The ultra saber is both quality and intricate. There checkout process is a great way to make sure your getting exactly what you want, and it's customized to specific sabers. There software works flawlessly, I've not been able to find any glitches in the software. The led lights perform beautifully, the sounds are crisp. And fit all movements. Excellent product! (they are a small operation so during busy times they may take a while to respond, but they will respond and ready to help with your concerns)

I love this lightsaber, it is one of my most prized possession already.

The saber is a gift for my brother who is a Star Wars nut. Lite sound is great for the 200$ MB. I will be ordering a custom saber for him to thanks him for all of his kindness and deeds for my family. I ordered on 1/20 and it was delivered today 2/20.
Great place to buy from. Even if the lead times are a bit longer of late, they pump out some first class products.
Also I have never had a problem with the customer service.
I ask a question, I get a pretty quick answer.
I have a product problem, they solved it in a short amount of time.
Ordered 4 Sabers for my 2/3/18 wedding on 1/9/18, website stated 7-10 days for shipment, on 1/17 I called and emailed informing needed no later than 2/1 since this were to be props for my wedding and the criticality of them, NO RESPONSE, on 1/26 again 2 called finally was able to leave VM since it was not full this time AND sent another email explaining I had not heard anything yet, again NO RESPONSE, so on 2/1 I called again 3x, facebook messaged them, left a post on their page requesting any form of communication, NOTHING... Oh they showed up shipped a week late while I was on my honeymoon, with a signature required so I wasn't able to get them until Yesterday! Yea they are cool, BUT the company has NO respect for its customers, and I cannot wait until Comiccon is here in Cleveland, I'm going Just to see if what BS story they will give me face to face, since no one had the balls to contact me, I'm thinking if some one spends damn near $900 on toys, and I'm as much of a Star Wars fan as they come, could you at least have some customer service to at least contact them when you have left MULTIPLE messages/emails/ Posts? Oh and to those that think, maybe they were just on vacation/out of the office/ not checking. Just about everyday they updated posts on their FB page, so someone was available...
Great service, very slow shipping. I will be ordering from the again soon! My product was slightly dented however. Will be fine but dissapointed that i spent extra on the blade (heavy ultragrade) Thanks ultrasabers
Received my Ultra sabers about 2 weeks ago came with in the 8-14 business days they said it would. The wait was totally worth it. I got 2 stunt sabers with basic sound and does more than i expected. Quality is amazing and sounds are spot on. Fun to play with and show off to friends. Ive yet to duel with them yet but they are plenty durable and looking forward to duel soon.
I missed the delivery so I had to go to the post office. The size of the box kind of had me worried I wasnt sure I got the right saber. However when my husband opened it I was floored. I will definitely be ordering again. Love it!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
