This site is HORRIBLE.
Don't waste your time.
Bought tickets to Marc Anthony at Prudential Center in Newark.
Total view was obstructed.
Center stage unable to see, BOTH screens blocked as well!
Sent an EMail, while I was still at the venue last night, basically they said they can't do anything about it.
I have no idea why I chose to use this site, I always get tickets from STUBHUB with no issue. STUBHUB DOES post and notify you if there is an obstruction of view, so you don't need look at speakers and a stand of spot lights.
I would give this company a ZERO if possible. Too bad it's not an option.
Got pistons tix tuesday for a Wed night game. It did take til the following business day (gameday) to get my e tickets and my final confirmation. I was nervous bc the order was pending overnight. However promptly at 10 am i recieved my e tickets. Great seats for less than face value. I will use them again
Turns out if you call this place 20 minutes after your credit card is fraudulently used, they still run it and help the criminals obtain free stuff on your hard earned income. And it's no surprise they will help you feel at ease by referencing your credit cards policy of protection and their reimbursement of funds to you. Ironically 3 other ticket companies notified of same problem stopped the charges and canceled tickets. I'd suggest using a site where honor and integrity outweigh fraud.
Hi Joshua, if someone fraudulently used your card to purchase tickets, you need to contact your bank first and foremost to issue you a new card and take off the fraudulent charges off of your card. UberSeat cannot take off the charges on your, as we do not have access to your bank information.
We did not run your card. You called us about a fraudulent charge on your card after the order had already been placed. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do at that point--you must get in touch with your bank so they can stop the fraudulent activity on your card. We can't reimburse your card because your bank already did so--PayPal refunds cards for fraudulent activity.
UberSeat is just a ticket company, so we cannot prevent fraudulent activity nor can we reverse any charges on your card. Most credit card companies are able to protect you if you credit card is compromised, but it is not UberSeat's responsibility to do that for you. Please reach out to PayPal to dispute the charges and notify them of the fraud you see on your card.
I was just reading the review regarding the family that went to Phoenix and their Super Bowl tickets were not there. That could of been us. We bought Super Bowl tickets last week through Uber, in the 100 section, 4 tickets. I waited to receive my Fed Ex tracking number. My other friends were receiving their tickets that they ordered through SeatGeek through other carriers on the web site. After a lot of e-mails going back and forth to UberSeat, asking where my tickets were, they told me that I would have to pick up my tickets in Phoenix. Originally it was advertised that they would send me a Fed Ex tracking number to me. I was not going to fly in tomorrow morning for the game and take a gamble that the tickets would be there. I cancelled my order because they could not give me a Fed Ex Tracking number after a few days waiting. Now American Express will be disputing my charge to UberSeat. We had to go buy Super Bowl tickets again and pay an extra $5K, but we received our tickets the next day. A lesson to learn, but not everyday we buy Super Bowl tickets.
Family paid $30,000 for super bowl tickets, 10 people total, very excited. When we arrived in Phoenix, they claimed the tickets were no longer available. When you make a purchase, they take your money and don't even have the tickets. DO NOT USE, you will lose money. Company should be taken down by whatever means possible. A disgrace to human race and America.
Had a horrible experience at the Cavaliers game last night. The guy was late, uncommunicative and unrepentent. We barely got into the game in time. He was shuffling over a dozen credit cards to make his system work. The whole thing was creepy and sleezy. Never use them!
Hi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out. We sincerely apologize that you had this experience with your paperless tickets. Obviously when we get such negative feedback from our customers, our team investigates the vendor and considers removing the inventory from our site. We just applied a 20% courtesy refund back to your credit card. You should see that credit show up on your card in about 1-3 business days. Thank you very much for the feedback, and again- we're so sorry you had this experience.
Thank you,
The UberSeat Team
I purchased e-tickets for an NBA game and got an email 3 days later that my tickets were not available. They seem to have a habit of offering seats for tickets that do not exist. Awful and unreliable service. They should not be included on Seatgeek.
Hi Bob, we don't recognize your name and are trying to locate any correspondence we have had with you about your order and are coming up short. Can you please reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 888-501-3955 so that we can assist you? We can get things resolved much more efficiently if you contact our support team.
The prices are always very competitive and the fact that there aren't unnecessary fees added on to the price is main reason I don't waste my time on other ticket sites
I was hesitant to order from Uber seats but after researching them I decided to give it a shot. I have now placed 10 orders at different times and have been 100% satisfied with all my ticket orders. I print my tickets at home so I get the tickets right away. I will continue to purchase my tickets through this company because the price is right and the customer service is great!
