My first order in March, one of the items I found rest out a week later, was out of stock and would be getting a refund. 3 months later still hadn't received it. 2 nasty emails to the company and I FINALLY got it. While waiting on the first order, I placed another one on April 11th and as of today, I STILL don't have all of the items that I ordered. No replies to my numerous emails!
I ordered a swimming suit from twinkledeals long long time ago. It was my first and LAST time I ordered anything from there. Polite customer support promised to return me my money, but no money return happened.

I bought a dress that was beautiful but was cut way too long, and couldn't be shortened - the pattern would have been ruined.
I wrote a review giving it a one star.
Then I received the best, most excellent Customer Service - EVER!
Twinkledeal contacted me, offered a full refund, didn't want the dress back but asked that I donate it, and gave me extra points for my next purchase.
All that was done quickly, politely, with the careful attention of a nice woman.
Seriously - this was the best experience, even without the dress. They have my trust!
I will definitely try them again!

I ordered 3 dresses in May. I received one at the end of May, and other 2 in the second week of June. The first received was well too small. I sent a query (same day when received) how to change it to bigger size. I was told to wait for other 2 (didn't make sense to me at all). I did raise a concern what would happen if I pass the 30 day return waiting for the remaining 2 dresses. I was blagged to put it shortly. I decided to gift too small dress to my smaller friend and ordered another one a size bigger. Both orders were fully paid via PayPal. I've been waiting for the second order and checked the status only to find out that was awaiting payment! I'm furious now as the number of emails I've sent (incl. Proof of both payments) only to receive latest reply that I didn't pay the second order but the first. First order was all in size M. Second only one dress in size L. I really don't know what else to do to get through the thick wall built around the twinkledeals. Very incompetent, messy and crafty. I am fuming indeed and will take this matter further.

Your service is Pathetic, I am very much disappointed, I have placed my order on the 25/04/2017, I only received a called from a post office which is even in my area that I need to come and collect my parcel I drove there {my Petrol} and when I got there only 1 item of the 4 items has been delivered, and when I got to the post office I had to pay another amount Of R131. Which was never discussed initially, I am not going to afford to be paying this R131.00 for each item that you still going to send and the fact that I need to drive to a different location not the one I indicated is not part of our agreement, in that case can I please have my Money back. I would never advise anyone to deal with Twinkle deals its very stressful and time consuming

The order was received two weeks after sending, the track number was tracked, but did not guess with the size, it turned out to be more. Contacting the support service solved the problem quite quickly, I was compensated for part of the cost of the purchase, because I decided not to send the order back. Thanks to the support team for their prompt work. Due to the compensation I can order the appropriate size of the goods.

I bought a some jackets and jumpers from twinkledeals, I had them in XL sizes when they came not only did they not fit me but they didn't even fit my wife who weighs 58kg. I then wrote to them about the size problem, they gave me a support ticket and have yet to hear anything since, that was 3 months ago.

I ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter for Christmas in November 2016, it is now April 2017 and I have still not received my order. I asked for an explanation twice and received a bogus response that the shipping company is responsible and they are not. They also will not give me a refund since I did not purchase any insurance at checkout. This is ridiculous. I will be reporting this company to the NYS Attorney General Office!
My order was placed on 15 May and hasn't arrived yet. T**************. I keep checking and it said "in transit" but now it says that my tracking number is invalid. Please help.

I ordered a bunch of clothes worth $700 dollars. The order was cancelled with no legitatimate reason and I was refunded only a portion of my money. I email them to query and there was no response.
I tried again this last week and again my credit card was debited and an email received with a tracking number. And then a day later I was told that my order had been cancelled and that a part of my money would be refunded. I followed up with an email to query this to their support email address and I have received zero feedback.
I am convinced that these guys are running a scam. Shocking non delivery.

Just an update - Through a fight with Paypal I eventually got a refund - but this was ONLY a PARTIAL refund (£3 less than what I paid for the item) so there's no vindication for Twinkledeals or Paypal. The service I received from both was awful. I send a total of 14 emails to both. Most of their responses were automated even though I'd asked clear questions. 90% of my requests were ignored. Then the other day I got an email from Twinkledeals pleading with me to change my review on this site saying they had refunded me (even though it was a partial refund and I only got it because I had to fight for it with Paypal - they had no intentions of paying my back). And the email which they sent had numerous grammar and spelling errors (I counted 12 in four paragraphs). Although this might sound petty of me to mention I feel it fits in with the whole unprofessionalism of my experience with Twinkledeals.
Be careful with Twinkle deals - they will fabricate that your item is being held by UK customs if you don't recicve it - I will definitely not use again.

A very poor service. Basically they had taken my money for nothing. Bought two items at the same time - over two months later only one turned up. Their excuse was that they were sent separately (Obviously they'd forget to one of the items as they would have been put in the same package). Even though one of the items had arrived they continued to ask for my address details (they obviously had these as I'd received one item already). I've spent weeks trying to resolve it (they don't even answer most emails). When they do reply to emails they keep asking stupid questions. I had to put in a dispute with Paypal who are just as bad. Now they're saying I have to ring UK customs as the items are being held there. This will cost me more that the price of the missing item if I follow this route, so is not an option - ridiculous company getting away with murder - AVOID! Paypal are equally as poor.
I ordered 4 choker necklaces in March and have never gotten them. What happened to them? I realize they were being shipped from China but really should it take this long?

I never received my order and was shipped out 12/05/2017. Shipping information is not available even though they say tracking information is available. I either want my money back or another one shipped out before the end of the month. I wanted the cover up in time for my holiday in July hence why I ordered early may and still haven't received.

I have not received 2 dresses of the 5 I ordered. One of the 5 dresses is "no longer in stock", I received 2 dresses, one was made of cheap fabric that can't be worn and I have not received the other 2 dresses. Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
