$#*!ty seats - Stay away

I bought 2 tickets from them for River Dance show in San Jose, CA.
Paid $86/ea and received the tickets via email a few hours later. To my surprised, the seats were way to the far left corner, and the ticket face value was $40/ea.
I checked with TicketMaster, and they had 2 seats on the same row but closer to the center at $43/ea plus $12 processing fee.
I thought i paid premium for good seats, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case. I should know not to do business with Uberseat; since their review is quite poor on the wire.
I contacted their help desk via email asking for refund the overcharged amount. I've doubts that they'll do so. I don't know where they got their tickets from, but i hope they have some sort of quality control to be sure the customers gets what they pay for.
All said, it was a bad experience and i hope it helps you to make a decision on your next ticket purchase with Uberseat.

The reviews are encouraging potential customers not to use this website. I would really like to purchases some tickets through your program but would like some reassurance that i will not endure the nightmare some have experienced. 1. Once purchased how soon can i print etickets or receive tickets for a Dec 2,2015 nba game? 2. i will be travelling out of state and would like for this process to be smooth as possible. What can assurance can you offer with this transaction?

I purchased my tickets to an NFL game through UberSeat the evening before the game. I'd been searching on Ticketmaster and StubHub for the past week and prices were much higher than I would spend. I saw a set of very reasonably priced tickets for very good seats on SeatGeek, which linked to UberSeat, and decided to go for it. Afterwards, I searched for reviews on UberSeat, which brought me here. Needless to say I was extremely nervous the tickets would not work after reading all of these negative reviews. I even warned my friend as we were standing in line that we may get turned away. However, I received the email with the link to the tickets within 10 mins of purchase, the tickets worked, and the seats were even better than I was expecting (they were aisle seats... I was expecting to be packed in the middle of the row for the price).

After seeing all the negative reviews, I wanted to leave my positive review so that others would know that it is possible to have a great experience with UberSeat.

After ordering tickets through Seat Geek with the seller listed as UberSeat, I too saw all the bad reviews. My. Experience went perfectly though, so I did want to share my good experience. Tickets were for the Redskins game. I purchased through Seat Geek a week in advance. I was emailed immediately that Seat Geek was waiting for confirmation from the seller. I received the tickets via email from UberSeat within 10 minutes. I printed out the day before no problem. My card was charged correctly. We got to the game about two hours early to have time to go to the team store and get food. The seats were AWESOME. My tickets scanned with no problem. Unfortunately I did have some angst because of the bad reviews were here, but I did see Ubers replies and felt confident even if my tickets were double sold, Uber would do the right thing. I'd definitely recommend them and would use again. By far the cheapest good tickets I could find for this game.

Chi Cubs Game 5 tickets
October 26, 2015

Ordered tickets on 10/12. Received e-tickets on 10/15 (after emailing their support). The Cubs were eliminated in 4 games so game 5 did not occur. Requested a refund on 10/21 and the money was back in my account by 10/23.

My only complain would be that you cannot get ahold of them via phone. I tried calling multiple times on different days (once before 5pm cst and once at 930 am cst and did not receive an answer).

Outside of that, I would do business with UberSeat again.

Smooth and Easy

So, after I had already purchased 3 tickets for KYGO in Los Angeles at the Greek Theater I noticed soooo many bad reviews for Uberseat. The tickets that I purchased were e-tickets and I received them via email within 20mins after I bought them. Yet, after reading reviews I was very nervous that the tickets might not work on the day of the concert. I had absolutely no issues getting in. So, I thought I would share my experience, because the other reviews made me so worried that I was going to have a terrible experience. Hope this helps :)

Bought my tickets 2 days before the event and never got my tickets but they had no problem taking my money. I called and they said that they would contact the vendor well an hr later still no tickets and missed the game.

Instead of delivering e-tickets shortly after my order was placed for the Cubs NLDS Game 3, Uberseat went through several diffferent sets of explanations on why they didn't email tickets to me (it's the weekend, the game time has not been set, it takes a long time for their brokers to sort through all the tickets they sell, etc.).

They emailed me tickets a mere five hours before game time, by which time I had already purchased another set, which I had to sell for a loss.

I would never use this site again for a game or event that you actually want to go to.

EDIT: I read UberSeat's response. Don't listen to them - this is a buyer beware type of service that is likely to leave you in the lurch.

