Placed an order with studio on the 27th August 2023. Contacted studio on line on the 8th September and was told my order would be delivered in a few days. It's now the 5th October and still no goods. Now being told I need to pay by the 7th October and if I don't pay then I will have to pay charges. Why should I pay for goods I haven't received. I will never shop with studio again.

All my reviews were suddenly deleted and when I challenged why they only asked for proof from the disgrace that is bt broadband? I provide emails to them and my account number and never heard back? Now I'm getting emails from trustpilot to review things? Why? They deleted the negative reviews and only left the good ones? Not very genuine or fair is it? Blatantly side with big companies

Was a reviewer and I had a bad experience with a business that was screwing its customers. I laid out what happened, and made my review showing proof.
The business then gets mad and without any showing that they didn't try screwing me had the review removed.
To me that shows that trustpilot is not a good place to show what is really what. How can you trust any reviews from a site that removes bad ones just because. Moronic.

I'm just baffled. A well known alarm company which advertises constantly and prominently on TV proudly displays it's 4stars plus Trustpilot rating and this is confirmed by glowing reviews on Trustpilot's website. However, on another website are many reviews by people who have clearly had dealings with this company to their extreme regret and citing specific experiences in great detail and rating it 1 star obviously because that's the only available option on that review site. I'm at a loss to understand the contrast in ratings and concerned that prospective customers will take the Trustpilot rating at face value!

I wrote many reviews of an e payment service that stole money from me and many others. I added documents, but all reviews were deleted. I would never recommend trusting them, they support scammers.

I recently experienced how companies manipulate Trustpilot by removing negative reviews and easily posting fake positive ones.

I wrote a factual review about a company that scammed my elderly mother, leading to bank intervention to recover the stolen money. The company disputed my review, claiming it never happened and my review was removed. This happened to other similar reviews as well. Trustpilot is so unreliable and easily manipulated by scamming companies.

Its easy for a business to flag and remove your review. They can request lots of personal information to 'verify' the purchase. The problem is why would I give a business all my information before giving them a bad review? How do I know they wont be upset and malicious? Reviews should be anonymous. Flawed website simple as that. Too many poor businesses get away with 5 star rating

I wonder why. Is it because the firm that I reviewed pay them to do so? I would like to find out but given that Trustpilot have not responded to me can't find out.

It took me a lot of effort to ask my REAL customers to write reviews on their platform, that no one of my customers didn't have any idea about, and because I started collecting reviews when I remembered 3 years after registration about their existence, they now remove ALL reviews that left by my customers, and even more on company's profile they indicate that my business has a lot of fake reviews that they heroically removed to protect community. That is ridiculous.
This is all what I need to know about review services

Had a terrible experience with a company named blitz web solutions. I put a review on trust-pilot and sent proof of my 28K that they stole from me but they still took off my review. I'm shore these company's pay them to take reviews off because I cannot see how from all the emails, text and receipts I sent them my review was still taken off. Sad thing is that I'm not the only one writing and saying the same thing about this company and how they scam and not deliver on your project. Transfers are in USD and I am from Canada

I put in a real review of Yahoo to Trustpilot that was later removed. I have gone through several processes to fight this removal because it is a true and valid review, but Trustpilot are standing firm saying they have found an association between me and Yahoo. I know they can't have found an association because there is none and they will not tell me what this association is. My conclusion is that Trustpilot are taking pressure from Yahoo to remove negative reviews therefore making their purpose obsolete. How can a supposedly unbiased review company remove valid reviews?

I left a negative review for SIP but this was removed, trustpilot asked for proof so I emailed the receipt and emails but my re never re appeared, my 46 positive reviews remain!

This company is on the verge of going out of business. They have an antiquated business model built by college drop outs that generates negative profits. If trustpilot owned a funeral parlor, no one would die! This jesus on a stick of a company is extremely untrustworth that it should have been called untrustpilot! In fact, I don't expect this HONEST review to make it to the jibbering jackoff untrust pilot pages! I can't wait to watch this hell hole of a company finally close it's doors!

I joined trustpilot to leave a review of my retailer. I left a review in good faith and shortly later it was flagged as 'relating to fake review companies' and my account was suspended. They emailed to let me know and told me to reply if they got it wrong. I did reply but got no response or explanation and that was 6 months ago. So my account is still suspended with not contact from them or explanation or response to my email.

They should be named ScamPilot. Leave a negative review and the crybaby client of theirs wants it taken down even after I sent the company and ScamPilot proof of what is possible. I feel bad for the companies that pay these guys $$$.

People usually go online to vent their bad experiences with a retailer or a trader and to warn others not to do business with them. I wrote about how I bought these Blu-ray movies from the NZ DVD shop, and when one of the movies was faulty, I asked for a refund, and they ghosted me. Trustpilot set up an account for me as soon as I submitted the review, then shockingly, five minutes later, they suspended my account because they couldn't verify its authenticity.
I wrote one review, and Trustpilot suspended the account they opened as a default five minutes later. The audacity for them to use the word trust as part of their company name.

When you eventually have finished integrating TP with your website, payment databases etc, they'll offer you the upgrade...only then do you learn it's £3000 per year to actually use it correctly. When you go to delete the account, well, just see the screenshots attached to this review.

DO NOT TRUST TRUST PILOT!

I Tryed to make a review on a company who promised to help me recover moneys that I got scammed from ( payback LTD) and after making a few review on trust pilot they refused to publish them on there site. Pretty much covering for this corrupted company. Don't trust them!
