I was just getting ready to order from this site but decided to look at the reviews first. You know what they say "if it seems to good to be true... it probably is". Thank you for the warning from all of you that posted your bad experiences. I'm seeing a lot of "apologizes" from Twinkledeals, but it appears the same problems keep occurring. If you want people to buy from you, stop apologizing and FIX the problem!

Ok, yes the quality is not great, but when its that cheap I dont feel bad about donating after a few wears. I ordered 4 tops, took about 2 weeks to arrive. Not EXACTLY like the photos but very close. I typically wear a Medium but ordered large since i read some reviews about things being small. Everything actually fit pretty well and only one was kind of small but still doable. I am going to order XL on my next order. Overall not as bad as i thought from the horrible reviews they got

I have never been so unimpressed by the quality of a companies clothes as well as their customer service! I learned a hard lesson here. I will never order clothes online again because of my experience with this company! I could have found better clothes at a thrift store for the same prices. I bought 20 tops. Two had defective zippers, three were decent, and the remaining 15 were just plain CRAP! I've never in my life seen such cheap and tacky clothes! They looked NOTHING like they did online!

Cheap clothing, I wear medium, these clothes are made for children the items are so cheap made, not like pictured..., the jewelry is also, cheap. They want even send me a return label, I want to send the order back, sent several e-mails. They don't have a phone #, I see why... They took my money, $ 107.00. Can't wear any of it. I have. So unhappy. With this company... they need to be reported, for false advertisement... BBB. Don't waste your time or money!

He comprado en algunas otras tiendas como estas, pero twinkledeals si que me sorprendió para bien, ya que en primer lugar no tiene gastos de envío como otras páginas, segunda la variedad de su ropa muy bonita por cierto y tercero las ofertas que siempre están manejando. Mi primer pedido de esta página ya me llegó y está todo muy bonito tal como en las fotos lo describen, las tallas son correctas y la joyería muy bien hecha, recomiendo mucho esta página si quieren cosas bonitas y a buen precio. :)

I believe this company has several trading names. I was charged £20.00 import tax and when I complained they just said it was normal to get import taxes. They also said on the website no delivery charges but that is also nonsense. I will not be buying from China ever again! They will never give you a refund even if you do not receive the goods! I also believe the good reviews are lies!

Ainda só fiz uma encomenda, por isso só tenho uma experência.
No site foi muito fácil fazer as compras. Dizia que a encomenda demorava 10-20 dias úteis a chegar, no entanto foi muito mais rápido. Chegou tudo em bom estado.

Products come sized incorrectly and are constructed poorly. Customer service is awful, shipments take weeks/months, and even when they make size errors you have to pay a fee for an exchange. I threw 3 bathing-suits away because they were not even good enough to give away. Will not purchase from them again!

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: The products will be coming from China. They will be extremely low quality, they will not fit properly, and it will take you weeks and weeks to get the garbage. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT order from them
Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
Answer: I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone haven't been able too. The items l ordered took anything from two weeks to five weeks to arrive. Good luck hope you get them in time.
