It appears that this Twinkle Deals is a big rip off why doesn't someone do something like making sure they aren't able to sell anything else. I'm so glad I searched because the website looks a lot like another website called Rosewholesale don't buy from them either, because you will certainly be sorry you did so you won't get your money back and the quality is so poor. And another thing PayPal supports these company so are they aware of the poor service and quality. I intend on letting them know as well.
Ordered 3 shower curtains one was ok. The other two were absolutely not as pictured! The photo they advertised showed a clear beautiful curtain- WHAT I RECEIVED WAS ALL BLURRY MUTED. Customer service is awful. STAY FAR AWAY

Product does not correspond to the image at all. I ordered a shower curtain with a picture of an elephant and received a shower curtain with a blurry brown pattern, the image was so pixelized, it was impossible to recognize the pattern. Tried to get a refund for 3 months, they have been sending me fake return proofs and I never saw my money. This website should be closed, it is incredible they're still operating!

Oh dear. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I placed my order. If you haven't done so already, please dont use this firm. Save yourself a headache. I dont know how this company are still operating a business. I placed my order 12 days ago and it still hasnt been shipped. I have sent 2 messages, neither have been replied to. No communication. What a crap way to run a business. Either get on with sending me my goods, or give me back my money!
Dont fob me off with a copy and pasted reply about shipping or something. Your words "Some order can take between 5-10 business days to process" well it beyond that now, so sort it out please.

Finally got half of my order today Nov. 20 2017 after waiting a month for it. The package was in terrible condition and does not work. I was supposed to get a USB converter with my projection lamp but the box was so bad that I assumed it fell out or was not even in the box. The lamp has a crack in it and is not useable. I will never order from this company and will tell everyone I know not to order from this company. I have ordered from other companies in China and I have had no problems.

I ordered with this company 2 times, the first time they cancelled 1/2 of my order, the second order they cancelled completely. Very frustrating, waiting for something you order, then they try to blame it on their supplier. Get a better supplier and dont sell items online that you do not have to sell, it is illegal!

Despite some misgivings I decided to give Twinkledeals a chance as I fell in love with their Snail blingy brooch. I am glad I did as the brooch arrived to the UK in under 3 weeks and is really lovely. Exactly as described and of a good quality: I particularly love the diamonte stones that compliment the enamel and are not too much bling for daytime- even the roll-over clasp is secure. I am looking forward to wearing it on my Winter coat lapel. I would use the company again, keeping the total cost under the UK Customs limit to minimise problems with delivery. They have some beautiful brooches I can give as Xmas stocking filler presents- if I can bear to part with them.

I ordered 6 light-weight cloth itmes at TwinkleDeals and choosed "expedited" shipping to Europe. Twinkle Deals sent my order in 2 separate packages and after waiting more than 2 weeks I just received 1 of the packagaes by DHL and only for the shipment of this one package I had to pay 42 euros! The delivery costs me more than the itmes alltogether. I never asked to handle my order in 2 different packages & shipment and after complaining I just received the sloppy answer that the items are from 2 different warehouses and that this is the reason why they have been shipped seprately. Actually it doesn't interest me from which warehouses they come from, when ordering on Twinkle Deals' website I don't check the warehouses. They didn't want to accomodate me as the customer and did not want to take over the costs for at least one shipment, what I suggested. So, this is the last time I order sthg. From there. They are non-professional, messy and have a slow ordering-service.

I dont think they evan deserve the one star i have given i payed etra to get my product by a certain date that was two weeks ago my product was supposed to be here I have sent numerous emails and no one has even gotten back to me I have asked for a refund in full and still nothing I suggest anyone wanting to buy from this site do not do it

Order took a month to receive, response to my review will be the generated "pay more on shipping if you want your order quicker" There are WAY too many websites to order from that you do not have to pay more to get your order within a normal time frame. Clothes are cheaply made & look nothing like what is advertised. E Mail stated my package would take 8-15 days... took 30.

Twinkle deals caught my eye with various many fashionable items but one thing that I didn't know is that Twinkle Deals is located in China witch means. That any size that you order will be much smaller compared to the united states size charts. For example
If you order a 3x from Twinkle deal it will not classify as a 3x in the United States, it will be more like a small. I order a 4x from twinkle deals and in the United states i had the item measured and it was a 1x in the united states.

I have ordered at Twinkledeals a couple times now. The quality is good and the prices are variating from (very) low to average. Every piece has a table with measures to pick the right size. There are incredibly many different styles to choose from. The employees are very polite and helpful. It takes a little while before the package arrives and you have to be okay with that.
I have not received my package yet, going on 3 weeks now, can't get a hold of them, nothing, I just want my money back, but you can't never get a hold of anybody, I'm pissed, guess they taking Donald trump disputes out on us by taking are money and sending nothing to the United States

I ordered a few orders from twinkledeals before this happened. This time, according to Canada Post, they sent the package with an incomplete address so the package was returned to sender. When I finally made contact with twinkledeals they gave me one of two options.
1. Receive 1/2 my money back in the form of credit.
2. Receive half my money back through Paypal
I chose number two but there should have been just one choice: SHIP THE PACKAGE BACK. Unacceptable.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
