awesome! Definitely planning on ordering again soon!
The saber was packaged nice and secure.
Everything I ordered was correct. However I wish there were some instructions included with the saber on how to get the board out of the saber. 8 had to look it up online. And how to work the software. There was a link on the website to download the software. But instead of having the current version ready to download, you get a maintenance thing also that you will have to go through to then update the software.
And once I updated the software, everything got tiny. Like almost impossible to read small. But it still works.
My 10 year old couldnt be happier with his new light saber. Turned out just as he wanted. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. I just wish the site was a little more user friendly.
This is the second time I ordered mystery box and it is worth it. Some people complain cause don't get what you want but it is a Mystery box. I ordered two of them and if purchased normaly would of played more. Ordered sunday night played cheapest shipping got on Thursday so very fast
For some reason when I bought the saber, I was not registered with your website. This meant that I could not track the order since I was technically never registered with your company. It was therefore a little frustrating not know what was going on with it. The saber itself was more than I could have hoped for. I really liked the length of the Sentinel V4, and the window vents on the side were exciting to look at, and the upgraded switch really set the saber off as an exciting addition. I was holding my breath waiting to see what color the blade would be, and when I saw that red coming through, was at first taken aback, but then disappointment turned to excited and amused telling myself that I was now a Sith.
Good hilt. Slow shipping, more than they said it would be.
My son saved for ages for this, it was easy to order, arrived quite quickly and was beyond what we had hoped for!
I love the Saber and probably will get another one in the future. The screw in for the saber and the blade plug got a little worn out but i was probably putting it in and out way to much. But i love it its super school everyone of my friends want to get one now