Hi Ritesh, we have pretty strict rules on ticket delivery, so we're really sorry that your tickets didn't get delivered until so close to the event. Depending on the timeframe in which an order is placed, most tickets must be delivered by the day before the game at the latest. That being said, orders that are placed within a few days of the event have slightly different requirements for delivery where they may be delivered closer to the event. Either way, we're so sorry that this caused you to have a bad experience. In this particular case, as you had indicated, it looks like this order was placed over the weekend, so the broker who listed those tickets delivered them on the first business day after the order was placed, which happened to be the day of the game. We do have very strict policies in place to ensure that you get the tickets you ordered, including significant penalties on brokers who don't deliver tickets in time, so we're sorry that you felt like you had to buy other tickets. Great seats and service

I was terrified about this site after I had already bought tickets. After seeing the reviews I was worried my tickets wouldn't come or wouldn't work. Luckily my tickets came a week in advance (after emailing customer service) and the seats were great. I just wanted to be sure to leave a good review since the bad ones truly freaked me out.

Cleveland Indians Rainout 9/12/15.

I called Cleveland Indians regarding the situation of the rain-out because they said that tickets could be exchanged for the October 2nd or 3rd game. They told me since I had third party tickets from seatgeeks that I would not be eligible since I did not get them from "MYTICKET" on the Indians website. They told me to contact SeatGeek, who told me to contact Uber. They have done nothing but lie to me, tell me that my game was made up, told me I could have gone to another game (Which the Indians said I could not).

HORRIBLE!

Bad Business

Will i actually get my money back or is UberSeat a scam? They promised me 150%, issue is i spent money trying to get to the game, etc and I am visiting from out of town, wasted my day, my money and now i can't afford to do something else because it will take days for them to refund my money (praying that they do). Bad business, Seatgeeks should remove them, i see many other customers went through the same thing i did or similar, i just really need to get the refund asap. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I buy 4-6 sets of tickets per year, mostly thru Stubhub. Never had an incident until I dealt with these people.

Not only did these guys allow their supplier to double sell their tickets, their service is horrible.

No answer while I'm at the turnstile. Had to buy new tickets at the box office.

Research took them almost a month, and then they told me their research indicated I'd used them. They offered no proof, just that the tickets had been used. Of course they had been used (by someone else) that's why they wouldn't let me in!

Thankfully this was a low demand event.

I'D NEVER USE THEM FOR AN EVENT THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT TO GO TO.

After a month, they failed to honor their 200% guarantee and refunded me 100% of my money. That was 75% of what I had to pay at the box office for inferior seats.

Oh, and calling your client a liar isn't very good for repeat business.

Response to Uberseats response: if you'd answer the phone during reasonable event hours we could have had the Diamondbacks ticket GM escort us to the seats so we could take a picture of the people sitting in the double sold seats.

Note the common theme of all their responses: THEY HAVE A STRICT POLICY PROHIBITING THEIR SUPPLIERS FROM DOING BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BUT THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO WAY TO EFFECTIVELY MONITOR OR MANAGE THAT. Buy your tickets elsewhere!

We have very strict policies in place to prevent these kinds of things from happening, however we must abide by the information provided by the venue and team in situations like this. In this particular case, the Director of Season Ticket Services at the venue informed us that the tickets were successfully scanned once and that a second invalid ticket scan never occurred. We apologize if there was a miscommunication at the gate when the ticket was scanned, but unfortunately, we can't penalize the broker who sold these tickets when a member of the organization's box office backs up the validity of the tickets that were sold. Because we understand how frustrating this must have been for you, we issued a full refund for the tickets that were purchased, which is far more than any other secondary market ticketing company would offer, given the evidence provided by the broker and team. Avoid...

I purchased Madonna tickets on this site, payed a ridiculous price for them, way more than what the seat was worth, but it was on my bucket list to see this performer live in concert so I purchased the tickets on March 9th and waited seven months with no tickets. Bought a beautiful outfit for the concert and told everyone I knew that I would be seeing Madonna only to realize that I might never see this concert due to UberSeat, finally after contacting UberSeat by e-mail and phone several times and telling them I hadn't received my tickets on October 5th at 6pm I finally get my tickets, thought that I wouldn't ever see them. Stay away from this site at all cost, go with another provider.

I bought tickets through Uberseat... they had no problem charging me $100. Then I got to the game and Uberseat had SOLD THE TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE. I was rejected at the gate. I then got an e-mail from Uberseat saying they'd refund my money, and I have NOT YET received my money... it has been over a week... I suspect they are a scam and I will never get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM UBERSEAT UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. Use stubhub or any other site but do not use them... they are a SCAM.

Uberseat responded quickly (within hours) of my emails when I ordered Yankee baseball tickets. They cleared up why it would be within 24 hrs of game time to get my tickets and true to their word, I got them.

Their online reviews are worse than my experience, I enjoyed uberseat and will use again.

Uber is the worst!

Was charged for tickets that I never received. What's more is they refused to refund me because they said I downloaded them, probably with $#*!ing magic! Tried to talk to a manager about my issue. He was belittling me and being disrespectful. Never use Uber Seats. I hope you all go to hell after chocking on your own $#*!!

