More like Scampilot, they locked my account for an absolutely unknown reason, I asked them to explain why after 6 years suddenly I can't log in, and they said don't know exactly why, it was just the system detected something wrong, I asked to specify and they said they can't. What a lame service. The crazier is that I asked to delete my private data if I can't log in anymore, and they said you must do it myself by login in via settings and deleting my private data. While they locked my account so I can't log in. What the hell, I can't express how a garbage site is Trustpilot, they don't even comply with GDPR. I'm not surprised of other people are experiencing similar frustrations. What is even more ridiculous I made a formal complaint to them about that after I asked to delete my private data because I can't login they replied "you can delete your private data by login into your account". They don't even read what I just explained that I can't login because they terminated account without even explaining why. Lamest service in the world.
I have no good words to say about Pauline Miller and her services. As a review read, "She is a money grabber". She has stolen £540 deposit which should have been returned back to me, she gave me a receipt omitting my last name and misspelling my middle name. When I told her about it she initialled and squibbled my name. Told me I could not use my name on eulogy and use ex wife. Wanted 50% down and asked for more money and expected me to use my credit cards to pay it. Thank God I listened to my senses because Pauline Miller would have thrown me to the devil and put me in debt with my credit cards, simply by listening to one side of a story in Jamaica and acting on it. Pauline Miller has also signed by ex husbands grave over to a person who may have been care giver but was never my ex husbands daughter or stepdaughter. My ex husband has a son in the UK who is the Next of Kin, now legally, this grave does not belong to his son or his grandchildren because Pauline Miller has signed away his Rights.
One thing Pauline Miller, if I was a fool to pay with my credit card, would you still listen to Rosemarie Wolfe?
Pauline Miller has no care empathy is not affiliated to any organisation if one wants to sue. I would not be recommending anyone. Grave is not nerve, and service and grave not blessed by a minister.
This company is a tragedy, they do not verify reviews in any way, anyone can write anything about your company and then you have to register to write back. Forcing you to create an account. This type of business should be banned. I wholeheartedly do not recommend and privately will never use, a swamp.
Trust Pilot works for the Businesses. When I click the link, they want my email, account number, full name and phone number. Sure your review needs to be legit because competitors should not be able to write bad reviews about their competitors but neither should your lenders and corporations have to know who writes the reviews about them. You should be able to prove yourself to trust pilot as legitimate. I though tell the truth and there is no defamation in the truth so I cannot be scared away. I just don't like giving out my account number and phone number because that is PII.
At this point, I am sorry but I have very little... or no "trust" in TrustPilot. At least, not enough to send them a copy of any of my own identification. I'm not just handing over my personal information to a company that has an overall rating of less than two stars...! My original complaint was against TEMU and the scans below show the correspondence I've received from them.
Trust pilot have sent 2,000 plus negative reviews of EVRI DELIVERY COMPANY (EVRI.COM) To a fake site with a similar name (EVRI.Insight) Supposedly a softy company/(EVRI.co.uk). Read the reviews, customers are clearly stating they're dissatisfied with Evri delivery company. MAKING EVRI DELIVERY LOOK LIKE IT HAS 4.7 STARS! BUT YOU JUST LOOK AT THE FAKE SITE! THERES THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS AND ONLY ONE PERSON WHOS PUT FIVE STARS And come to you're own conclusion. I've told TRUSTPILOT twice but it's still not changed. I expect EVRI DELIVERY has paid Trustpilot a big big back hander payment. Take a little bit of time out of your day and have a look, it's astonishing! I've told watch dog, BBC, Which and am currently looking into further legal action. If that would make the slightest bit of bloody difference but I am trying. If you get behind me and you see what they're doing please tell Watchdog, BBC and which, because at the moment I feel powerless.
Trust pilot have removed numerous reviews regarding Bes Utilities?
Why? As I have given them all the relevant information they required.
The only thing I can think of, is that they get paid by these corrupt companies
Trust pilot is not impartial. I gave an honest bad review of a Tracking company. Trust pilot threatened to remove it if I didn't prove it was legitimate. I sent the three emails in total, showing my compaints to the company as well as two invices 6 years apart proving I was a customer and I had been with the tracking company for several years. In all the years I have been writing reviews on Trustpilot they never once questioned or threatened to take down a positive review. I have deleted my Trustpilot account. Their reviews are not to be trusted as they quite clearly take down honest negative reviews to make companies look better than they actually are. Reading this page should give a good idea of how bad they are.
Fein ausgedacht.
They keep removing honest reviews for no reason even when you provide evidence. Why ask for evidence if they're going to ignore it anyway
They have removed multiple genuine reviews I have left for companies that engage in illegal practices and that in face offer services to sell fake Trustpilot reviews.
I just got scammed purchasing a product that Beauty Trustpilot 'spent 3 months testing and highly recommended'. I've always been under the impression that Trustpilot was a trustworthy source of information and reviews and am very disappointed to find out otherwise.
The product I ordered and is strongly recommended by Trustpilot is Rosacare laser hair removal device. They are now out of business, shut down by Rose Skin Co obtaining a court order against them for using a similar name and offering a copycat inferior IPL hair removal device. All customer reviews speak of being scammed, ghosted, lied to, and embarrassed by their purchase from Rosacare, so highly recommended by Trustpilot.
I left a review about being motorway.com which was essentially a scam. Trustpilot removed this review with no explanation. So much for free speech
They are removing my one star review of appliance connection even after providing my order number and tracking number. I now understand they are just as much a scam as the scammers.
I have left several negative reviews for products or services but trustpilot is basically structured to allow immediate flagging of any negative review and to demand more information or proof. Even if you provide that it's unlikely the negative review will be restored.
In fact if you look at similar platforms ratings of certain businesses they are wildly different and more positive on trustpilot then elsewhere.
Ironically trustpilots own rating on this site is lower than the company I negatively rated that immediately demanded my user information under threat of deleting the review.
Obviously not saying anything new as you can see currently on sitejabber that trustpilot rates at roughly 1.5 / 5 stars. That's certainly something
Email received from trustpilot advising my account has been closed. They very incorrectly think i am part of some network sending false reviews. Made to feel like a criminal
I placed a review warning others of a scam I experienced with a Broker. Trust pilot removed the review and requested to have the review reinstated to submit relevant support documentation which I did. I have also sent a follow-up email 1 week later and still no reply.
Trust pilot is not a website I would recommend. Very unhappy as the review would warn other potential victims such as myself.
After an awful experience with a door knocking sales team I wrote on the trust pilot site warning future elderly customers to stay away.
The review got taken down without even asking questions to myself. How can I provide proof of purchase if I refused to purchase 2x doors and windows for £15,000. When they don't leave you evidence of being in your home, not even a brochure.
They are out for the business not the consumers.
Any site with Trust Pilot I now avoid.
Trustpilot have removed loads of my genuine and honest reviews with no reason or explanation. I have also noticed that many shops or organisations which just recently had many poor reviews have suddenly got 5 stars from everybody. How can this be? What a coincidence. Like others have said it all seems like a scam.
Don't buy on mpb.com or you will loose big money! The customer service wanted to make me pay 95$ to return a 124$ item badly described on their website! I will sell it on eBay with less shipping fees!
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
