I made my purchase online. I had a couple of questions about this item and I was able to call them.
They answered my questions with no problem. The purchasing process was very easy and the delivery process
Was stress free because they gave me a tracking number so I was able to see where my order was any time I wanted to. The item I purchased is excellent in quality. With a very reasonable price.
The first one I purchased worked so well that I purchased two more and those two worked out so well that I just ordered another one.
The earrings look in Real life cheap and childish
NOTHING like the photo
And of. Ourse never tried them on but cant send back because they are earrings

I ordered a coat and some other bits and just wanted to check on it's progress. Cannot login (exactly like Maureen C reported in her review of 11th Sept) just keeps looping back to blank login page. I also tried changing password but same issue. Have had confirmation of order & payment but am now worried I have been duped and that I will never get my order.

My Order was destroyed by the Carrier due to wrong address as they have shipped the order to wrong address. My registered info was having a wrong zip code but the address was the right one. But they have shipped it to another state not something even in the neighborhood and they didn't offer any help for correcting the address or even a refund.

I never received my package and support said shipped again never received second. Address was confirmed two or three times. First shipment said maybe three weeks. Then support said oh no the cut off date to investigate is like six weeks. After six or so week they said they reshipped. The wait started all over. I gave up on this after over two months and had to go to another store to get my son his gift. He was disappointed during the extremely long wait time with this. No I did not get a refund. This was such a kick it down the road process. Thanks for being consistent with your emails but fix your shipping and customer receiving and satisfaction process. My two separate shipments were never received. I have no trouble receiving orders from other places and place 90 of my Christmas shopping online. I would say 20 plus package received from other retailers. What is going on with this place?

Ordered a rug over a month ago - then unable to log in to the site as a member. I have logged in and every time you enter to "code" it just loops back to a blank login. Was able to change password but still unable to log in since I purchased an item. Tried to contact customer support - but again it takes you to the login screen where it is impossible to login and check and items

I ordered a monokini from here. Its super cute! They have great customer service! The color was like the photo, looks great on! It runs a little small so order a size up.The only thing I disliked was the lace, it was detached and I would flop around. But Overall I love it I'm looking forward to buying more from here

At first I was a little bit afraid because it was the first time I was buying something on-line and it was clothes that I can't try before buying it. I must say I was really surprise when I got my coat, it was exactly like the picture, not hot, not cold, perfect for autumn. The size was the same as the chart, it fits great and I like it because I can wear it with many colors and also different types of shoes. I am very happy with my purchase and of course I will buy again on this website. Every time I had a question, they answered it very fast and I believe their customer service is very good, and they also have very nice clothes for an affordable price.

Ordered 2 x items from this site and the fashion and look of the products are very eye catching.
However after 5 months and several emails the items never arrive only for them to say they sent them? Never had this problem from eBay.
I believe the site is nothing more than a total scam!

I ordered 2 bikinis, 3 dresses, and a beach throw. The came in different shipments. Quality was good and came as pictured. I did have trouble with 2 items which was ordered in December did not come until April, but customs can be tricky, also one dress did not come with the slip dress for the underneath. (It's all lace)
I would buy from them again. I wish I could add pics. Yes I am a real live resident of the USA!

I received my order a few days ago, it took just about as long as expected being that it is shipping from china. The quality of the product is good, I measured before selecting the size and I typically did have to purchase a size that was much larger than what I would normally buy. Remember that a lot of sizing is "vanity" sizing in the US, follow the sizing guide and there shouldn't be too much of an issue. My experience matched my expectations. I will definitely buy from there again.

I have never experienced a service as bad as this and WILL NOT be using them again! BE WARNED! Ordered a coat for my husband for Christmas 2016. Very carefully measured my hubby before ordering to ensure it would fit. It arrived late after messages to chase its delivery. When it finally did arrive (2 days before Christmas) it was nowhere near the size ordered. I took photos against a tape measure to prove this and enquired about returning the item for a refund. The system of communication is a ridiculous ticket system where you have to wait about 24 hours for a reply to each individual email sent and these replies have to be retrieved via the link on their website. I was told that if I returned the item with proof of the issue, I would be given a free refund. When investigating how to return, I was informed that the way I had to post the item was by Royal mail standard international delivery (which cost me another £14.65) and that I should allow approx 4 months for it to clear Chinese customs. I followed their guidelines to the letter and kept proof of everything. By April, no refund had shown up on my account so I got in touch with them again. This time I was told that they had not received the item! Now over 7 months later, no coat, no refund and just under £70 out of pocket I am not at all satisfied. As far as I am concerned this company has knowingly taken my money and are doing nothing to resolve the issue.

I cannot say enough negative comments about this company. I measured myself before ordering, just to order the correct size shirts. When they came, I tried them on and they were all too tight. So I emailed them, which has to go through their weird portal. I ended up having to email the BBB just to return these shirts; and get this, I spent about $130 in shirts and it cost me almost $70 to ship them back. Be warned!

NEVER AGAIN! Purchasing was no problem, try returning. To start, I can't seem to log in, even after resetting my password, phone number is a recording with hours of availability and then promptly disconnects, and the chat function doesn't work either. I added the required info, hit send/submit and got "service agents are too busy" and that too promptly closes the chat window. That said, I can't login, reach them by phone or by chat... NOW WHAT? Dont know where to send my return/facilitate a refund, money totally wasted and my stress level is through the roof! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Customer service is key, often times we don't need it but when we do... WE DO. This was a Total Loss and EPIC FAIL! Please know this about me, I, NOT an internet troll, and typically only write reviews when I have had an over the top great experience and rarely to I post negative reviews, however, this is pretty severe. I feel like I just threw $$$ out the window:-( Very upset!

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