Hi Gail! We are so pleased to hear that! If you have any further questions or concerns about placing an order with our company, we would love to help out. Have a great rest of your day! Enjoy UberSeat!
I purchased two NBA tickets for a Sac vs Okc game tonight. My husband and I went to the gate, the tickets were scanned and we were told the tickets were not valid! I was so mad. The attendant escorted us to two box offices to try to assist us and both times we were told the tickets were not valid. I will not be using this site ever again. I have contacted our bank to dispute the money and will also report this company to the BBB. CONSUMER BEWARE!
Hi Kim. Please accept our sincerest apologies. Whenever a broker provides double sold tickets, we expect them to provide you with a 200% refund for your tickets. Please contact us at 888-501-3955 or email us at [email protected] at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss your experience at the venue and get started on the refund process.
This site is a scam. It states "NO FEES", yet it charged 75 dollars a ticket for a 25 dollar face value ticket. I didn't realize the tickets were not on sale yet, and I purchased the tickets for $77 assuming it was close to face. Uber purchased the tickets from the vendor on the day they went on sale. The tickets are still not sold out, but Uber thinks it is acceptable to make a 200% profit for doing nothing. DO NOT USE UBER
Hi Nicole. The price printed on the tickets is the original box office venue price when the tickets originally went on sale. Prices on UberSeat are sold at market value and fluctuate on a daily basis.
UberSeat is a secondary market for tickets, similar to StubHub, Vivid Seats, Crowd Seats, and many other ticketing companies. We do not charge any fees for our tickets, so the price that you saw on our website was the price you paid. You agreed to pay for the ticket at $75/ticket, and we did not tack on any additional fees on top of that price. We hope that makes sense.
This company is a scam setup. They are called UberSeat but they are not affiliated in any way with Uber the car service. I wanted to order tickets for a hockey game for my 7-year-old son's birthday. I went on SeatGeek and saw some seats for $57. I ordered two and only noticed after paying that although they were called "seats" the fine print at the bottom it said Row: SRO. I immediately got suspicious and went to the venue website and sure enough these were not seats at all but Standing Room tickets in what can only be charitably described as a hockey mosh pit for drunks. Within 5 minutes of starting the order I emailed to cancel it. UberSeat emailed me back immediately saying -- " The tickets were clearly listed as "SRO" and in the notes of the section it stated they are standing room only. We are very sorry, but we are unable to refund the order for you. However, you are more than able to resell the tickets on StubHub, Ebay, Craigslist, or Tickets Now to mitigate your loss." Keep in mind, this is less than 5 minutes after starting the transaction, before receiving a confirmation and they are already blowing me off. Plus, how can I resell tickets that they are allegedly going to deliver via email? Forward the email? I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company and sending a note to the actual Uber company that they should investigate these guys for trademark infringement.
Hi Christopher. We're a bit confused. We never claimed we were affiliated with Uber the car service. We are a ticketing company that specializes in tickets to games, concerts, and shows, such as Broadway shows and musicals.
When you purchased the tickets on the checkout page, the Section and Row clearly stated, "Standing Room Only" and even in the description of the tickets on the top of the page, it stressed, "These seats are standing room only."
We understand that sometimes when you see a great deal for tickets, it's easy to neglect the information clearly presented on the checkout page. However, there was ample information available on the checkout page that indicated that your tickets were Standing Room Only. You agreed to our terms and conditions on the checkout page that stated that all sales are final and there are no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed--even if you contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order.
Hope that helps!
Fraudulent company! All positive reviews are fake/paid for. I bought tickets rather hastily and didn't even receive them. Called my bank to dispute the charge and they said I was set to pay this company recurring charges!? It's an absolute scam, you can tell just by the fact that the address for the company is literally an apartment in New York. Avoid. At. All. Costs.
Hi there! Mind contacting us at [email protected] or calling us at 888-501-3955? We don't recognize the name, so we're unsure if you contacted our support team to help you. We definitely would love to see what's going on with your order.
Sometimes people will not receive the e-tickets they paid for because of a typo in their email address or because their email settings block emails from UberSeat. If that's the case, we would have been more than happy to change your email address for you or send it to an email address that does not block our emails. It's best to contact us before your event so that we're able to assist you.
You were not set up for recurring charges. Once an order is placed, the sale is "settled" on your card, and we do not have the ability to set it up for recurring charges. We did not charge your card more than once, so you do not have to worry.
