I ordered mine online and it was delivered a few days later. When trying to get it setup i needed assistance and contacted TSA. The chap i spoke to was very helpful. I haven't been able to test the unit as yet, but i'm sure it will do its thing.

Great kit to get started with mig welding.
Earth clamp is a little short so might be worth getting a longer one. All in all can't fault the combo at all.

Every order thus far was handled in the fastest but most convenient way.

Website is good, shopping experience without any issues, delivery period good, packaging very good. Box was damaged though but no damage to goods inside. Courier Guy should take better care. Only item on wish list is to include invoice on profile, so that it can be downloaded when needed and not have to ask via e mail. However, when requested, the invoice was forwarded promptly, so no complains.

Excellent delivery service. It was delivered to CT within 2 days of placing the order. Being new to welding the manual is totally useless, so as it stands, I cannot comment on the machine itself, as I need to figure out how to use it.

There service was very fast, placed order Tuesday, got delivered next day. The instruction manual however is not very clear. For a DIY guy like me who have his first experience with a MIG welder, the settings part is not clear.
