I have been shopping at Ulta for a few years and am a rewards customer. I forgot my coupon and asked them to look up my card and was told they will not do that. I told them I would go somewhere else then. They said see ya. Really? So I did. Also want to mention that they are selling hairspray without lids. I was told they were damaged in shipping. Who would pay full price for hair spray with no top on it at that price. Love the products Ulta sells but choose to shop else ware because of the customer service. So sad.
I love this store, always get all my makeup from there. They have every beauty stuff.

I like shopping at Ulta. The sales people on the floor are there to help but not in your face or pushy. Great selection. They don't mind if you try several products. I love if they are out of something you can still buy it and they will ship it to your house free. They gladly accept returns with the package and the receipt. Make sure you keep those until you know you are happy with the product. Great company and excellent customer service.
One ulta I still have a coupon from there and the coupon does not really expire and the makeup it great and they can be used for a while and the makeup is great gifts for your friends and family.
Much less crowded and more laid back than Sephora and the employees are a lot less pushy about selling you products and nicer about helping you. The overall environment is very clean and nice

I absolutely LOVE Ulta! Their brand of makeup is awesome for the price and they have the best points system! They collab a lot with Urban Decay and always carry the exclusives online before released in-store. Ive never had issues with online ordering, shipping takes a little long but Ive always received what I ordered and never any damages. Never had issues with their return or exchange policies. I wish they were better staffed in their stores but other than that, I will always shop Ulta over Sephora any day!

The site itself is EXTREMELY well laid out & I especially appreciate the details in its search options. I know my skills n type but sometimes I want to try something new with no idea what could work HOWEVER it takes almost 2 weeks to receive items & its always delivered in a tore-up or squashed box thats barely held together by shipping tape. As much as I spend at Ulta I know they can do better.
I would like to commend the employees at the Benefit Brow Bar for their tremendous customer service, attention to detail, and positive attitudes. I have visited the Brow Bar multiple times and have not been disappointed with any of the beauticians who have performed services on me. The women were upbeat and considerate of my time and schedule. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable for the duration of my appointment.
I have utilized the Benefit Brow Bar for the brow waxing service thus far. My first appointment was scheduled in August of 2017 before returning to college in the Fall for my Junior year. Before going to the Brow Bar, I had never gotten my eyebrows waxed before and was apprehensive about the process. My reservations were immediately eased as soon I was greeted by the technician and the appointment began. In addition to the positive environment, the service I received was outstanding. My beautician, Dawn, mapped out the precise areas that needed waxing to determine my ideal brow shape. I felt very comfortable knowing that she paid such close attention to detail to ensure my satisfaction. My eyebrows were incredibly well-shaped and clean-cut. Dawn also made sure to fill in my eyebrows with Benefit products and cover the redness and irritation with concealer, thus ensuring that I walked out with complete satisfaction. After my first appointment in August, I have returned numerous times for routine grooming sessions.
I will definitely be returning to the Brow Bar, and look forward to trying out more services and interacting with more employees. I will recommend the services to anyone who needs a brow service in the future. Thank you again and keep up the amazing work!
I am a platinum++ Ulta shopper and normally I am satisfied. However I recently had s situation where I purchased the Cargo Emerald City palette available only online. Before I purchased I read the online reviews and they were glowing - 4.5 star product on average. When I tried the palette it was clearly not a 4.5 star product. I felt like I should go online and leave s review to make sure other customers would be aware of the issues, mainly the fact that the emerald green color actually looked grey brown on the eye and product fallout was very high and I thought the price was too high for the quality. Even with all that I still gave it 3 stars which was more than fair. This has been 3 weeks ago and my review is still not showing up. Thinking I may have screwed up I left a second review. Guess what? My review is still not posted on Ulta. This tells me they are censoring reviews for the sake of sales. They are not interested in providing you with accurate reviews, just the great reviews. Beware and research the products elsewhere before you buy.
I love shopping in their physical stores, my only wish would be that they would work on their pricing especially items such as high end perfumes, which if you search online you can always find 10-20% lower. I'm not sure if they price match but I intend to try next time and find out. The employees who work there are extremely helpful.
I have ordered a few times from Ulta for delivery to Canada. A lot of brands available in the US are not available here, or they only sell a small portion of the range of products. So happy Ulta started shipping to Canada. Never been in store, so can't comment on that, but I have had no issues with my online orders. Shipping is fast (I live in Southern Ontario). Never had any products show up damaged or missing from order.
There's a reason I stopped shopping at Sephora (despite VIP Rouge status) and a big reason is because of Ulta's excellent customer service. They also have an unbeatable points system. I saved up 6 months worth of points and it equalled to over $500 worth of free stuff when I used it all at once. Amazing!
My order was late for more than 2 weeks. And now they sent me email saying my order got lost in transit and has issue me a refund and told me to reorder. So that means after waiting 2 weeks I have to wait for refund which take at least 5 days and wait for my order for another 2 weeks.
That is 5 weeks in total. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
The customers services is the worst and your representatives will hung up on you. Even the supervisor is not professional and do not seem concern with the customer's case. At the end, I do not get my order nor my refund. My problem is not solved at all.
While I haven't ordered from Ulta before, I do shop at their store. I love the review pages on Ulta. If I want to try a new product, then I go on Ulta and read the reviews from people who have tried them and base my decision off of that!
It always delivers after it shipping date but i wait for that because the product i get from here does not available any where else. So i have to wait but after the delivery i satisfied with that... good value for money..
I am a platinum member. I love how fast they ship the orders to your home. I love how the customer service helps at a timely manner. They have very great selection of makeup brands yo choose from. I love when they send samples also.

I ordered some makeup and it took almost 3 weeks to get. To me this is unacceptable. I usually buy from another online site, but the site I usually go to didn't have what I needed (out of stock). So I decided to try Ulta. I would've been better off waiting for what I needed to get back in stock. It took them forever to even process my order and then when it was finally shipped it was 3 weeks later. The packaging was ok and everything I needed did arrive, but 3 weeks?
Answer: It's not that the prices are particularly higher than anywhere else, it's that the products they sell are very high end and nowhere except like Marshall's etc has any of those brands for less. So I'd say yes they're all worth the money. Some brands are better than others depending on personal preference but they also have a rewards program that's free :)

Answer: Many companies have this policy. Probably because they allow returns at their stores very easily. I usually just place a new correct order, and return the incorrect order. Sometimes if you call customer service, depending on the mistake, they can fix it for you.
