I ordered 4 dred sea. I received them in a timely manner but the clothes are terrible quality do not order from them and in order to return you have to take pictures and send them to them just to get a partial return on your order! Will never be orderi, g from here again and Will just eat the 60 dollars I spent! Stay away!
I was going to make an order for my holidays but after reading bad reviews i am staying clear. So glad i read this stuff first as i was interested in about ten items and i work hard for my money and have saved for months for my holiday so it looks like i would be very disappointed. Thanks for all who keep us aware
Looks amazing in the pictures online not the same when you receive them... very poor quality material and they don't let you return items unless something is very wrong with it and they have to authorise it! Ridiculous... you just lose money

I am just wondering if they are all connected with SammyDress, JollyChic and a raft of others, the ones I mentioned are not to be trusted, the sizes all run really small and made of cheap fabric. I read an article that they pull the pics from high end magazines and designers and what you order is NOT what you get. Plus delivery times are outrageous. The items come from China thru a distribution house in the USA... so buyer beware.
I ordered a dress in November (yes, 5 months ago) and still have not received it. Whenever I send an inquiry about the order, I get a "canned response" about how it takes "x" number of weeks to process and ship the order and that I should wait a little bit longer and contact them again. Great. Well, how many weeks are in a "little bit longer"? I could walk to China faster than it is taking for the order to get here. This is not the first time I have had delivery issues with Twinkledeals. I have ordered from them 3 times total and have yet to receive any of the orders. Luckily, I have been refunded on 2 out of 3. I have opened a complaint with PayPal for the 3rd one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS, OR ANY OTHER, PLACE WHICH IS BASED OUTSIDE THE U.S. Clothing may cost a little more here in the states but at least it fits a normally sized person and it doesn't take 1/2 a year to arrive. These people are friggin' ridiculous. You get what you paid for,

D'oh! Suckered in by cute and cheap. Turns out they are terribly made, Chinese disasters. From what I have read elsewhere; People paid and never received anything. People paid for clothes but had to pay high COD charges. People that did receive anything received tiny, badly-made garments. Returns are near impossible. Refunds are nonexistent.
Saw them via Facebook ad. Impulsively bought and THEN read the reviews after my "confirmation" email with no order number and sent from amazonses.com. Read the reviews then, and went back to the site. No order on file. Submitted a request via their "Help" section. Asked for an order number, which I was never given. So I submitted a cancellation request. Confirmation of THAT was more detailed; your email will be answered within 24 hours, blah, blah. (That was 6 hours ago.) Check status here. Click the link, it signs me into my "Ticket" and it states processing. Check intermittently, been showing as processing allllllll day. No order of mine exists on system.
Went through Paypal, started a dispute which gives them 180 days to respond. A gmail address is given as their customer service address.
24 hours later, I had a reply cancelling my order, and a full refund. Whew.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: The products will be coming from China. They will be extremely low quality, they will not fit properly, and it will take you weeks and weeks to get the garbage. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT order from them
Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
Answer: I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone haven't been able too. The items l ordered took anything from two weeks to five weeks to arrive. Good luck hope you get them in time.