Looking forward to hearing back from you so we can resolve this issue!
I thought I purchased Chicago Blackhawks tickets from SeatGeek because I used their app, but got an email from UberSeat after placing the order so I guess UberSeat was the one that facilitated the order. Loved it. Got the confirmation and the e-tickets within an hour. I called the next day because I'd never heard of UberSeat and was hesitant that the name on the ticket was not mine, but the CSR assured me that was normal and it shouldn't be an issue. Gonna have fun at my game with my husband!
I had a slight hick-up with a recent purchase of tickets through Uber Seat. It was totally unrelated to them but it gave them the opportunity to showcase their amazing attention to the problem, rectify it, communicate back/forth with me via email updated me on the progress to getting it rectified and then closing the loop with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their customer service was prompt and excellent. You can trust this site that if ever an issue with a seat ticket purchase, provide them with the details and documentation an they will compensate you 200% for your purchase if the problem is found to be with one of their seat brokers who ends up less than honest and legit! Love them so much!
LOVE IT! Will definitely use them again and again and again! Ordered my tickets online and got them in THE SAME MINUTE!
The worst. After 20 hrs of no response to calls and emails they let me know via email that I would not get the tickets... 2 hrs prior to the game.
Stay away!
Hi there,
We're sorry to hear you're disappointed in UberSeat. Do you mind writing to us at [email protected] or calling us at 888-501-3955? We're not recognizing the name, so we're unsure if we had any correspondence from you or not concerning your order. It's best to reach out to us directly to resolve the issue you're experiencing, as we cannot locate your order solely by name. Hope that helps!
This site is a scam. I paid 500 dollars for tickets to a concert in LA and never got the tickets. They claim to have sent them via FedEx and apparently FedEx just dropped them in front of the door for everyone to take. That is ridiculous. Customer service was of no help. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Update February 11th 2015: A miracle! Uberseat has replied to my review - it only took them four months after I posted it. Think that pretty much says everything about their customer service as I experienced it.
The point is this: If Uberseat indeed DID send my tickets with FedEx, then it is COMPLETELY irresponsible for them to ship them with the option of just dropping them at the front door. It is like dropping cash on the street - no serious vendor would operate like that. So I stick with my previous conclusion: There never were any tickets and this site is a scam. BEWARE!
Hi Soeren, thanks for your email. You purchased tickets and a tracking number was sent to you as soon as the tickets shipped. If you're dissatisfied with how FedEx delivered the tickets, you'll need to reach out to FedEx and file a claim, as that is outside of UberSeat's jurisdiction. Hope that helps!
After reading some very negative, and some very positive, reviews I had mixed feelings with purchasing tickets through uber. After recent terrible experiences through crowd seats I was hesitant to use anything besides stubhub. However, I couldn't pass up the amazingly cheap tickets for the football game I wanted to see. I placed my order and literally 5 minutes later I had a conformation email, an email verifying my tickets, and an email with my tickets ready to print! Great experience. Very relieved :)
Terrible!
I ordered ALCS tickets, first order didn't go, which is fine so then I ordered others but didn't get those either.
THEY HELD MY $2600 FOR 3 DAYS.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
Answer: Hi Whitney, MLB tickets sometimes get issued and generated before the official schedule has been set in stone. It's always best to go by the official team schedule online- but if you shoot us an e-mail at [email protected], we can always verify for you. Thanks! -The UberSeat Team

Hi Roni, thanks for your email. UberSeat does not have maps on our website, so we require all of our brokers to list all obstructions that the venue considers obstructions on the notes of the tickets of the checkout page. If the venue doesn't consider the seats having an obstructed view, then we aren't able to list that.
We're sorry you're disappointed in the seats you purchased, but everyone's opinion of a "good seat" is different and UberSeat did everything we were supposed to do in disclosing any information that might have affected the value of the seats of a customer's experience. However, as the venue itself does not consider these seats as having an obstruction, UberSeat cannot either.
What we recommend doing is sending the venue pictures of the obstruction you saw and expressing your dissatisfaction with how the Prudential Center did not disclose that information on their tickets. We get our tickets directly from the venue, so all obstructions are listed on the tickets that were printed by them.
Additionally, it would not matter if you bought them from UberSeat or StubHub, as sellers on StubHub are required to disclose obstructions as well and since the notes do not have any obstructions listed on them, you would have been just as disappointed when you arrived at the venue. We cannot state enough that this is a venue error and UberSeat nor the broker who sold you these tickets is at fault.
