What a quack company they are. Basically, they get to decide what is true fromthe consumer experience. Their review system is useless and you are in bed with those who pay you which is the company. Trustpilot is a lie. How do you like that for a review.
Trustpilot, is not a decent forum for consumers to do a valid accessment of companies deceiving public consumers. I placed a truthful and valid reveiw on Vader Mountain Capital, as soon as Vader flagged the reveiw Trustpilot sent me an email asking me to change my comment or send them evidence that Vader Mountain Capital was violating human dignity. I sent them an abundance of email traffic where I was being harrassed my Vader Mountain Capital, and evidenceof e demanding they cease and desist. TrustPilot then insisted I change my accessment, so I did, Trustpilot sent me another email stating to change my assessment a second apparently wanting me to sugarcoat Vader Mountain Capital's behavior and mislead consumers, I refused and I received the following email.

Hi Wyatt,
Thanks for getting back to us.
As your changes are insufficient and your review is still not within our guidelines, we'll have to move your review offline for now. Should you want to update your review at a later time, please get in touch via our contact form.)
If you want the truth use another forum to assess a company for their integrity. Trustpilot is a joke
They pretty much remove any negative reviews as long as their clients are premium subscribers. Despite providing them with evidence of the negative experience with one of their clients they still removed my review under 'it's our software that automatically removes reviews and we can't do anything about it; pretext. They are absolutely disgusting
Just want to say amazing amazing customer service was given by esther, my name is ashley burnett and i was completely happy with the fact of the honouring the price i found for cheaper. Fast and very friendly and next time i fly i sill be calling esther at trustpilot.
After writing a carefully considered and accurate review of a company trust pilot bounced it back saying that I had to provide evidence or they would not be publishing my review, that's all well and good except evidence in 90% of these matters is not going to be obtainable and the purpose of a review is opinion backed by example, evidence is for a court of law not some two bit worthless greedy unfair review website which is all that trust pilot have proved to be! Utterly useless, don't waste your time on them.
Just like the title says, Trustpilot removes reviews. I had an account with Trustpilot for 7 years and the majority of every negative review I do gets removed. When contacting Trustpilot, they say, "We can't tell you why we removed your review." I just had enough so I moved on over to Sitegrabber.: P
Basically, companies report negative reviews and since Trustpilot gets paid by those companies, they remove it otherwise those companies will cancel their contracts with Trustpilot. It's a worthless review site and all the positive reviews are literally fake. The fake reviewers are located overseas and get paid to post positive reviews and Trustpilot allows it.
This company pick and chose which reviews to keep up. They remove every single review I leave again ebay tesco santander who ever it may be. If you go down the rabbit hole and realise the people who own our banks and oil companies and ancestry company and Google it won't take you long to figure out why they all have each others backs. Trustpilot is the biggest fraud ever.
I left a genuine review for an Energy company and within minutes my review was removed. I'm also unable to log back into my account. I can prove I was a customer of the energy company.
I read the reviews on here from people who experienced the same thing and I'm not really surprised. It makes total sense that Trustpilot and businesses would be in cahoots.
The energy company's attempts to silence me have backfired. I will post the review on a few sites and forums. As for Trustpilot, I will never trust or use them again. My intuition will have to do.
Delete every review o their clients and other then that just push negative of what ever other service.
This site is a total scam
Trustpilot remove negative reviews for themselves and subscribing businesses (if you pay Trustpilot for an enhanced account). Twice I had their human staff verify I had the right to leave one company a review, but it was always auto-removed in minutes. Then trustpilot simply ignored me. Trustpilot are frauds. As for leaving a one star review for trustpilot, forget it.
Removed my honest reviews about yell and google how they remove bad reviews. They removed my lousy review of them warning the public about them. This is a very fraudulent company up to all sorts to make money. Their reviews are not worth reading.
Trustpilot is an important site to find out about scams!
One is able to find out a lot about the many negative aspects associated with certain fraudulent sites, sites that seem to double by the hour, nowadays...
I trusted Trustpilot until today I saw what looks like systematic fake positives. So WELL DONE JON CAROLLS on receiving three TRUST PILOT reviews whilst working for TAKEPAYMENTS - he got three 5 star reviews - ALL just 4 hours ago! Not even a "but" especially when it took 10+mins (with the lots of calls I made today!) to get through! Also AMAZING how full names are commonly used when I'm only told the first name! Raises a lot of questions:-(
Reviews are selected based on how much companies probably pay to keep only positive feedback. I found extremely positive reviews on companies that I applied with turned out to be scams or had 'weird' staff selection standards, i. E. Lindamood-Bell, where I have been beyond humiliated after having passed the first interview.
I wrote a review complaining about a website and how it sold me an account instead of a cd-key for a game. They got my review removed and I've seen they have done it to others. The website is incomplete shambles and untrustworthy.
Do not trust a word you read on trustpilot. They have lost their way. I've had many people call me from their company to "pay to make the bad reviews go away." and if we didn't pay, magically all of these negative reviews appeared over night.
I placed a review on Trustpilot and was told by email it was suspicious and I could reply to the email which I did. My email reply bounced. I was also told that I could contact the company that I had reviewed. I clicked on the link - it wasn't there. What a complete waste of time.
Trust pilot recently contacted me to say a company I reviewed wasn't happy with the review I left and obviously they marked it as a fake review. It was my genuine experience with the company. They ignored all my emails regarding needing evidence of being a customer as apparently being a potential customer doesn't count.
This leads me to believe trust pilot are paid off by companies or the customer service team are of the same political mindset of these companies so therefore biased in how they action complaints
Can't trust trust pilot anymore now as they clearly favour these left agenda cult companies...
I booked a removal service. The service was terrible as no van turned up and they only gave me 5 minutes notice and then terrible customer service after so I left an honest, 1 star review. Then I got threatening emails from the company asking me to change my review or they would leave bad reviews for 'my company', which is against Trustpilot's terms. I am not a company I am an individual, so they were threatening to leave bad reviews for the company I rent webspace from and have an email address with. So, the company carried out their threat by leaving a fake review for the company I have my email address with, despite them never doing any business with them. I sent Trustpilot screenshots of the blackmailing emails and they have done nothing. Worse than this, Trust Pilot then started sending me emails warning me to stop altering my business information but I AM NOT A BUSINESS, I am NOT the company I have my email address with. How thick do Trust Pilot customer services have to be not to understand that for instance, someone with a '@ yahoo' email address does not actually work at yahoo? So you can be threatened by companies on Trustpilot and they end up sending you warnings for things that another company has done. Basically, Trustpilot are happy to protect fraudsters and businesses who deal in blackmail and ignore reviewers.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
