My visit to Ulta made me feel like a million bucks, no hurry, very casual and relaxed and took the time to do everything thoroughly and so professionally!

I despise Ulta. Shopping there is a nightmare because of how bad their customer service is. I have opted for shopping elsewhere because their customer service plain and simple is terrible.

I could spend a weekend in here and still find new things I've never seen before, amazing store! SOmetimes the prices maybe a little more expensive but everything is in one place and easy to find. Love it!

I love the variety of cosmetics, fragrances, hair goods this company offers. I do get coupons and use them. Staff is friendly and helpful. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Done going in there to stand in long lines with only 2 people working a register! News flash - you have too much competition now to be ok with customers standing in those kinds of lines! Taking my business elsewhere.

I always have super helpful staff when I visit in-store. Online orders ship quickly and have never had a problem. Points are what makes the difference between things being omg expensive and affordable. Track your points and watch for 5x the points windows. Rewards accumulate quickly with minimal effort. 10/10 will shop there again and again and again.

Their coupons are a joke, too many exclusions unlike Sephora's coupons. I will never shop here again!

I love Ulta! They have all my favorite products! Plus when you check out they'll often times give you free samples.
I recommend their body shop section. I prefer Ulta over the body shop because unlike the mall. Everything is in one store instead of having to also run by Sephora

The great thing about Ulta is that if you need beauty products, you can walk in to the store and find what you need. It is also a great place to find and try new products and get some advice.

I love the variety of products Ulta carries. You can shop affordable makeup as well as other more "high end" brands. Their rewards program is pretty decent, especially given the sales they have on a regular basis. I get my makeup through Ulta, mostly online.

When you cant find products anywhere else you will find them at Ulta. I love the buy one get one half off sales they have and i can always count on getting my items really fast.

I've been to many Ulta's, I love the brands and selection. Sorry, Sephora has somethings, but Ulta beats them in my book.

However, every store I've been too has had the utmost nasty staff. We don't all work at Ulta like you, but you don't know where we work, the condescending attitudes needs to stop.

The things i have purchased from this store have done the job i needed them for. It is a convenient shopping experience.

I love Ulta. They have the best makeup out of any company by far! I don't mind paying a little more for a quality product and Ulta always delivers a quality product.

I have found some really great items at Ulta for a good price, but also have bought some highly rated items that turned out crappy. Be sure what you buy, before you buy, is easily returned if you are unhappy with it. And be careful not to spend too much. Many of their items are cheaper elsewhere.

I've been happy with everything I've bought at Ulta. A bit more pricey, but worth it. They also have great deals around the holidays.

They have the best products and hard to find products! My girlfriend uses them along with another company and she always gives them rave reviews.
