Dumb software
July 29, 2020

I don't understand how their so-called software works. It removes reviews without any reason even though I'm absolutely sure they are organic, so they are written by real person. Me.
So how anyone can submit their reviews if your dumb software constantly takes them offline? I don; t breach any guidelines and don't break any rules, moreover my reviews are simple and to the point.
I sent several emails to them trying to convince them I m real like never before, and they were kinda rude to me. What's the point of this? Maybe it's the right time to start checking reviews manually?

The site is popular and known to give you a glimpse of what most websites truly offers. This website has been useful to me personally and I don't have to waste my time on scam sites. However, I got discouraged when I saw that some sites are actually begging for good reviews from users in return for freebies.

No. Definitely Trustpilot is a corrupt review site which seems protect many corporation especially in the gambling industry. I made some negative legit reviews about some online poker sites and online Casinos and Trustpilot rejected to make my reviews public. They accused me as a boot or as a scammer. Never trust Trustpilot. The worst of all review sites in the whole net.

Trustpilot doesn't come remotely close to being an impartial review site. Instead, it is just a mechanism for companies to pad and wash their corporate reputations. Trustpilot's paying client is the company receiving the reviews, not the consumer leaving the review. Companies litter the site with fake reviews while Trustpilot looks the other way. For example, positive reviews are often posted within minutes of each other, using a very similar writing style and similar content. Trustpilot has no financial incentive to crack down on its paying clients. When a consumer writes a review that is in any way critical of a paying client, Trustpilot pulls the review, claiming it violated one of their community standards. Trustpilot never shows which community standard the review supposedly violated. After all, what did you expect when the paying customer is the company being reviewed? I think the FTC will eventually catch up with Trustpilot, but it could take years.

I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot about a company who then pushed me repeatedly to pull my review, when I did not, they put my full name on Trustpilot as a kind of revenge. I contacted Trustpilot about this privacy issue, which is still not resolved after three weeks...
For a company that uses Trust in its name, you really cannot trust its customer service or privacy policy... Shame...

I did a review of a blatantly fraudulent website that was scamming its customers. Weeks later Trustpilots "Review Integrity Team" removed it without any explanation. I then went to their website and spoke with one of their customer service representatives over a live chat and he basically tells me he can't do anything about it. So I take the time to write a detailed, well informed review to help people avoid getting scammed like I did and all these clowns can do is just tell me my review doesn't meet their so called "guidelines" and is deleted?

Please anyone who reads this don't bother posting reviews to trustpilot.com. Their policies are a joke and if they are going to delete reviews to protect scammers then they are no better than the scammers themselves. There are tons of alternate websites so just use another one that actually cares about the integrity of how their business is being run.

Scam companies like princess polly pays trust pilot to post a bunch of fake lying positive reviews for the company. Princess polly is a scam clothing company that sells overpriced bad poorly made cheap clothes and jewelry and princess polly also posts fake lying positive reviews on their website too and they post fake photoshopped cgi not real girls on their website too. On trust pilot, princess polly has nothing but a bunch of fake lying positive reviews that aren't written by real people, because they pay trust pilot to buy them fake lying positive reviews and they pay trust pilot to remove the honest negative reviews for them. I have multiple times submitted a negative honest review for princess polly on trust pilot and $#*!ing $#*! $#*! trust pilot purposely keeps removing it for no $#*!ing reason. $#*! $#*! princess polly is paying $#*!ty trust pilot to remove all the negative honest reviews and to keep only the fake lying positive reviews that princess polly paid trust pilot to write for them. Trust pilot isn't trust worthy at all, so NEVER BELIEVE any fake lying positive reviews you see for any company on trust pilot because they're fake lying positive reviews not written by real people and companies like $#*! princess polly pays $#*! trust pilot to post fake lying positive reviews for them and pay them to remove the honest negative reviews.

Trustpilot IS NOT to be trusted. They will take down valid reviews if the company you are reviewing asks them to take it down. They do not allow reviews of certain companies too. Like you cannot complain about Elgas polluting the environment to profit from a severely negative service.

Like many others have concluded, Trustpilot is not worthy of their name and should be investigated. I posted an honest review of a company that provided really poor service and this was removed quite quickly under the guise of; "your review is under investigation". Although contacted twice, Trustpilot never bothered to get back to me and also appear to have removed my negative review about their company. I found it strange that the number of people that viewed my review suddenly froze at a low number relative to what I assume is a large number of people that visit their website and are curious about TrustPilot's rating. I suspect that the control of reviews is linked to the company's need to making money and remain profitable.

I would advise people to avoid this company as it is not fit for purpose and a waste of precious time.

FAKE
June 29, 2020

If you have a negative review to place of CERTAIN COMPANIES that you will get errors that won't allow you to post your review. Maybe that's why some companies have such GREAT reviews there, while in other sites the reviews are Terrible. In this instance it was WISH APP that you can no longer place negative TRUE reviews of.

It is shocking... Trust Pilot... go and Commission an Indian Company. If not,, companies are putting bogus 5 star reviews for themselves... TrustPilot never asks for their legitimacy. However as soon as you put a truthfull review,... the company in question respnds that the review is not trutful... then trustpilot would do anything they could to bring the review down.
It has happened so many times to us...
We reviewed London underground. To indicate how they rip people off... it was taken down
We reviewed Notary Express. With evidence that their 5 star reviews are totally bogus. It has been takne down

NON OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS INSERTED ARE TRUTHFUL
IF WE DO LEAVE 5 STAR... THEY NEVER ASK ANYTHING. SUCH A MASCARADE.

If you think Trustpilot reviews are reliable, then think again. Trustpilot is a paid service that improves a company's rating and consumer perception. I have written many reviews with documentation to prove my claims and had them challenged and deleted, even when indisputable proof was supplied. The reason I am sure they are a scam is I was actually solicited on the phone to pay them to get a better rating, after I claimed my business on their site.

I recently wrote a very honest review of a big corporation company on Trustpilot as I wanted to share my experience for other consumers to read and to let this company know they need to work harder at giving all its members a better service.
No sooner had I written my review and received email saying it was live, then literally within minutes I get a notification saying my review has been flagged by the company.
Before my review was flagged the company had apparently responded to my review which I'm not entitled to read.
I then went onto the support centre to try and get more details only to be told my review was to be investigated, and that I would have to wait for the investigation to be completed before allowing me to read their response.
I feel really disappointed with Trustpilot, even tho I'm more than happy to assist them with this investigation in order to have my review published iv literally not heard anything back.
I honestly believe after checking and treble checking that my review did not breach trustpilots guidelines.
It was my understanding that trustpilot was a platform for consumers to share their experiences good and bad, giving the little man a voice allowing companies to respond, and work towards improving their services.
Trustpilot states that there aim is to remain natural, It certainly doesn't feel like that to me, at a guess I believe my review made painful reading for the company, and as a paying business, Trustpilot gives its support to these big corporate companies whilst pulling the carpet from under the little man.
