One of the companies that they are receiving huge profits from is endurance warranties I posted a review on trustpilot about endurance from a bad experience with them not complying with a contract that was signed on for service on my automobile was very detailed and very specific but it wasn't two weeks later that they said that they have temporarily removed the complaint due to the fact that endurance found the review to be false and and that they couldn't validate that I was an actual customer when I used an email address so course they wouldn't be able to know this I sent sent information to trustpilot stating my contract and the information as to why would I even post a review about a company I had no interaction with I'm still waiting on them to add the post back to it but I see they have boosted the rating of endurance and we all know that endurance is a shady company so they are profiting from companies they continue to back and keep their ratings positive as they are receiving monetary value from these companies that they choose to assist and help
I don't see the point in Trustpilot the reviews are fixed in favour of the company not the reviewer, example you post a bad review and the company reports it for spam so trustpilot take it down and when you appeal it gets put back up then the company reports it again and review disappears again and when you complain the complaint takes weeks to be looked at by their so called Integrity team lol I've been waiting 3 weeks on a reply so then your review is on the 5th page and nobody looks at it completely escapes me. No give me Sitejabber any day more honest and far more Trustworthy.
It was the biggest mistake signing up with trust pilot (trustpilot). Way too expensive, and it doesn't really help your business AT ALL. We spent over $10k with them and have ZERO to show for it. Only good thing was a widget, but you can get that anywhere, it won't cost you $599.00 per month! There are way better services out there where you can actually get reviews on google, facebook, or any other site that really matter to your business and cheaper! With a widget! Do your research!
My contract was renewed just last month, March 13th to be exact. First of all, they went up on their fees, plus, I called them on March 18th due to stopping the service because of COVID-19 / Coronavirus and they made a million excuses as they were supposedly having meetings about the COVID-19 / Coronavirus issue. I also wanted a refund. They to me back after a week and after continuously extending the time for them to get back. The verdict... no refund, and they refused to cancel my services even though I have been with them for 2 years, i have never even contacted them throughout those 2 years to cancel or anything. They really couldn't cancel my services as a courtesy due to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic when I was just renewed that same month (4 days prior). Very unethical, I would never recommend anyone to go with them. Take my word for it, it's not worth the rip off they charge you. You can do much better things rather than spending $6,000 for the year because they will lock you in a contract you can't get out of.
DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE. DON'T SIGN UP WITH TRUSTPILOT.
P.S. Notice their reviews, they don't even practice what they preach! They barley ever reply to any of their reviews. Which if you read online, is reviews 101. Its very important!
The same kind of negative reviews about trustpilot are also being made by sitejabber.
These ratings are subjective. Some people will complain about everything. You have to use your brain and some common sense. Both review sites are fine.
I really dont know what to say.
My husband and I are pensioners and not really used to computers or reviewing etc.
Secret Escapes have kept our money.
I thought Trustpilot would help to warn others of this awful company keeping, stealing our money...
I cant believe Truspilot would put on reviews for SECRET ESCAPES dating back to 2014 to boost their reviews.
Please help and advise what else we can do
Thank you
Just two more victims of Secret Escapes. And know Truspilot.
Please be aware that the experience with this site has been seriously lacking and confusing. I put in an order for a treadmill, they sent an email to say they couldn't get it from the supplier and would refund me. They haven't refunded me and I placed 2 other orders then when I tried to contact them they told me I was abusing their system. What the hell is up with these people. I will not be using them again and I suggest that if you want your items to arrive, you don't either!
They allow companys to post fake reviews while removing your truthful one, shameful this needs to be investigated
Anybody can use Trustpilot, After seeing 5 star reviews on Trustpilot I joined a Lycamobile carrier phone company However within a week I noticed that Lycamobile has no customer service, poor reply, no technical support, Moreover Lycamobile doesn't allow to change carrier, But the most reviews on Lycamobile in this Trustpilot are 5 stars, I wonder how they got 5 star reiviews? This is purely scam and fake reiviews created by them So Trust pilot itself a scam business along with lycamobile
Trustpilot.com removed my review before determining IF I had a genuine buying or service experience. I have paypal evidence.
