Have mailed about my login problem but still nobody has come to out to resolve the problem is ths the way you deal with the customer problem. Had faced issues frm ths site earlier also but still continued on ths site but ths time its height. Was not able to login in my ACC was saying invalid user id or password clicked on forget password to create new one recieved verification code after putting verification code it asks to create new password after doing that also it's saying invalid user id or password. Tried so many times my 3500 rs is also stuck in tht acccount. So requesting plz give me a new password link to keep me still on ths site. And ths is really not right treating the customer

I recently attempted to leave a review over an apparel company that sent me defective product and the site kept giving me 'sorry but we are unable to post at this time. Try again later' Regardless how many times I refreshed the screen. And I've never had any problems posting reviews. The Bot session is useless. No one responds. TrustPilot has jumped the shark and now sucks.

They allow anyone to post anything even illegal content. They allow competitors to place bad fake reviews and do noting to correct this problem. When contacted they blow you off and show they only care about having more reviews on their site for ranking.

What is the point of a review site if they only show the reviews the companies approve of? I wrote a critical and 100% true review of a COVID test company who were basically scammers. TrustPilot showed it, verified it, and then removed it. Thus, don't waste your time writing critical reviews, verifying them etc, and do not believe the good/bad balance of reviews on TrustPilot.

Hi I have been posting reviews on Trust pilot for the past year, and my past couple reviews were about the sexcam sites and how some are tracking people beyond what they are supposed to and even caught some covering up there criminal activity and have proof of what is happening with those sites. So I checked up on my reviews a few weeks ago ago notice they have taken down my reviews and other people responses because this was turning into a major thing and Im not trying to start trouble with the sites I mentioned because I perform on some as well. But I sent trust pilot a email wanting to know why they took it down, because hundreds of thousands of people go into those sites every day and I don't have the numbers but probably way more than that visit the sites, and I thought everyone should know about what is going on and in some reviews I read it's to late and I can't stand that. But I received a email from Trust pilot saying that they have a software that can tell if someone is making up a story or not, which after reading it they said that I was lying and they had to take it down. My question is if they have this software and pretty sure they didn't investigate these sites, and all they needed to do was go into those sites and look around and there software should have picked it up. What probably happened they got paid to take it down because I found out some sites changed my reviews to make it sound like a good review instead of warning people. So what they did and there actions makes me think they would allow this sort of thing to happen and don't care for the people. Thanks

They ALLOW scammers to put down other companies, and leave those reviews there. You see it all over. ONE complainer will write a negative review, but include they're new "Favorite" company in the review, then COPY and PASTE the EXACT COPY of that review and put it in all the competitors of that "Favorite" Company. Can there be a class action against a company that allows such deception to go on? One can only hope Karma is coming to visit TrustPilot...

But if YOU write a negative review, and the company complains, they'll pull it down.

Trustpilot removed my 2 bad reviews for oaksidexchange.com and Wealthyforextraders.com that scammed me for $5000cad. Trustpilot said that i have a suspicious review and not follow their guidelines. I just write my own experience but they classified it as suspicious reviews.

They are saying dont use trust pilot and optomum no more and its not a small list its almost the united states. And taking words like Ideot and stupid out of the equasion ill bet i get half your custermers I dont care what words they use google picks them up and lists words like Ideot and stupd because the know how the people are and its true

I recently posted a negative review on Trustpilot about a merchant I dealt with. A few days later it was taken down; Trustpilot said the merchant didn't believe I had been a customer, and invited me to send documents to prove it. I did so, and they re-posted the review. However, within a few days they took the review down again; they said their "software" had flagged a problem with it and asked once again for documentation. I sent the documentation again. That was over a week ago, and I've had no response.

They removed my review on one entity several times - claiming I wasn't the entity's customer. This was because the entity who's their client pay them to remove negative reviews. I provided solid proof that I was a customer of Trust pilot client however they eventually just removed my review. Rather disgusted by them and won't trust them at all with their style and approach. I have reported them to the consumer bodies

I posted a negative review on the company centralfxlimited.com trustpilot has chosen not to make visible my reviews and my experience with this company especially since this company works with people who post fake positive reviews on trustpilot moreover who works with these scammers.

I don't know who Trustpilot is but they seem to represent uspany who I ordered an outdoor canopy covered daybed with pillows. It never arrived but they are still selling the item & reviews from others are very bad. Still hopeful.

WHY would any one try to bad mouth a big organisation, unless for a good reason. It just doesn't make sens... for TrustPilot to make the decision and one sided decision to remove is beyond belief is pathetic. If UK system is HONEST. AS THEY WANT TO make believe. So let people voice their opinion... truth will prevail... you can't take others for ignorant. As has been the case all around in the UK

The same with TRUSTPILOT. Who are these people to make a decision in whether our reviews about

They deleted negative reviews on companies if they flag them so they have a better rating. I provided a photo of the product and the receipt of purchase from the company and they said that wasn't enough, that they were still going to take my one star review down (and in turn, boost the company's rating).

It's a waste, don't pay that company, we wasted too much money with them. Spend your money on Google and Facebook. Never again. Wasted $6,000 down the toilet.

Scam reviews site, dont trust any company with a positive rating, or trustpilot which is a smelly europeon company, as many of you know Europeans don't use soap and hate America, and have very low IQS.
Any negative review will be removed within an hour of you posting it, Positive reviews are rarely deleted.
If I see any company that say they have 5 stars on trustpilot I run far away, as a 5 minute internet search can verify companies Pay many 1000s of $$$$$$$ to get positive reviews

Scammy scum trustpilot removed my verified legitimate review of eagsale and then ignores my proof of sale (verification with emailed invoice) do not trust trustpilot.

Truspilot get money from Companies to post the positive reviews and deleted negative review. On Trustpilot, a review is considered to be fake if: It doesn't represent a genuine service or buying experience. It is a deliberate attempt to manipulate consumer perception or behaviour.
