I really like the product and I think it is amazing however in shipping it got a bit damaged and I am still waiting for a replacement but all in all I am still fairly happy about the product

The lightsaber arrived fast and looked beautiful but within a few days the purple LED began switching to red and eventually stopped working. I tried changing the batteries but it did nothing. It turns out the wire connecting the LED and the switch had broken off so I fixed it as best I could and it is now blue.
My saber is awesome and as a fan I love it, and they have great customer service from my experience... but they need to set a realistic wait time being 8 to 30 days because Ive seen a lot of reviews and including my wait time that is the later, also the finish work ie the sharpness of edges and left over metal from milling wasnt cleaned. But still absolutely awesome
Timing was very good, considering the flood in orders they had. Just under a month. Also, when I sent an email asking about a delay they got back to me pretty quickly as well. The saber I got was better than I could've asked for. I already bought another.
Overall, love my saber. The wait was a little long, but was ok with that. I did the grab bag and was hoping for something a little nicer than what I got... I think my saber is worth exactly what my grab bag costs, it is still pretty damn sweet. Probably going to try my hand again.

Everything was amazing! Except for the wait time I had to wait a whole month before it arrived but when it did finally get here it was better than I expected!
The Saber is awesome. Getting the delivery to me here in Hungary was tough, and I had to pay additional fees. But I am already plotting how to get more...
I purchased two light-sabers from the mystery saber grab bag and received two light-sabers. The machining was very well done and the electronics showed signs of care in the construction. As a maintainer, I am happy with the work. I wish it was a better draw, but I got more than I paid for. The led case is loose in the tube but I think a tight squeeze would make it hard to remove. 3 weeks to make but I ordered around the holidays. The web site says 8-14 days for fabrication and I think they ran about 15 week days. From ship date it took 3 days. Staff was very polite and explained the slight delay due to the holidays. I would suggest they put a backlog counter on their site to make it more clear. Tell me 5 weeks and deliver in 4 and I'd have been even happier.
The product is awesome, the grab bag is an excellent deal. The wait was longer than I anticipated, but well worth it.

Overall a great service im very pleased with my saber thank you very much and when i contacted custermer support for an update i was assured i would get it and was help with my profile. It took a month to recieve but i know you all were swamped due to the movie and holidays add usps took longer than expected not your fault thank you
The only 2 bad things were the fact that I couldn't buy it for someone in a different city as a gift and ship it to their address and also, after I filled out all my info and hit "place order", it stall out loading the next page and I didn't know if it went through or not... I finally refreshed the page and filled everything out again, so I hope I don't get charged twice!
Very simple ordering process as well as great explainations with all the options. A bit of a longer wait for the processing but understandable due to the backlog from the holidays. Well recommended to others!
I purchased a saber at the wrong time of the year, right after chirstmas and the new movie, so I expected a long wait. I emailed a few times just to make sure things were going smoothly on your end and each time I was replied to swiftly and thoughtfully, I am in love with my Saber and am very veeery tempted to snag another one. The saber itself is sturdy and lives up to the hype, also the moment the sun starts to go down you really get to see the beauty of the light effects.
Would highly recommend these to anyone who is an avid star wars fan!
I got a great saber for my first mystery box saber. Sentinel LE with green blade. They seem like they are behind in shipping as this order took almost a month. Maybe adjust you shipping on the websites. I really want to put in another order for another saber (Currently Out of Stock) but I am not sure if I am willing to wait for things that are out of stock with no idea when they will be back in stock or shipped.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