I'm not sure if you can Trust trustpilot reviews at this point. Removing negative reviews and I'm sure, not removing positive reviews of companies.

Dear Michael,
Thanks for reviewing truthfinder.com on Trustpilot.
truthfinder.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience. Reported reviews are temporarily moved offline.
We'd like to verify your experience so we can put your review back online. Help us do that by sending documentation showing your buying or service experience with truthfinder.com.
Ok so here goes, you get scammed by a company... you want to write about your bad experience on somewhere people can see and know not to do business with such companies... you write on TrustPilot... your review gets pulled! Every damn time, then they try to tell you its some "automated crap" its not! Companies can pay them for likes, what good is that to a fair consumer market?
TrustPilot should be forced to rebrand to DoNotTrustPilot.
I was trying to write a review. They would not post my review without capturing my credentials for my google account. Gives me a very uneasy feeling about them.
Trust pilot helped push ericdress, a horrible clothing site that literally steals ur money then sends zero products, to refund my cash 100. In will use this site again for sure, the feedback email about how many people viewed ur review is off the chain! Awesome overall, worth taking time To write a review.
Trustpilot laughs at your face when you try to give a negative review of one of the companies that pay for the service. As I have experienced, Trustpilot is a kind of mafia that allows everyone to do a real review of a company and, if the review is negative and the company wants to remove it, they have to become a premium member (THEY HAVE TO PAY) to ask Truspilot to remove the review. Pure blackmail and coercion.
On the 5-th of March 2020 we submitted a NEGATIVE renew of the so called" free ads" website www dot kl4ru dot com, who happened to be a Trustpilot's pre-paid customer. Our review was withdrawn and a long digit number was given to us to wait until the Trustpilot resolves the problem of "our authentisity". Now two weeks have passed and we didn't hear from Trustpilot.
We assume the Trustpilot is dead from COVID-19.
RIP, Rest in Peace, Trustpilot, you are a bunch of scumbaggie SCAMs! No one will feel sorry for you, except the RUSSIAN hackers from UK4RU.com.
They removed like 30 negative reviews from bankmobile, including mine I dont know why. This is very misleading.
Trustpilot is a contradiction in terms, no trust whatsoever, absolute joke of a site, I wrote a negative review about a furniture company in Yorkshire and the review was instantly taken down by trustpilot because the vendor reported the review, I was not the only reviewer to have my review removed because this vendor complained, there's about 20/30 reviews that are being "looked" into, the vendor is obviously very questionable but is being supported by trustpilot simply because they pay a subscription whereas I don't, I will not be posting reviews on mis-trustpilot ever again as they simply only work for their paying subscribers and have no interest in telling the truth... absolutely disgusted!
Very good alternative resource for consumers to provide real feedback on traders, and importantly, unlike some other 'review' websites do not remove feedback that a trader does not like. They also allow feedback for any trader or company and do not limit feedback only to consumers who have had direct dealings with the trader/company or to traders that have paid to be listed on what is effectively a 'fake' review site, but in reality is a trader promotion listing site.

Having to do with trustpilot both as customer but also as site owner, I can only warn everybody of you to never use or trust this site.
Customer: Write a negative review and provide evidence. If the company pays trustpilot then it gets deleted immediatley and you cannot change anything irrespective of evidence.
Business owner: Trustpilot creates a profile for you and creates negative reviews. Once you want them removed, they pressure you to give them money or they let it be like that.
Trustpilot is not to be trusted any longer. It is biased. Cannot rely on their reviews and the way they process the reviews, Trustpilot takes sides with dishonest companies, and do not pay attention to customers. TRUSTPILOT NO MORE.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
