I ordered bathing suits for my daughter following the size chart on their website. I received the bathing suits and they are all way too small. She could not fit into any of them. I went on the site and requested the information to return the items. The site states that you have to request an RMA number in order to return the items. I requested the RMA and received it and then proceeded to send my items back with the RMA and return form. It has now been 2 months and they have not processed my return nor can they even tell me if they received the return. Now they are asking me for the order #, the tracking# (which they never said I needed) and they have informed me that they do not process their returns using the RMA number. (If that's the case then why is it so important that you get one or they don't accept your return.), and I have had to provide them with the post office receipt for my return. So at this point I have tried calling their 800#, which by the way - goes to a message on a loop and you never get to speak with a human being and you can't even leave a message for anyone. I have placed numerous order ticket requests asking for my refund and have yet to get my money. So I am now out the original order of $60+ and I am out the $12+ that it cost me to mail the items back. I have gotten zero satisfaction. I would not order anything from this company again, they do not stand behind their products or their own return policy.

So far I've only ordered 1 item on may 5th. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! I put in a claim and they tell me the post is slow but it will arrive. Almost THREE months and no shirt. The worst part about it is they have some really cute stuff.

I placed an order on July 1 2017 and my account is still saying processing. They took my money out of my account right after I placed order. Emailed company asking when my order will be shipped and received no response. I need my order for a special event in august hope I receive it in time. I only put a 3 stars because of what I have experienced so far. Will write another review after I receive my order.

Horrible service. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back because they advertised pants that they don't have and when you call they let you know the items have been sold out for a while. I confronted them and they wanted to give me store credit instead. What a great way to do business.

Why do the sizes on the size chart not match what you send out, quality of clothing not the same as listed on the web site, imitation clothing sold here. Its sad to think that people like me are being scammed by companies like you. Never again will i purchase and i will ensure that i continue to spread the word world wide, Free shipping world wide just like you but then send a bill for shipping. Horrible site, Horrible fraud.

I stupidly bought over $100 worth of clothes from them, took over a month to receive them, and once I finally got them, they were simply terrible. Nothing fit right, nothing looked like the pictures, the fabric was horrible quality, I could go on and on. They promised I could return but I would have to pay shipping, originally it cost $45, but ended up being sooo much more because it ended up being sent to China. I never got my money back, ended up paying double just sending it back and never received my money back. Literally the worst shopping experience of my life.

I NEVER write reviews, but one has to be made about this site. I normally order from sites where the items are from China all the time. I initially ordered an item back in April. I was told 3-4 weeks including processing. No big deal. I wait that long and the item has not processed. First of there was not number to call so I email. I was told my item is out of stock. So I was told to order another item. I give a list of items and all of those are out of stock. I give anothe list of items and tell them to process the first available one. Now it's July and I have not received my items and was given a partial refund. Sadly, this isn't really a refund because it's cash back to the website account. Basically this company takes your money tells you your item is unavailable then the only way to get your money back is try your luck at ordering another item. Order at your own risk and get a tracking number if you do (which cost extra). In my opinion you are better off ordering from eBay. You will at least get your item.

I bought a fidget cube for my daughter on 27 May. Two days after I received an email saying that the item has been shipped via China Post, I immediately had feeling that I got cheated by this Chinese company. And I was right. More than one month already and there is still no sign that the fidget cube is going to show up at our door. I sent them an email some days ago asking them to give me any proof that they have sent something to us. I heard nothing from them.
I have opened a case at Paypal and I am sure that Paypal will refund me.
So if you guys have not received your item or the item is not as described, you can open a case in resolution centre and Paypal will make them to refund your money back. I think still that they must close scammer down.

Very very bad and dessapounted. I ordered now 2 month and I am sendind lots of email telling them my problem. I didnd receive my item and also I didn't receive a explanation why and no refund. That is fraud and you guys need to sort this out

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
