It's a great site to get information about prior users experiences for new users to get idea about the service or the products they do online, it's actually very useful information and great to share my experiences with this site, as I was using it silently without having account with it, and I think Trustpilot saves many people from having bad experiences before having on the bright side it' really safe to use a website that has a lot of positive reviews about the product or the service before even using it from prior user experience reviews.
I had a very bad expierience with a website called "LuxuryTastic Replica." So I decided to talk about it on Trust Pilot. Now finding out company be paying them for good review. No wonder why such a bad website have 5 stars review all over can't trust a thing nowaday.
Why do Trustpilot exist? Cos someone somewhere is paying them that's why. No benefit to consumers at all
Big customer of Trustpilot is RAC Breakdown. They like others pay Trustpilot to solicit reviews from customers. SNAG IS... they are a service business and know which customers have been given good service. SO... Yes you've guessed it... they select which customers are solicited for reviews. (It's called REVIEW GATING.
So you will see following pages of honest and usually BAD reviews. The site is suddenly swamped with GOOD reviews in order to hide the less flattering reviews. This is a scandal that is about to see the light of day.

Any negative reviews are challenged by the companies. And then they are always removed. The five star positive reviews are often painfully and obviously false.
You can REALLY, see what kind of people work at a business. On how they react to positive, or not atall positive comments in a review. Regardless how well written. With possible useful advice... Or comically obtuse, ignorant, simple minded. Usually steming from a negative experiences from a single employee. The persons who wrote the review. Rarely keep that in mind. Because they feel the bad services was a somehow a personal attack from the entire business. And before lashing out a for example a waitress that gave you bad service. Before writing your review. Go back a second time. Sit in a whole new section. If you get some rude, ignorant bit#h. Which I'm sure we have all had. For a second time. Then ya let em have a dose of the truth. Cuz it hurts like a bit###.
TRUST PILOT Removed my review which has reciept # order J******* of my $490.00 purchase of Stylewe which after 13 days only shipped recieved1 item of 13 items bought. Nothing else of my paid order was verified as shipped or recieved by company. 5to 8 more days to ship but nothing has happened in updates no answere in my 4 emails to them. Stylewe order#They removed my review said it couldnt be verified even though i had a Reciept Number listed.
On Trustpilot I wrote the same review as you read here on Sitejabber and referred to the scammers company called SHIP7 and Trsutpilot canceled it after a few days without explaining me.
Trustpilot is not at all correct and censors what it wants on the companies that probably pay to avoid the right information being made available to everyone!
I reviewed the very bad SHIP7 service and TRUSTPILOT canceled my review without telling me the reason!
If you live in the US and want to do business with Kamera Express, you need to realize that these people in the Netherlands can easily rip you off, like they did me, to the tune of $175. I needed a replacement center support for my Gitzo tripod, and they were the only web site I found that on the net that provides Gitzo parts. The part they sent me is an amateur knockoff with an obstruction in the center tube that makes the part literally unusable. I sent them photos comparing original [on left] with the one they sent me [on right], but they refuse to repair the part, or refund me for an unusable part. The part even says "patent pending" on it. This is not a GITZO replacement part-it's a piece of garbage. Trustpilot refused my attempt to post this review. From what I'm seeing from other reviews here, I'm not alone. It does appear Kamera Express and Trustpilot are scams in cahoots, acting with intent.

Check out Trustpilot reputation on Wikipedia. The company has given fake reviews to incfidelibus, the hacker. It systemically removes negative reviews about this scammer - incfidelibus. Please do not get fooled by this rogue website Trustpilot.
The Truspilot keeps deleting real reviews from real people with original relevant content and keeps promoting prepaid fake "positive" reviews, written by freelancers from upwork.com and similar, the freelancers get paid like 0,10 cents per positive review :)) ) No wonder, nobody reads them. They are all the same.
On the contrary, negative reviews could be really helpful for potential buyers/ service users.
The negative reviews are usually long and detailed. The positive reviews are very short and they all look the same, like "oh, this company is great, end of story".
Trustpilot is in fact and advertising platform for murky businesses, like their counterpart, the Russian website UK4ru.com. We tried to place a negative review about the www.uk4ru.com, but the Trustpilot removed it... as they need a "special permission" from Mr Donald Trump to be able to criticize Russian hackers... Birds of feather stick together.
If I could give negative 1 star I would. Remove an individual review because your software flagged it because can not be verified. Not...
Trustpilot asked me to prove my order and payment to Hypesnow. Dk, and I sent them copys of order no, bankhandlings and e-mail between me and Hypesnow. But Trustpilot remowed my bad reviews and do not answer me why.
Do not trust the reviews in this site
This is an anonymous company with fake addresses
Mostly of the 5stars reviews are fake, but if you write a true review will be removed in a couple of minutes
They keep money from the companies reviewed, so they remove the opinions unfavorable for the business of the company
But, if the company does not pay, they will not remove the bad opinions and you can write what you want
If you need an opinion, better to search into the forums, searching in google the topic and choosing the results into a forum
Better to avoid trustpilot and other sites with opinions, as that sites are "moderated" so the opinions can be removed each moment
Trustpilot uses false positive reviews to boost the ratings of shady companies.
(They even use false reviews to boost their OWN ratings.)
On Trustpilot you can find 1000+ shady/scammer companies with *******+ positive 5-star reviews. All they have to do is subscribe to Trustpilot's paid business services.
And their "support" is nonexistent. It's just a "copy/paste slave" that posts the same reply over and over again. See image.
Contacting their "Compliance Team" doesn't help either. They just close complaints with a "Solved" mark. No feedback or actions.
Unfortunately Google have teamed up with Trustpilot. So now sites listed in the Google search results will display the Trustpilot star rating, leading people to believe a product or site is good and trustworthy. But instead they end up buying inferior products from shady vendors.
Was writing a review of LOLA and of course Trustpilot had issues with the one star, Google verification was not working LOL if I changed it to 3 or more it worked
A website (now called kissly.net) stole all my books. I wrote a review stating so and had it removed. I argued with trustpilot for months. They decided as I wasn't a paid customer of kissly I could not write a negative review. Why the $#*! would an author who's had their books stolen want to buy a book from them so they can write a review?
Here's one of the responses;
We appreciate you taking the time to review kisslibrary.com. However, kisslibrary.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience with them.
Trustpilot allows anyone who's had a genuine buying or service experience to leave a review. Our User Guidelines state that consumers can write a review if they have purchased a product/service, have placed an order, or can otherwise document their use of the company's service.
Your review indicates that you haven't made a purchase with kisslibrary.com or used their services. If that's the case, your review doesn't meet our User Guidelines and we'll unfortunately have to remove it. However, if you make a purchase with or use their services in the future, you'll be most welcome to review the business on Trustpilot then.
If you have any questions, please visit our Support Center or reply to this email.
Best regards,
Best services as described the customer services is also very good they reply soon if you have any problem
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
