Only place I could source 1k spool of ss mig wire. Ordered online that day from 3 different suppliers at the same time ish. TSA was the first package I received.

The operating manual supplied with the machine is a worthless piece of paper. I could not download manuals form the internet. I phoned and asked for a manual but nothing was send to me. I still do not know how to operate this machine.

Wanted to order some more equipment. And i didnt have to pay more delivery fees as my first order was above 1500. You guys helped me by shipping the second order with the first even thou you didnt really have to. I also had a query about one of the products and that was sorted out the very next day.
In this country where we so used to bad service it is refreshing to see there is still people out there

I have an older migarc 165 with the hard wired torch and received the Euro connector torch. This was no fault of TSA as I was not aware that the order would be for the newer model 165.

From ordering to delivery the service was excellent, i cannot fault on any part of the whole experiance. Will recomment the company. Will def do business with them again

I enjoy shopping with TSA since I have to order all items. I reside in a rural area. Apart from the experience with the Anti Spatter Spray, I am most satisfied with their service and products.

I recently ordered two rolls of flux core welding wire from TSA, specifically E71T‑11, as I required multi‑pass capability for my application. Unfortunately, the product I received was E71T‑GS, which is a single‑pass wire, substandard for my needs, and completely unsuitable for the job.
When I contacted TSA about the error, I was informed that they did not have stock of the E71T‑11 wire and that their supplier would only reopen the following week. When I asked why the wrong product was sent without any communication or verification, the response I received was simply: "They should have checked."
There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, no proposed solution, and no offer to correct the mistake. The overall attitude was blunt, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer care. After this, I received no further response or follow‑up from TSA.
Overall experience: extremely disappointing.
Incorrect product supplied, no accountability, and no effort made to remedy the situation. I cannot recommend TSA based on this interaction.

I still have not received this order, i know ita the hollydays season and all but other delivery services like takealot came on time this is absolutely unacceptable

My order qualified for free shipping and arrived in Durban 2 days after checking out; order was placed 10am Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning. This all in the middle of December, peak shipping delay time it seems :). I'm very impressed and happy with the service I've received from TSA Welding Supplies. Welder was well packaged to avoid damage during transport. Arrived sooner than expected so I haven't had the opportunity to clean up my garage yet and need to clear an area that is free of flammable material and junk. Can't wait to see if such a lightweight machine performs as advertised. I am a total Newbie at this welding discipline so it is going to be a lot of trial and error and a steep learning curve to get halfway decent welding joints.

Sealing bag was torn, Plastic welding spool was broken, I had to fix it before I could use it in my welder

I still need to take one item bought incorrectly and exchange for products I can use but so far service was excellent.

Tsa supplies with good quality welding machine, welding accessories, I am very happy with the machine I bought from them, keep up the good work.

Welder was delivered promptly (2 days Jhb - Ctn). Unfortunately the positive cable and electrode holder were missing. I contacted Stuart who immediately sent the missing part by courier. It arrived this morning. Mistakes can happen, and I really appreciate the promptness and efficiency with which this was resolved.
