Very happy with my purchase from ultrasabers, the quality and the price is really what makes a difference to me and all my expectations were met upon receiving my first saber. I will definetly continue to do buisness with ultrasabers and would gladly recommend them to anyone interested in the saber community.
The sabers are perfect and I love that one of them came as a white saber! Completely goes well with the silver and gold hilt! I am very satisfied!

Mystery boxes Light sabers from ultrasaber was very durable and nice on grip. Lighting are nice on both sabers and lasting quite a long time. Well done on communication, I needed a shippment to arrive asap so I contacted the support team. They replied quickly and because of that my shippment arrive quickly as well. Just received my ultrasaber & very happy, delivery took awhile but I emailed them and they got back to me next day and informed me of a large back log of orders. I then got confirmation that my order was sent the next day and received it about a week later.

I'm very pleased with both sabres no thrills but nice.
Only negative was having to add straps the stop the batteries pinging out every time I use it. ;) easy fix.
It was a great process overall despite the 20+ day wait time for the order to arrive. They did mention to me once I reached out to customer service that order times were delayed because of the holidays and the new Star Wars movie. They also assured me of when my order would be delivered and how long it would take from the time they responded to my email.

Payment Process is a little outdated and shipping price is atrocious, otherwise everything else was fine.
The saber I received was a little damaged unfortunately, and despite ordering 2 day shipping the saber took almost a week to get to me (counting 8 days to fabricate) other than that I'm satisfied with the product.
Very impressed with build quality and when you first hit the power button the sound and show that follows is amazing! I bought for each of my children and didnt want to be left out so one for myself, I cant recal the last time I and they were that impressed. I think it would take some searching and a lot more money to better these savers from Ultrasabers, only slight didsapointment is a wrong coloured button was installed on my Graflex and the blade holder has worked loose, however this is being addressed by Marlena who has been very helpful throughout the whole sale and after sales.

This hilt is the iconic design from ROTJ and it is superb in its durability and overall design. I got mine with the V4 obsidian soundboard with the Tri-Cree set up in Arctic Blue, a very frosty looking color. My favorites are the Sunriders Destiny and Counselor Green, however, I thought this color was perfect and went better with this particular design (with the white illuminated silver button). The luminosity of the TC Arctic Blue is perfect for the thin neck and the extra V2 emitter I purchased with it, such that I love how the color reflects of this shiny hilt when the blade is ignited; also there is a slight difference in luminosity from the normal LED. Even though you cannot get FOC with the Tri-Cree it is worth the trade-off to get that realistic lightsaber experience. A great saber and a great product.

The lightsaber was a gift for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. She fell in love with it and was very giddy. I'm not gonna lie I kinda wish I would've kept it but her color is purple as mine is green sonit belongs to her. Great company to deal with and their sabers are amazing to swing and look like the real deal when filmed especially. Will definitely be back for more.
It took over a month to receive my 2nd order, and I basically had to file a claim with PayPal before they would finally ship it. I have another order that was placed in December and never received it. Customer service basically stopped responding to me. Had to file claims with PayPal. The saber that did show up is mediocre at best. I don't understand how they are still in business because apparently I'm not the first person to have this issue. I would send everything back and demand my money but they'd never respond.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
