We monitor reviews for authenticity
Their "advanced, customized software" flagged my good review for a company because the said software couldn't verify the authenticity of the service I claimed to have gotten. When I was filling out the review, the site did not have additional steps/questions for additional information that I could provide in order to prove that I really got the service I was reviewing.
If they are deleting reviews, then the total ratings shown on their site for businesses is not a true reflection of what it really should be. Too bad I cannot rate this site as a "zero" star, so I am settling with the one star which is very generous.
Untrustworthy. Supplied evidence they requested and basically ignored it. Allowing dishonest companies to get away with poor service. Quite suspicious.
Good morning these guys from truspilot are some dirty people who take money from companies not to post their reviews and delete at least thousand deleted 3 accounts so I can no longer write to doctorunlock.net which is one and the same company with directunlocks with Appleiphoneunlock.uk and imeiphone.net and anyone will post badly they will delete your reviews but we should report or post nothing on truspilot so as to not take more money from google
They delete all my reviews because their spam detection software is faulty, cheap and useless. Unless you want to waste your time giving reviews...
You can't trust Trustpilot. We gave a bad review to Total AV antivirus after their product destroyed one of our computers. All Total AV had to do was to say that we didn't buy their product. The invoice we received from them was in the form of an email, and that email was lost when their product destroyed our computer. We have the charge from Total AV and a refund on our credit card statement, and we provided Trustpilot with evidence that Total AV had been liaising with my wife through an email that she had forwarded to me before her computer was destroyed.
This should have been enough evidence that we did in fact purchase the product, but NOOOOOOO!, Trustpilot decides to side with TotalAV. That Trustpilot 5 stars everyone seems to have means absolutely nothing.
They make up the rules and allow some reviews and not others. They don't properly check the reviews at all and trying to speak them is like speaking to a robot. They delete there own bad reviews. Funny they don't have a review page for themselves on their own website? This page or here https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/trustpilot tells the real truth! Hope they are found out for what they really are one day and big companies stop using them.
Trustpilot removed x2 negative reviews I had posted. These reviews were from x2 Bicycling Companies from the UK (I am in the USA).
I had all the documents and emails to verify everything I had stated (the truth)... Yet, somehow, Trustpilot removed those negative reviews I had made on Merlincycles dot com and Wiggle dot com.
Sadly customers lose when these types of review sites manipulate their reviews. Just look around on other review sites and you will see why the x2 companies I mentioned have such bad reviews!
Was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I have left some less-than flattering reviews, and they have have all been published!
WTS. They won't allow you to publish any websites. You can however, get around that by leaving out www/. Com
I wrote few good reviews and bad reviews. Some good reviews were for small businesses where I personally went and experienced the services. Some bad reviews were also the same, based on my personal experience. I saw bad reviews that I wrote for small businesses are still there, BUT bad reviews for those big companies are taken down. I contacted them to ask the reason, but they never bothered to reply to my email. I am sure they are getting paid by those big companies to take down negative reviews. Any sober person should never trust Trustpilot.
I have written good reviews and negative reviews on trustpilot. All of my negative reviews were flagged and pulled down even though it was valid feedback. They allow the business you are reviewing to harass you and they always side with them. I will continue to use yelp. Trustpilot is not a legit place to see true company ratings
Unless you use your gmail or facebook account to register, you won't be able to register.
I tried using my Yahoo email and it didn't register it or accept it. Not sure if this is a bug with their website or just being discriminating Yahoos emails
I wrote a review of a company with which I had a very poor business experience, hoping to warn other potential "victims" of possible disappointment with their purchases. I was notified a few days later that my review was being taken down since my purchase could not be verified, or something to that effect. I was given no instructions about providing verification, so I just let them go their way. True to their word, they took my review down and, in so doing, denied others the chance to hear from someone who had a bad experience keep them from suffering the same fate. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry.
The businesses pay for falsely high ratings. It's a sham, just like Yelp.
This site used to be good, now they are just shaking down companies for money to have faux high ratings and delete the actual bad reviews. That's a shame.
I started to sign up & unfortunately gave them my email address, then decided, "I better research these guys". Well, in the middle of research, the emails started coming and never stopped (to sign up) and "all the benefits" yada yada yada. This is the type business I learned (as a child) of which to steer very clear. Now if I can just get them to stop writing all that stupid spam. Amateurs it seems.
WHAT A USELESS SITE... TRUST PILOT TAKE DOWN YOUR REVIEWS FOR NO REASON. THIS SITE IS FAKE. PEOPLE GO TO THIS SITE TO SEE WHAT A BUSINESS IS LIKE AND THEY CANT EVEN REPLY TO EMAILS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BRINGING TRUST PILOT DOWN AND EXPOSE THEM FOR THE FAKE SITE THEY ARE... FALSE REVIEWS IS WHAT TRUST PILOT IS ALL ABOUT... STAY AWAY...
Buyer beware, once you use the paid version of trustpilot, they claim ownership of the reviews in the terms so if you ever leave you lose ALL of your reviews. Other tools do not do this.
I believe trust pilot is in cahoots with the companies it posts reviews about. You will notice that Trust pilot only has positive reviews on Warrior Trading. I know this is not the case! I posted a bad reviewnseveral times about warrior trading. They were only viewable from my own computer! I thought everyone could see it until a friend told me my review was nit in his screen! I believe that the majority of people who trusted warrior trading lost tons of $$$ and were so embarrassed and ashamed. They were beginner traders and they left Warrior trading thinking they failed... when the truth is, no one can make money trading at warrior trading like Ross! Also, Most warrior trading reviewers on trust pilot are education reviewers that rave about how wonderful warrior trading education is. Maybe they can teach the basics (which you can get free in the internet) but ross says to trade like him and get rich quick! NOT POSSIBLE! I dont even believe he is even trading! I wrote a review about Warrior Trading and the horrible costly experience they put me through (i was lucky to quickly see how Ross of Warrior Trading was scamming inexperienced/beginner traders telling them they could trade like he does and quickly become independent and live your dream! These people are completely unaware they are slowly being manipulated them out of their money. It is a cruel slow monetary death, and emotional death of the soul! Trust Pilot Is scamming people protecting Warrrior Trading Scams! Disgusting!
All the sites where people can post reviews have some drawbacks, but TrustPilot guys do try their best to keep it clean and useful for both consumers and businesses. Thumbs up for them!
Trustpilot following Yelp´s example towards Corruption
Trustpilot has deleted the only two reviews we got from clients just because we have not paid the 400 USD Monthly membership.
Trustpilot is doing exactly the same "Good Negotiations" like for example Yelp and Better Business Bureau. Once they grow enough and gain authority on the Internet, then they fix the software that filters good comments on companies. This way, they force us to pay a membership, so we, the business owners, can keep our reviews "alive" to be seen by visitors.
Trustpilot keeps following Yelp's steps toward corruption.
Hello!
The neobux site tried to rob me but luckily either contatao skrill and or got my money back.
Who knows how many hundreds of negative reviews you have canceled on behalf of neobux
Your site must protect consumers and don't help sites like neobux.com derubare people.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
