Most unprofessional, biased and useless staff behind Trustpilot. They leave a reply by a seller who has named and shamed a competitor (using full name and business name) and deleted my review as I used the first name of the staff who replied to my query.
All negative reviews about Trustpilot I now know why and they are justified.
They removed my review regarding an illegal installation wich was challenge by the company, although I sent emails confirming my claims/complaint was genuine they didn't opt not to respond back to me and the review was never put up again...therefore the 4/5 stars are not at all genuine. Check reviews on different sites as truspilot deletes the negative ones and keeps them removed even if you have evidence of your complaint!
You just can't write a truth review on Trustpilot, they will suspend your account if you write anything truth about any website.
Should we trust Trustpilot reviews?
Here's the Readers Digest condensed version.
I purchased some software, it was junk so I left a bad review. "9 months" later the software company contacts Trustpilot and wants to dispute the review. So Trustpilot sends me an email giving me 3 days to prove my case or they'll remove my review.
Now I know why the software company waited so long, if they would have disputed it when it happened, they would have lost.
But the first question that comes to my mind is, why would Trustpilot even let a company dispute a review after 9 months had passed and not think it was suspicious? That in itself sounds very suspicious, knowing there are probably not many people who would keep documents from something so frivolous for 9 months. I probably threw everything away before I wrote the review, to tell you how long I kept it. Advantage the Company!
Second question. If Trustpilot sent me an email, after receiving the request to remove my review, giving me 3 days to prove my case, why didn't Trustpilot send them an email when I posted the review giving them 3 days to prove me wrong? That seems like it would be fair to both parties, disputing the review when it happened. Again, advantage the Company. Are you seeing a trend?
Could this be Standard Operating Procedure for Trustpilot? Not to send an email to the company at the time of the review, to allow the battle to be fought at a much later time, thus giving the advantage to the business. Could Trustpilot be getting paid by companies to do this?
I don't know, I'll let you draw your own conclusions, but I'll never trust another review from "NoTrustpilot".
Oh and Trustpilot, I'm keeping our emails so when you want to dispute this review, months, years in the future, I'll have proof! Unless of course this review site is legitimate and won't allow something so ridiculous to happen.
I got review from one of my IT business customers then bam got removed super fast from trustpilot because I remember i'm not one of their affiliates nor I paid for their premium services
I've written 3 HONEST reviews of websites, and 2 of them were trading websites that i KNOW to be a ripoff run by con man. I took the time to write well thought out reviews giving CONCRETE examples and trying to protect others from being ripped off. What did they do? Flag both reviews and removed them. The, I tried ONE more time and used AI to comply with their rules - and again, they removed them. They are the biggest POS on the internet in my opinion. Just the mere ridiculous 'approval' rates alone do not replicate typical bell curve responses. Oh, ok, yeah, 97% approve of your service. What a crock!
TP is censoring critical reviews, but only from their business customers! A company with a paid account can ask for personal details and if you do not want to give them, the review will be removed. Trustpilot is therefore not independent and therefore not so reliable!
They are removing my genuine reviews for reporting fraud companies. If the company is paid then Trustpilot will remove the bad reviews for them. Manipulated reviews, don't believe and check for other sites also.
Trustpilot is extremely fake now, most bad reviews get removed and they do everything to not let the review back on. Right now I'm literally been asked to provide documentation for a browse only website. Most positive reviews are very fake as well. Terrible site.
I have tried 4 times today to leave a review on trustpilot. I found it virtually impossible. Admittedly i am old and not tech savvy but it is NOT user friendly

I reviewed the site Bizay.com and was very critical of how they scammed me, took my money and did not deliver my order. I left them a review on Trust Pilot, and I don't know if they were paying Trust pilot, but my review was removed for no reason at all, even though I provided order numbers to prove my point. Trust Pilot is clearly corrupt.
Being leaving reviews for years now they have all disappeared and they say they cannot verify my identity have Facebook account excellent Experian credit file email address and they cannot identify me so I stay suspended companies that ask me to review because I am a customer I have to refuse because of their intransigent behaviour
It's quite pathetic for a review website to be such a sell out, but they are the worst. They have taken down my reviews, even after I submitted proof of my affiliation with the offending company. They just suck. They are a bunch of wankers that have no backbone and no business setting up a review website. They are very dishonest and pathetic, it cannot be said enough.
The quality is most impressing things and you can get them on time. If you buy more, you will get more discounts
It is one of the most distinctive and easy platforms that I have dealt with. Its advantages are that it cares about customers and fulfills their requests with a cheap commission
Great exchange with low transaction fees. Totally trustworthy, I've used their exchange many times and got a better rate than others. Recommended for beginners, professionals and almost all classes
I decided to write a second review about this website as it wouldn't appear when I submitted it. Absolute disgusting company who just decide to suspend my account permanently for a reason that's not true. I basically put a good review on for TripAdvisor as I like to rate places. Later they flagged my review on TrustPilot because they thought it was for someone else. They sent me an email explaining that they may have to take my good review down if I don't confirm within 3 days. Then I filled out the survey and said it was for them. Later the content integrity team say that my accounts was suspended because apparently they thought that people pay me to put fake reviews on when I am an honest reviewer. Really angry at this. Should be called Distrustpilot or at least the appalling content integrity team who clearly abysmal at their job should be. Want this company to get a grip and get better people working with them or otherwise I just wish TrustPilot would be shutdown. Also at the end, it said please review the content integrity team by clicking on this survey. Voted 0 on everything out of 10. PLEASE DO NOT USE TRUSTPILOT! YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED KT BANNED PERMANENTLY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Good exchange, low commissions I managed to make a lot of money
Fast, convenient exchange with excellent support
First their robot system prefer negative reviews, and the positive one is very hard to get a green light. And I'm not sure the reason why our reply/comments cannot be shown in our small business page. I think this website will be a small business killer.
I put up an honest review of a shed I got put up.
Trustpilot then ask for proof etc. After submitting the steeltech shed company flagged it as false so I was then ask for more information which i provided.
Then I was told it was been talking down because it was 12 months since last contact with the shed company.
When queried they said even tho steeltech shed pays them for reviews it was nothing to do with the decision.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
