Beware when you enter your credit card number.
- There is no guarantee you will get a ticket
- There is no way to cancel

Only use this if you don't actually care whether you get your tickets. I guess in that case it would be OK, if you just want to take a chance on maybe getting a cheap deal, and don't care if it falls through. Otherwise use a normal ticket seller that actually fulfills your order promptly.

DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS SITE. I ordered Britney Spears tickets and a few days before the event had still not gotten tickets. When I contacted them, they told me that they had sold me tickets to the wrong day. I have been on hold for over twenty minutes and am furious. Terrible company

They don't even deserve the one star that I'm giving them! Tried to purchase tickets for a Red Sox game the day of because tickets were going pretty cheap. Went on Seat Geek and Uber Seats was through them on the website. They had no extra fees and we got pretty decent seats for $14! Right after I purchased them I got an email saying that I was pending confirmation for the tickets from the seller (this seemed pretty standard to me, I've used other websites that use sellers like this before). About 10 minutes later I got another e-mail saying that the order had been canceled because the tickets were no longer available, but since I used my debit card there was still going to be a pending fee of the $28 for 1-3 days. I was upset but figured that I just hadn't ordered them quick enough so I (stupidly) tried to order a different pair of tickets (a couple more dollars a ticket). Got the same pending confirmation email as before, and literally seconds later I got another email saying that they had been canceled AGAIN! I checked my bank statement and of course I was charged AGAIN with the pending fee! How is it possible that I can be charged for something when they aren't even sure that it is available? I went back on the website and guess what? Both sets of tickets that I tried to buy were still available on their website for selling! How? We called and emailed them and the limited feedback they gave us was not helpful AT ALL. We were down $70 (as two broke college students, that's a lot) until the money was refunded. We ended up just giving up and not going to the game! So upset. Will never use them again. No idea how anyone could give them 5 stars!

I ordered tickets to an event with my mom 3 months before the concert. 1 week before the concert, I began calling and emailing customer service at UberSeat telling them I did not have my tickets. I received no response from them. No calls, no emails. Nothing. I flew out to the event in Vegas and still had not heard from them, so I had to purchase 2 more tickets through a more reputable site that managed to deliver them instantly. Lo and behold... 4 hours before the event is to begin UberSeat sends me an email and gives me the tickets. Thanks but no thanks. What a ripoff. Now I am stuck having to complain to seatgeek and my credit card company. Do not use this company if you would actually like to receive your tickets in time or if you plan on ever needing to contact customer service for anything.

Ordered tickets for an event for my 5 year old twins. They had their heart set on it. The event is tomorrow and no tickets or word from this scam company. Sent emails and phone messages with no response.
UPDATE - They ended up sending the tickets via email just hours before the performance. In the end they fulfilled their obligation, but did so in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner. We did get the tickets, but I highly doubt I would use this service again just due to the stress it created.

I attempted to purchase tickets through SeatGeek. Takes a day to find out if your purchase goes through. Then they cancel the purchase. They also charge and refunded my credit card more times then they should have prompting a problem with my credit card. Now I have to deal with that. Thank Uberseats! Useless... I hate you.

My event is in less than two days and my order still says, "Pending Shipment". I've emailed them three times and called four. No response. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then it said to leave a voicemail. I called right back and then it went straight to voicemail.

This is definitely a scam! My tickets were over $200 and they won't answer me, so I probably won't even receive a refund. Worst experience I've ever had buying tickets. I will never order from them again!

Utterly fraudulent

These guys had six tickets listed for sale, so I bought one then received an email 14 hours before the event that my ticket was "canceled" - their customer service is awful, when I called they basically just said the order couldn't be filled, whatever that means, and that I was out of luck. This is after spending the money and time to fly to the event. When I checked the site again, the same six tickets were still listed, this time with a cheaper price! Wtf? So I tried to buy it again and same thing, order canceled and still two tickets listed for sale.

Buying something from these clowns means nothing, they can withdraw your order without explanation at any time. Go with somebody reputable and don't deal with UberSeat fraud service.

I purchased tickets on line for AC/DC I received them online within minutes. But the concert got cancelled no fault of UberSeat,,, hopefully my refund will come quickly. Then I can say 5 stars... and start looking for tickets to Bad Company/Joe Walsh tor.