Thanks for submitting this review. Our ticketing delivery system works in a pretty straightforward manner. When tickets are delivered, we provide a link that can be selected in order to download the tickets. When tickets are downloaded through that link, we are provided with all of the information corresponding to the download. In this particular case, tickets were downloaded prior to the event.

Additionally, UberSeat didn't receive a notification in regard to this situation until more than a month after the event had passed. Unfortunately, UberSeat isn't able to process refunds for orders that far past the date of the event. Had UberSeat been contacted in the days after the event, this would have been a much easier situation to resolve. UberSeat is always happy to help investigate these situations to see what happened, but after a certain amount of time it is no longer possible. For future reference, please try to contact UberSeat within 7 days after an event takes place to get these situations resolved.

Bad Policies and UNCLEAR

Want to buy d romantic a company that hides its policies aND terms? Great then UBER SEATS IS for you. Forget if they don't advise or you didn't have a box stating you agree to terms. Forget if you called right back (your calls will not be answered, leave a vm) cause that's how reputable companies operate, right? Want to be told that you can go resell th tickets even though it's what they do, perfect. You'll love them. I'd toy don't have those expectations the. Go to a real company like stub hub.

UberSeat has business hours from 10am-6pm EST and we have significant staff on hand in order to help resolve any issues. We can be reached at 1-888-501-3955. In some situations, all representatives may already be on a call assisting other customers. Instead of making customers wait on hold for an undetermined amount of time, UberSeat offers a voicemail service that makes it so we can respond to calls in the order that they come in.

In regard to cancellations and terms and conditions, UberSeat has policies that are consistent across the secondary ticket market. Once an order is placed, there is no way to process any kind of cancellation, refund or exchange. This is the same policy that every secondary market ticket company (including StubHub) employs in order to make sure tickets are valid and not double sold by mistake. As with any purchase made on the internet, terms and conditions must be accepted before a transaction can be processed. Those terms are available to view at checkout and also at (www.uberseat.com/terms).

Horrible experience. Theor process is they hardly update their ticket lists online, their software is garbage. They hold your funds before they know if the tickets you want are even available. Then your money is held for 1-3 business days if the don't have the tickets. Calling the 800 support number is a joke. They can't tell you even how often the lists are updated, and tell you to call your bank to get your money, maybe. So you are basically playing Russian roulette with your money by trying to buy tickets on their site. Save the headache and go to Stubhub where they don't charge your card until tickets are verified, and they are a muchild more reputable company.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but we'd love to explain what happened here. When an order is placed with UberSeat, a pending authorization hold is placed on the card in order to verify that funds are available. Listings are updated very quickly throughout the day. While it is extremely rare, sometimes multiple orders are placed within minutes (or even seconds) of each other, so the first order placed is the one that must be filled. When this happens, the second order is rejected so we can ensure that the tickets provided are valid. In these cases, UberSeat immediately voids the pending authorization hold and contacts the card issuer to notify them that the payment won't be processed. Unfortunately, UberSeat can't force the card issuer to release the funds immediately. Some banking institutions refuse to release the pending authorization hold for several days. In these cases, UberSeat is willing to speak with the bank to provide whatever information they need to release the authorization hold, but ultimately that decision is up to the bank as they are the institution that is in possession of the funds. We try everything possible on our end to expedite the release of funds in these situations and we are always willing to help and explain. Don't purchase anything with UberSeat! We purchased tickets for a game, and to our surprise, the box office at University of North Carolina, Kenan Stadium, stadium SeatGeek, a so called broker is known for doing what they did to us. We purchased, got an email receipt but never got tickets. Apparently they are great at listing low rates, but their tickets cost us more than what they were at the desk! Please don't even consider even if you feel your purchase is urgent. Just purchase your tickets at the box office! Never again! You will be mislead. We phoned them at the box office and got a voice message. We got a call one day after our event, and when we explained in detail our issue, the guy on the other end just kept asking us to repeat our contact information, even though we made it clear. We requested a refund, and were not given one. We went to our bank and explained we did not get what we paid for. They issued the refund. There is a reason why there are sooo many negative reviews. Absolutely, do not purchase with UberSeat!

UberSeat is a secondary ticket market, so box offices will often provide bad information about buying tickets on the secondary market so that they can sell more tickets themselves. These tickets were delivered via email prior to the event, but the confirmation page was printed instead of the tickets because of the order in which the emails arrived. That being said, UberSeat has since resolved this issue and processed a refund for the purchase because of the circumstances surrounding the problem with the tickets and the bad information provided by the box office. UberSeat is always willing to stand by tickets sold on our site and the delivery methods used to send them. They lie about when you get your tickets and then say you agreed to their "terms" which allow them to get tickets to you 4 hours before the event.
