I had an easy experience making my purchase and was assisted when I requested an additional item I purchased to be included in the same delivery. Delivery was faster than expected even with all the public holidays. I cannot as yet comment on the product as I am out of town and will get to it on the weekend.
Delivery and purchase was a breeze. The welding helmet lense was craked and broken inside the box when i opened it. Since not used the welder i cannot give a diffrent view. The instructions that came in box was for models other then the one purchased. I am awaiting feed back since it was holiday. Thanks
Purchase and delivery was quick. Would not buy this machine again. I liked the synergistic functionality of this machine and hoped it would help me master flux core welding. The manual is hopeless. It does not even describe the functions of the knobs on the front- which change function based on type of weld. I phoned and received a 1 page article from TSAWelding which had 1 paragraph about fluxcore welding and suggested settings for fluxcore welding. However the settings are voltage and amperage whereas the machine only offers voltage and wire speed settings. The real kicker is that the synergistic function only operates for gas welding. I've spent an afternoon with an experienced welder trying to get fluxcore settings right without success. In summary machine is confusing and undocumented and support is lacking. There is NO online info that I can find. If you want a machine for fluxcore welding then don't buy this one. Rather go with a simpler machine where controls are self explanatory. Disappointed customer

I was struggling to find heavy duty DC cable for my battery/inverter. I couldn't find stock anywhere except at TSA. The price was competitive. The welding cable sent ticks all the boxes.
