I just ordered tickets to the Arkansas-Alabama game and immediately received a confirmation email. The email states that they must verify tics, and you will be notified within 24 hours and then receive an email that contains a link to your "e-tickets". I received a phone call about 5 minutes after my order from New York, and a VERY nice girl named Ashley just wanted to verify my order because it was large, 5 tickets, and about 3 minutes after that phone call I received my email with my "e-tics". Very happy and GO HOGS!

Ordered tickets last night for the ALDS in Baltimore today. Its now 2 hours before the event, order status is still "created" and cannot get through to customer support. They have my money so I can't even make other arrangements. My advice, don't even consider UberSeat for high demand tickets or last day purchases. Their customer support isn't equipped to handle it.

Purchased tickets for an NFL game this weekend. Received a confirmation instantly, confirmation also gave the tickets seller 24 hours to accept the purchase and UberSeat assured money back if the seller did not accept and get tickets to me in time for the event. I received my tickets within the hour via email. Got great seats at a much better price than StubHub. Will use them again!

I was a little leary buying tickets from Uber from a lot of negative reviews, but I did it anyway. I placed my order on a Tuesday for Texas Ranger tickets and was able to print my tickets within 5 hours no problem. My credit card was charged the correct amount and the tickets worked so I could not be more pleased.

I ordered dodger tickets through my email account. I did not receive them instantly. So I called the next day. I was courteously helped by a rep. She told me that there may have been a glitch with my e mail account. While I was on the phone with the rep, She sent me e tickets which showed up as we were talking. I have no issues with Uber seats. I think they are a great option for affordable seating. THANK YOU UBER SEATS FOR GREAT, AFFORDABLE SEATING. I LOVE UBER SEATS! I found a site where I can attend events more than once a year with your affordable seating options.

I ordered some Washington Nationals baseball tickets and they were not shipped to me as advertised in time for the game. I contacted Uberseat 2 days before the event and they were able to get the tickets converted to e-tickets and sent to me via email. Their vendor was the problem but they were very good with their commnunication and follow up once they were aware of the problem. Not a perfect experience but a successful one.

Hi-

I've tried reaching out to uberseat several times. All I get is their voicemail. I accidently entered a typo on my email hence why I haven't received my tickets. Yes, that is my mistake but most sites and ticket vendors get back to you asap. The event is tonight and not sure if I will be able to attend. I've emailed them also and haven't received anything back just an automatic reply. Uberseat really need to work on their customer service.

I just ordered 2 tickets for Elton John (Sept. 19 in Utah) off their website and got 3 e-mails immediately, one to confirm my order, the other was a receipt and the last was the link to download the tickets. I printed off the pages (tickets with barcodes say "Ticketmaster") so I'm thinking everything looks legit. However, if they don't work, I will definitely edit my review and downgrade my rating, but my first impressions (even being a skeptical person) are that everything is fine. It seems from the replies to the negative reviews that they do try to fix problems and don't just ignore people which is a good sign. FOLLOW UP: The tickets to Elton worked just fine. No problems at all.

I was freaking out yesterday because they never sent me any email- no tickets, nothing. Then i read all these bad reviews and thought i got conned. I called uberseat and i got through to someone right away and they told me i actually put a typo in my email address and thats why i never got tickets. Ugh. She was nice and fixed it and resent the tickets. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, id buy tickets on the site again

Ordered tickets online and they did come but not till the day before the event. The name and credit card number were changed but I called and they said it was because they buy tickets off of others and sell them(have high standards and don't buy from just anyone). I won't be able to find out if they will work or not till I go to the event tomorrow but they said I will get a 200% refund if they don't work. They responded to my emails and calls so no complaints there but this still worries me.

When an issue arose at the venue on the day of the event, I swore I'd never use uberseat again. But due to the customer service and follow through I experienced afterwards, uberseat will be the first place I go when looking for tickets.

I read some negative reviews after purchasing tickets to a Chicago White Sox game for my husband's birthday which made me really question that decision. I am honestly so glad that I didn't read them beforehand otherwise I may have missed out on a very awesome time! I ordered six tickets in the 5th row along the right field line for only $21 a piece, with no additional fees! I became a bit nervous when I didn't receive the e-tickets immediately but I was reassured when I emailed the company with my concern. They responded back very promptly and within a few days of that email I received the tickets and we had no problems getting into the game. After we had a great time at the game I promised myself I would write positive reviews wherever I could! I will definitely use them in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! Terrible experience. They immediately hold your funds, do not have the tickets they promise, deny your "order" and then tie up you money for days. Their customer service is ridiculous.

Hi Trae. When you place an order on UberSeat, you agree to our terms and conditions which state that tickets are subject to availability. That's because the sale of tickets is very aggressive, especially for last minute events. However, we require all of our sellers to respond and confirm an order within 24 hours, and it looks like the seller no longer had the tickets available so your order was cancelled. You were notified within 24 hours of you placing the order that the tickets were not available, allowing you plenty of time to still seek tickets for your event. The authorization hold on your card cleared within one business day, so you have nothing to worry about--UberSeat never charged you for the tickets that were unfortunately no longer available due to the event being in such high demand.

Stay far away from this ticket seller. They routinely list tickets they do not have, and you won't find that out until it's too late - like the day of the event - and then the event is sold out.

Their terrible customer service will just stick to the letter of their terms and site policies, and do absolutely nothing about your complaints. Then get ready to work for weeks to get your refund.

Uberseat is a really terrible business that simply cheats people out of their money.

We're not sure why you're saying you received terrible customer service when we explained to you that we cannot cancel your order due to our all-sales-final refund policy that was indicated on the checkout page when you placed your order. While we unfortunately cannot cancel your order, we did suggest you list your tickets on StubHub, Ebay, or Craigslist to mitigate your loss since you were unable to attend your event.
