I almost went into a panic when I didn't have my tickets 2 days before my event, especially since they were "confirmed" 3 months ago... However, I was able to send an email and received a timely response with the link to my tickets attached... The terms state that you should contact them if your tickets haven't arrived 2 days prior to the event and no earlier than 2 weeks prior to your event, so I think as difficult as it is to be patient and proactive you can get a great deal on seats if you are willing to do just that!
I ordered tickets, didn't receive them until 2 days before the event after which they told me they sent them to my email a month ago. A Blatant lie, do not use this company.
Still no yankees tickets for today's 1PM game. I've been promised that I would receive these tickets but nothing. This is crazy. Ive never had such a bad experience before buying tickets.
Why is customer service not open till 12? Game is at 1PM
I have yet to receive my tickets for the 1:00pm Yankees game in New York, I have to take this 2 hour drive without even knowing if I'm gonna receive my tickets in time for the game smh
I went to purchase UK/FL Gators Football tickets. There was no seating chart available. I wanted to sit near the 50 yard line and paid extra per ticket to buy seats I believed where in the middle. When I received my tickets they were near the end zone. I had originally asked to exchange them (seeing at there was no seating chart!) or to be refunded the price difference. Uberseat said no refunds, no exchanges, and furthermore it wasn't "THEIR DUTY" to provide a seating chart! Ridiculous. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. DECEITFUL COMPANY!
My husband wanted to surprise my daughter and I with tickets to Disney on Ice. He went to what he thought was the event center's webpage and was redirected to Uberseat. He was ripped off, paid $128 for both tickets when he should have only paid $60. Charged double of what ticket price actually is. It's not like they were sold out... DO NOT USE THIS SITE. At least be reasonable!
UberSeat is a broker exchange that makes a variety of tickets available on the secondary market. The price listed on the tickets is the original face value; it is the price that was paid at the box office. UberSeat is a secondary ticket market, so prices can fluctuate on a daily basis, depending on demand. Almost every ticket sold on the secondary market will be purchased at a different price than what is displayed on the ticket. In this instance, the broker who listed these tickets set them at a particular price based on what they were selling for elsewhere on the secondary market. It's extremely uncommon for tickets to be priced significantly above face value if they are still available at the box office, as it would be very unlikely that they would sell. It sounds like these tickets were selling at a higher price elsewhere on the secondary market and were no longer available at the $60 face value price that was displayed on the ticket.
Double sold tickets and didn't advise me until I asked where my "e-tickets" were. They said they would send another set and never did. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more if you have to, as you will most likely have a problem. Look at all their negative reviews... I'm not the only one!
Ordered tickets for Motley Crue in Toronto - ordered them about month early, they were emailed immediately and no issues getting into the show... Thought I would share since I was worried after reading a bunch of negative reviews.
I purchased tickets for Taylor Swift to take my 10 year old daughter. I bought them through SeatGeek and they showed on the seat map that they were next to each other. When we got to the show, the seats were in the same section and row, but they were for seat 3 and 17. I do blame SeatGeek for this as well, but UberSeat should not be selling tickets as a pair when they really aren't. I had to sit 14 seats away from my daughter for her first concert. Terrible experience. Do not use UberSeat.
Update 9/4/2015 - UberSeat did do the right thing and refunded me the total amount I paid for the tickets. I'm changing my rating based on that because it seems they intend to do what's right.
Hi Chris - If you bought both of your tickets in the same listing on UberSeat, then you're due a refund. Our vendors are always obligated to disclose if two tickets in the same listing aren't side-by-side. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] so we can take care of this for you. Thanks!
I AM A HIGH VOLUME BUYER THEY STOPPED TAKING MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY SAID THEIR SYSTEM LOCKS OUT MULTIPLE TRANSACTION BUYERS
I was a bit worried because I ordered the seats at 10pm the night before the event, and some online reviews had me scared that I wouldn't get my tickets in time.
I called Uber customer service at noon to let them know I hadn't received the tickets. They said they would look into it immediately. Within 15 minutes the e-tickets were e-mailed to me.
I ordered tickets for a Stanley Cup Finals game on Uberseat via Seatgeek about five days before the game. Immediately after I ordered them I noticed the reviews on this site, and despaired at how stupid I had been, and was genuinely concerned I had been ripped off. Once I saw the fine print said the tickets would not be emailed until two days before the event or later, I felt even worse. It was an all-consuming, crippling anxiety. I even made myself a deal: if I got into the game as planned, I would write a review here.
