Terrible company you write your reviews as encouraged to do so good or bad what you don't realise is the bigger companies pay for a service and they can have your reviews removed even though they are legitimate and have been checked. They will use any excuse to remove them and delete your account they then delete other household members reviews. Not what you expect inflating companies ratings.

The reviews are manipulated to satisfy Trustpilot's clients, which are the companies being reviewed. So, if you have a good review, they will accept it. If your review goes against Trustpilot's client interests they will simply remove it.

When a hosting company, Contabo, supported a site that stole my written content, I posted a bad review of them on Trustpilot. Contabo left a condescending reply and never responded to my abuse report email. A month, almost exactly a month after I wrote this review, I receive an email from a "content integrity" mod from Trustpilot that they will hide the review if I don't provide proof of direct interactions with Contabo. See, this is actually brilliant, because if the issue with the company is that never respond to complaints of illegal behavior, you can't condemn them because you never had a proper dialogue with them! And the images I did have of them interacting with my review weren't enough, which was as close as I had to interaction. Frustrated and demoralized after trying to reason with Trustpilot for three days, all while learning someone I knew died from COVID, I deleted my account.

Had a horrendous experience with a scam company, posted the negative review with Trustpilot and where the harassing and abusive company left off harassing and abusing Trustpilot picked up! Now I have Trustpilot harassing and abusing me near daily about wanting more and more information! I sent my complaint, I sent proof, it's just not good enough! POST YOUR COMPLAINTS WITH OTHER WEBSITES! BTW Trustpilot has a long list of complaints listed with BBB too! 59 complaints to date.

The above doesn't seem to like B & M a few posts now. Wonder if B & M pay for trustpilot services? Maybe you should reconsider.

I thought TRUSTPILOT was an update and savey company that would notice when Companies who are being reviewed would not be allowed to use sharp practice by adding multiple 5* reviews after Genuine Customers have made a complaint. I have found this now with 2 Companies Opodo and Carjet. These companies insist on complainant's having reference numbers and other details to make a complaint, but make a 5* review and you need nothing. These companies are paying someone to sort out Customer Complaints through TRUSTPILOT
They are posting multiple 5* reviews to counteract the one* Star reviews they deserve to keep their rating on TRUSTPILOT.

You spend time writing a legitimate review, and trustpilot removes it. They basically claim that they are pretty certain that my review wasn't based on a purchase. I went the extra mile and sent in a paid receipt and they still banned it. They shouldn't use the word "Trust" in the name if they only allow good reviews.

This sketchy investing company I invested with basically got my money. I wrote a review on Trustpilot for them to side with the scam company and removed my 1-star review along with other 1-star reviews. This company has a -98% yield and 4.1 stars. That's ridiculous and makes no sense. They obviously sided with the company. In addition, they said my review wasn't a personal experience. How personal is it to lose money from them? However, I provided documentation. Without warning or explanation of why they removed it, they removed it regardless and didn't response to my documentation. I wouldn't trust any reviews on Trustpilot because it's very manipulated and one-sided. That's what I learned from the customer POV.

Trust pilot is an ABSOLUTE $#*!ING JOKE OF A COMPANY. I wanted to publish a review of a company that Ive worked with for YEARS - it automatically gets flagged as FAKE and they ask for sensitive information proving I have done business with them to reinstate my review. I provide said information to them, and they NEVER GET BACK TO ME for a month until I chat with them on live chat and bug the $#*! out of them to respond to me. They FINALLY tell me that the records must be BEFORE the time of the review. I say fine, I send them another proof of transaction BEFORE then. They ghost me AGAIN - fast forward one week, I live chat bug them again, they respond - and tell me it must be WITHIN ONE YEAR! These people are absolute $#*!ing $#*!, $#*!ing baby company run by little crybabies. Go $#*! yourself trust pilot, more like $#*! Pilot... worse than the DMV!

Trustpilot should be taken down. Most of the reviews are fake from disgruntled employees.
Our company is one of them. With over 100 positive reviews there was one that gave us one star.
It was from a disgruntled employee and out of all 100 reviews this is the one that shows up on Google search. It is destroying our business. Imagine having so many good reviews and Truspilot chooses the bad one to show on Google? Please delist them from search as you did with ripoffreports.com

Trustpilot is a mess of a reviews, thousands of fake reviews, it is clear it is being sold on mis representation on a number of fronts.

The advertised prices are for very basic reviews collection features on a compromised platform that allows fake verified reviews and cannot explain how reviewer accounts are hacked.

They pretended that it was not a good review, but didn't even bother to tell me to edit. Plus it is stupid by asking for a case? To impede you from writing a review? Coinbase stupidly is not able to verify MY NAME, ADDRESS AND ELECTRICAL BILL WITHOUT EVEN TAKING A SECOND TO LOOK AT IT?

I read some reviews about trustpilot being influenced by certain companies so I decided to find out for myself. Recently I have a very bad experience with a crypto currency company named wobit. I was scammed by them of $******* US. So I used trustpilot to write a review about wobit. They excepted and posted my review, but within a day wobit responded asking if I would send my info and proof that I was a customer of wobit so I did, within a few hours trustpilot told me that they believe that my review of wobit is not valid and removed it. I would not recommend using trustpilot for trustworthy and useful information

So if you have a SCAM business and got negative review on trustpilot websites. You can pay TrustPilot to remove the negative reviews and keep fake positive reviews.
TrustPilot obviously is a SCAM website to squeeze out scammers.
Don't waste your time with them.
Even after my review was verified with all the proves I sent them. They removed my review claiming that their software automatically removed it. Yeah Right scammers.

I tried to leave a truthful, accurate, middling review of a company on TrustPilot. The review was immediately disputed as "suspect" by the company I was reviewing, and TrustPilot asked me for more info, which I provided in the form of e-mails / chat logs that I had from the company on question.

Despite this, Trust Pilot claimed my review was not valid because the date/time of my review and the chat logs did not match up, claiming I somehow left the review BEFORE my experience with the company... ok, how plausible is that?

I will never again trust any reviews on Trust Pilot. In fact, I will stay well clear of any company that relies on them for their own reputation.

No point in writing a review on that site. Had two reviews removed after just an hour of writing them. Trust Pilot said my reviews were flagged by software which meant nobody at Trust Pilot actually read them. My reviews were honest and legitimate. Trash site.

Was a member of this scam site until I recently made a review about a terrible service I had received as a customer of row.co.uk and then trustpilot took my genuine review down stating it went against their community standards more like trust pilot now has shares in certain companies and won't allow customers to review them disgusting site should be shut down

Very Unprofessional! Entitled old men who don't believe in quality customer service. I waited hours to make a purchase and was turned away 10mins before closing. I was charged almost double for a gun when I returned for the second time. F*ck these guys
