The unknown is crazy. Having to wait a week to receive an email that the shoe is on delay is unacceptable taken my money was taken in real time. Now the week is here and still no word or email as to if they were shipped already. I think communication is what's wrong here however I just want my shoes

Ordered shoes on the 8th, were supposed to be delivered on the 15th. Still haven't arrived. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

I was so excited when I ordered these boots, first I paid for 1 day shipping which my boots arrived late then when I received the I took the right side out first which was perfect and beautiful and when I took the left side out the zipper would not go down! The I look at the cover of the box and on there was a message that the left boot zipper would not go down written on June 2025. So this tells me that the company accepted this return was aware that the boot was defected and still resold it forward. I'm so upset I don't want a store credit as there's nothing I want in the store or trust to get from you. I would like a full refund!

I ordered my items and it was a hefty price. I never received order confirmation. Never received my order. I emailed to inquire and never received a response.

For paying 140 for some boots I expect to get what I ordered right not two left shoes and the zippers don't work well i did a return request as soon as i received them and no response would not order again

I ordered on Dec 1st. Still haven't received my package. Reached out to customer service but no response was given

I purchased a birthday gift for a friend and he'd shipped directly to her. I ordered one pair of green cozy slippers. However, she received two pairs of slippers, a zebra print and black pair. I have reached out twice via the chat to get this corrected but I haven't received a response. I have ordered in the past and contacted the company to make inquiries about products. Each time they were very responsive so this seems unusual. I am hoping that this will get resolved but at this moment I am very disappointed. I had planned to order more slippers as gifts this week so I'll need to rethink this plan.

I placed an order for slipper in February. They arrived after over a month later at the end of March. They were too small for me and I returned them in the beginning of April. Now I've been begging for a refund of just 26$ and it's been over 2 months of trying to get this money back. I am so frustrated by this company who doesn't seem to care and refuse to give me my money back.

I've been waiting forever to get these boots. I'm really glad I didn't purchase at regular price because I would really be disappointed. The boots look absolutely gorgeous but the quality doesn't match the price as I found several imperfections in the boot. I swear I can compare them to the $59.99 boots at the store called SHU Deals.

I was wanting a particular boots that is in high demand on the website. I was glad to know that the shoe did become available again due to me putting my name on the list to be notified. I was able to purchase to boots and am please with the entire process from start to finish
