Always trusted Trustpilot in the past. Was recently very surprised with their pro-big bank deletion of my obviously real post which is similar to the last 10 negative reviews. This bank has a 1.2 rating. Then I saw that Trustpilot sells its services to companies now. Well, that is a conflict of interest imo. Yelp is another site that gets paid by companies. So, be aware. Buyer beware.

I've had my Trust Pilot account suspended over a month ago for not providing evidence that I was held in a phone queue for 2 hours! How do you prove a historical phone call I asked and they said proof I was a customer would do. But I was on a trial version of an online service so nothing was purchased.

I spoke to the company that reported me and they told me they had problems with the phone lines that day. I sent trustpilot a screenshot proving that I had an account at the time of the review and they said they would reinstate my account but they didn't and just ignore all my emails. There is no phone number so you cannot talk to them.

They protect any company that pays them and any customer leaving a review is harassed to provide proof which means trustpilot reviews are totally skewed as most people can't be bothered to jump through all the hoops to get the review to stick which is time consuming for most people. Some people might not have a scanner to scan receipts and send them in to prove they are honest citizens. It adds insult to injury.

They don't care about the customer. All they care about are big corporations. They don't care about the people at all.

I ordered food from this takeaway and did not get the food. They said it had been delivered although no one verified through phone or email! They were very unhelpful in correcting this! Do not order from this place. Very untrustworthy. I had to put 1 star as I couldn't choose 0 which I would have.

I will start by staying we are a well established company (since 2001) and have slowly built up long standing clients over that period (and prior). I have had business relationships with some of my clients spanning back 30+ years.

I recently took on an apprentice who, after spending quite some time sprucing up our website suggested we list on Trustpilot and invite our long standing clients to review us in the hope that it might help our presence somewhat on the Internet.

Well - long story short, after we sent out an email asking for our clients to let us know how they felt about the service we have provided to them for MANY years we got a lovely response! Over 24 hours we got 9 five star reviews - I was elated! It was a great start for our foray into the work of Trustpilot reviews!

24 Hours later, Trustpilot removed ALL of our reviews. They didn't even have the courtesy to email me to let me know this had happened. They just emailed all my long standing clients telling them that their review had been pulled because they thought they were fraudulent.

Way to go Trustpilot - just tell all our long standing clients they are liars.

Several of our clients have responded to Trustpilots email and have also provided proof that they are one of our clients. Still no reinstatement of any of the reviews and the two emails I sent to Trustpilot in an attempt to prove the legitimacy of our reviews have gone unanswered.

We have now taken the decision to use our clients testimonials on our website and not bother at all with Trust Pilot. I think their behaviour in this instance is bordering on criminal.

It looks like they have done this to plenty of other companies too. I do wonder that had we signed up to their paid service if we would have been treated the same way.

You live and learn - we certainly have.

Sayonara Trust Pilot - never again.

I recently wanted to leave negative feedback about a complany I used. But I have been bombarded with requests from trustpilot for evidence of my negative expericence. Otherwise they will remove your feedback. How can you trust a website that happily lets the positive feeback go up without checking but scutinises the negative. I have been reading the positive remarks and they are so fake and look like the company have entered them themselves. I have now gone out of my way to sent trustpilot sceenshots so lets see if my negative feeback stays up.

I recently posted a review on trustpilot about dyson, without any contact they removed my review within one day due to integrity issues, no contact with me or request for details, and then couldn't be bothered to answer my complaint, I have deleted my account as I don't trust trustpilot anymore

So desire and are not at all honest and reliable. I used to use them and after hearing the terrible reviews on them and also experiencing my own biased treatment from them, I would never recommend that anyone use them. They are not reliable in any way shape or form. Many of my friends and associates have also had similar poor experiences with them.

Hey all... if u r going to invest on something and you came here for checking the reviews am telling you no its a warning please do not believe the reviews in trust piolt they are helping the scammers and cheaters. Trust pilot is give fake reviews and fake statement about company which is making you to FL for the cheates who loot your money. So please be careful with the reviews in the Trust pilot. I thought attest Trust pilot has some genuine reviews but everything is a scam and just a fake reviews... I didn't expect this from a. Standard website like Trust review. Fake website and review. Trust reviews is getting money from the. Orlando for the fake reviews that it has in its portal... seriously. It is a fake review website run by scammers and sponsored by scammers as well the money laundry scammers they keeps only the good reviews about their sponsors and they flag all the bad reviews they also have the worst arrogant support teams who either never replies or replies with case closed because your telling the truth about their fake scammers sponsors.

But after the terrible haircut and color that was out in three days, not once but twice, the hairdresser dragged me along for two months saying she was going to refund my 200.00 and then said NO ONLY 50.00 will be returned. After I started reviewing online she and the owner of the shop and started back paddling and trying to cover up their bad customer service and horrible lack of hair cutting skills and began to create a false narrative about what happened. However, PHOTOS TELL THE ENTIRE STORY.

(dont)Trustpilot has suspended my account because of a negative comment for Randox. I got a response from Content Integrity team after over a month. They asked me to provide a proof I dealt with Randox, what I did but the emails were not enough. I had to waste my time searching for confirmation of my orders with Randox. I sent it to them and no response. All my reviews have disapeared and my account is blocked. I dont trust them at all. Obviously many companies generate positive reviews themselves or buy them. You can see it easily as some companies had 2.3 stars after a few days suddenly 1000 more reviews and all positive or negative written in a positive way. Rubbish website, lost its integrity

I had a bad experience with one company and told them I would be reviewing them on Trustpilot. They said "we'll see about that".
Not only did my review not see the light of day, my account was Closed Down within a week and I have been unable to reboot it. Looks very fixed to me.

Only leave good reviews or ones that suit the company you are reviewing.
You will be flagged then removed. I sent evidence laid myself bare.
AGEAS MANAGEMENT UK used and abused Trustpilot and manipulated them until my 100% HONEST review was removed. They DID NOT CONTACT ME FIRST. They just harassed the service to manipulate their own ends. I will never use this service again and have removed all of my reviews. Trustpilot claim they will NOT LET THIS HAPPPEN pure HOGWASH.

Tried to put in a genuine bad review for Swann cameras, Trustpilot blocked it. Tried again with a good review, surprise, surprise went straight on, no problem.

Terrible company and business model.
Only allow negative reviews on profiles unless you pay. Many of our clients have left positive reviews and they have been taken down by Trust Pilot.
Only fake and Defamatory reviews remain.
Trust Pilot have facilitated damage to our organisation. For this reason they will be sued.
We have reported this company to trading standards and informed our thousands of clients at Safetech of how this company operates. Our lawyers are in process of preparing the law suit which will be issued to PETER HOLTEN MÜHLMANN shortly.