It turns out, that I got the tickets by email about 36 hours after ordering, and they worked fine (I went extra early in case they were double-sold). That said, it was barely worth the stress...
Hi there- Would you please shoot us an e-mail at [email protected] so we can help with your delivery issue? Thanks! -UberSeat
I had no problems with the ticket purchase for a Washington Nationals game. The real fun begins if your event is cancelled (rain-out). The Nationals will only issue refunds if you purchased the tickets directly from the team. I contacted UberSeats and after leaving several messages without a callback, finally got through. I was promptly told to contact the Nationals. When I informed them that I did while at the and was told to contact the ticket broker, I was put on hold. Several minutes later the customer service rep told me that I was right. He told me that UberSeats would not refund my money and suggested that I use another ticket broker such as stub to try and resell the seats in the event that the game was ever rescheduled. I explained that the game would only be rescheduled if it had playoff implications, as Cincinnati was not scheduled to play in DC anymore. Back on hold for several minutes and then told once again, "your are right, but we will not refund your money, unless the game is officially cancelled." I told him that decision will not be made until October. He again suggested that I try to resell the tickets for a game that may or may not actually be played myself. I suggested that UberSeats refund my money and that they resell them and was told that they are not willing to take the risk with their money and suggested further that I make future ticket purchases directly from the team or venue. Interesting advice from a secondary market broker but advice I will definitely follow.
We purchased etickets to the Braves game on July 4th (for the game on July 5th). We got a great deal for 8 tickets at $27 each in Section 123, Row 7 (really 4th row). These were unbelievably good seats on the first base side in mid-right field. We also got access to the 755 club and discounted food (33%) and merchandise (10%) that came with the tickets. This saved us a bunch of money. Bought the tickets and had them printed 10 minutes later. Easy, great deal, great transaction. Couldn't be happier!
I bought NBA tickets for my brothers bachelor party. They sent a card (not really tickets) to my house labeled with the name of a shopping mall. There was no invoice, no explanation that this "card" was the equivalent of my tickets, and no remorse once we couldn't go to the game due to the card being unusable. They said there's confirmation I received the package, so nothing is refundable. My brother's bachelor party was ruined, we spent unnecessary hours at the QArena trying to get ahold of someone at the company, and in the end lost our money.
The prices may seem cheap, but it's worth going with a reputable company that will communicate with you but charge you a little more.
Had tickets to a baseball game and when I went to print the tickets they were not attached to the email. Email said I would receive the tickets prior to event. When I called they were closed and I left a message and sent an email. I did receive the tickets at 945 for a 100 game and had a 3 and 1/2 hour drive. Needless to say late start, traffic jam and bad weather and missed the game. Called and complained and they claim to have sent the tickets one month prior. When I told them I never received the tickets it was blamed on my yahoo account. I told them it's funny I received them today with no problems and was told they are not responsible for lost tickets due to my email carrier. I will not use them again.
I booked concert tickets through Uberseat, when we arrived we were informed our tickets were already used. While this wasn't uberseat's fault (the broker they bought from apparently sold the tickets numerous times through multiple venues) it was a super disappointing and frustrating experience. That is the risk of buying through any third party though I suppose.
The upside is that Uberseat is an extremely reputable business -- not only is their support very quick and helpful, but they refunded me 200% of my tickets. This means I got a free $160 in my pocket for the inconvenience. While I'm careful not to use third parties in general, if you have to, Uberseat's policies are extremely generous if things don't work out.
I just wanted to follow-up my previous review of my ticketbuying experience with Uberseat. My wife and I purchased tickets in June to the Fall Out Boy concert at DTE Energy Music Theater. While I wish I could speak for everyone, I can't. However, our experience was absolutely amazing. Much to oursurprise
Answer: Hi Whitney, MLB tickets sometimes get issued and generated before the official schedule has been set in stone. It's always best to go by the official team schedule online- but if you shoot us an e-mail at [email protected], we can always verify for you. Thanks! -The UberSeat Team

Hi Jose. We're really sorry you experienced this issue. Please e-mail us at [email protected] if those e-tickets didn't arrive in time for the game, as you're definitely due a refund. Thank you!
