FRAUD

I recently went on seatgeek after hearing about them on espn. I opened an account and started a search. The next thing I know I get an email saying I had purchased tickets of which I never did. I tried calling between the hours of 10-6 but no response and also left voicemails and emails with no response. After a few days finally got through and told me too bad even though I told that I never downloaded any tickets and we're never used. They said there was no way they could tell that the tickets were used or not so I had to cancel my credit card. I ended going online to read reviews and shame on me. How are they still in business. My credit card company said they will call to try and get my money ( lol). I wonder how much of a cut ESPN is getting

These SCAM reviews go back 2 full years. How on Earth are they still in business? Anyone else notice that when you type in "www.uberseat the drop down menu also pulls up www.seatgeek.com? Are they one and the same?

OMG Don't Do It!

I tried purchasing packers tickets and kept getting a weird error message after clicking "buy". I did this three times. Never got a confirmation email or anything but they still charged my card for over $1,600 three times... I've called countless times, emailed and am never able to get a response.

What is wrong with you UberSeat?!? How can you seriously treat your customers like this?!? After reading reviews I know I'm not the only one.

Get your $h! T together!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Ordered 3 tickets for a baseball game for my boyfriend and his father for his birthday, they took my money right away and sent me 2 tickets! The other ticket is nowhere to be found, customer service has not responded in 4 days. Called the State Police and was told I can make a report but they won't persue it. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I've emailed and called and left numerous messages to no avail!

I tried to buy tickets on UberSeat but their system sold me one ticket for the WRONG DATE. Also, they got the QUANITY WRONG. Wrong date. Wrong quantity. I sent them an email and complained. Someone named "Matt" called me back and gave me their useless corporate policy which was they refuse to give credits. So, Matt, here is your NEGATIVE REVIEW. DON'T USE THIS WEB SITE! This site is beyond garbage. Your purchase tickets, then they send an email telling you your purchase is canceled. Money is never returned to your account in some cases. Do not use this site. Headache!

If I could give this place a Zero out of 5 stars, I definitely would. The way this crazy company works is they take your money before seeing if your ticket is still available. So, if someone else has purchased the ticket you want within the amount of time you haven't refreshed the app or the other broker has updated his stock of tickets, the ticket you are buying will be "canceled" but UberSeat still takes your money.

Their customer service is absolute garbage. They give you their "customer service" number on their website as being *******955. If you call this number, you will reach a computer voice telling you to email them or leave a message. What they don't advertise on their crappy website is the number to get in touch with an actual person, which is: *******387.

After waiting on hold for some 20+ minutes, a man who sounded 100% uninterested in anything I had to say answered my call and explained to me what I wrote in the first paragraph. So, if you do not call UberSeat and confront the issue, they will literally take your money and run. When I asked the guy if there was any form of compensation for wasted money and time, he just said no.

UberSeat is a scam of a company that is designed to swindle your money away from you.

Received the tickets via SMS Tues eve at 6.30pm. Sent various emails, left several telephone messages with no response. The game which we are attending was on the Wed.

I am only going to use Ticketmaster.com in the future.

Totally unreliable

Absolutely awful. Found UberSeat through a Groupon deal for concert tickets. When I didn't receive my tickets a month later, I was told via email to contact them 2-3 days before. When I contacted them 2 and 3 days before, I was put on hold for 50 minutes only to go to voicemail, then got an email saying to contact them if I didn't receive them THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT. Obviously, completely unacceptable. And this was a gift on top of it all, so it was very embarrassing to say that I didn't know whether my friend's gift was even legitimate! I finally received my tickets at 10:30pm the night before! Less than 24 hours before the concert! Never using UberSeat or anything besides StubHub ever again.

Bad ticket company

I recently purchased Janet Jackson tickets and she canceled her whole tour due to her being pregnant. I have been emailing this company for months trying to see if i could get my money. I called there *******955 and no one answers the phone. I will never purchase any tickets from this company. They are a scam.

I bought some Cavs playoff tickets for my sons graduation party 2 days before the game. It was s huge expense and never purchasing tickets on line I was concerned. After I got into mid day the next day without any communication I became concerned and did a search of the website and with many bad reviews I was very concerned. I call Uber and while getting a typical computer response I called the number they referenced in the call for immediate action. I got through quickly and the support person was courteous and helpful and resolved everything. The transaction went through flash seat and it was well supported at the stadium and everything was smooth and efficient. We had a great time and Lebron and the Cavs won!

Got 4 tickets to Mariners game, paid 55$. Never got the tickets. Called them, was on hold for an hour. Finally talked to someone, and they hung up on me because they couldn't help me! They are a $#*!ing scam! Whatever you do, do not buy from them!

Maybe not the best customer service. Do not respond to my email and their phone number is useless as you just sit and wait BUT...

I bought second row Dream Theater Tickets last minute for $34 per ticket for me and my son and thank god, worked like expected. Almost too good to be true. Same tickets were be sold for $200 plus. So was nervous when these came for so cheap.

Emailed the tickets to me within an hour and all was great. I would use again!