While they are frustrating to deal with in getting my tickets, they delivered what they My tickets arrived USPS as promised. Lots of phone calls and emails over a period of days but it all worked out. It seemed once they focused their attention on the delayed delivery they were able to get the tickets expedited delivery.
They came through but not the process you want to go through to get tickets

I bought tickets to Celtics/Timberwolves on 02/20 for a game on 02/21. It's two hours until gametime and I have not received tickets. I emailed Uberseat at approximately 8:30am and was told to create a flashseats account with zero indication how to be credited the tickets on my flashseats account. Moreover, upon purchasing the tickets, Uberseats confirmed the order on 02/20, reporting that I would receive an email with my tickets shortly.

Again, it is two hours until gametime with no tickets; I tried to call Uberseats directly multiple times, each time having my call go to voicemail after remaining on hold for six minutes at a time.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Never again.

Edit - I never received the Tickets to the game and missed the event as a result. Only by complaining to the good people at seatgeek (The vendor I purchased the UberSeats tickets from) did they put pressure on uberseats to give me a refund.

Stay away.

I bought 2 tickets on UberSeat, and then 10 minutes later I found the same tickets for 40 dollars cheaper on Ticketmaster. I wanted to cancel the order asap so I called customer service, they couldn't cancel a payment that I made 10 minutes ago!? Never buying from them again...

Hi Charles, thanks for leaving your review. We definitely understand your frustration, however we simply don't have the ability to cancel an order once it's been placed. Due to the nature of the secondary ticket market, orders cannot be reversed once they have been submitted. This is how we can ensure that tickets are not double sold. Hi Everyone,

I've never written a review before but wanted to for this. Here's my story. Hope it helps someone.

My dad wanted to go to a Green Bay Packers game. We live in NY so we wanted to get tickets from NFL Ticket Exchange to be sure they would work. We found a much better deal on UberSeat through SeatGeek though, so we wanted to get better seats for less. I looked for reviews first and even though I saw a lot of them were negative, there were enough positive ones that I decided to go for it.

After I placed the order I noticed it said they don't have to deliver the tickets until close to the event time. I emailed them because we needed them before we left. They replied right away and said there wouldn't be a problem.

The next morning I received two FedEx packages with the tickets. Two were correct but two were wrong. They were better seats than I ordered but we all wanted to sit together and at this point all of the bad reviews were making me nervous. I called and emailed demanding a refund but they told me they would resolve it with the other party. I got another FedEx with the right tickets and a prepaid label to return the other ones.

Since I was still a little nervous I went on NFL Ticket Exchange and entered the bar codes to see if they would register. They did. I checked again before we left and before we went to tailgate. They worked and we had a great time.

Sorry to see people had different experiences. For me they were professional and had good customer service.

Worst experience ever!

I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend uberseat. The most stressful situation I've dealt with when ordering tickets. Honestly, not sure how this company still exists with all these repeat negative reviews.

Sent me 4 emails with wrong tickets, and then decided to tell me the evening before the game that the tickets I originally purchased could be received in person. The Uberseat representative instructs me to contact the seller about an hour prior to meeting. I do so, and meet him to find out he won't give me the tickets because the tickets weren't under my name (This guy was also one of the rudest people I've had to deal with)! I call Uberseat (again) and they continue to apologize and try to fix the issue. To make a long story short - at the end of the day I did receive my tickets. However, me and my friends ended up having to walk about a mile to get the tickets, we missed most of the first quarter, the most stressful ticket purchasing situation, and had to deal with some rude sellers (who later apologized). I really wish I had read the reviews for this company before purchasing the tickets through LivingSocial. Please save yourself a LOT of headache and stress! Look somewhere else.

I ouchased tickets from them by clicking on a map. When I received the tickets, they were not on the floor of the arena as on the map. They were up in the rafters in a similarity numbered section. They refused to take responsibility not fix the problem. They are crooks... buyer beware!

Great Experience

I received the link to download my tickets 7 minutes after I had purchased them. The seats were exactly as I expected (the same seats I selected on the seating chart when purchasing the tickets). Fortunately, I had a great experience with this site and absolutely no problems with my order, tickets, or seats.
