You would think a company that does reviews for a living would know how to treat clients and make sure they have good business practices. But man these guys just play a dirty game to get people to pay for the services they offer. They said they will send me a cease and desist letter if I don't remove the reviews MY CUSTOMERS left me on my OWN website lmao. Said I have to pay $2,000 in order to use reviews MY CUSTOMERS left me. What a complete joke.

I am a person of integrity and have never submitted a false review. But recently TrustPilot removed my review of Kaffekapslen without providing a detailed reason and they have not restored it despite me providing a copy of my purchase invoice. Something seems very suspicious. I had previously had no issues with several detailed reviews of various companies. I don't intend to leave any more reviews with TrustPilot.

They used to be the go to for reviews. They now censor and delete honest concerns calling them "fabricated". This company is a sell out to Big Tech. Shame on them!

Many many legit reviews get removed lately. I have had several neagitive reviews removed all based on my real life experiece about the certain companies. Take Playtech a gambling casino company with 100% negative reviews how they scam people with manipulated games. All reviews still on there say the same as i did in my review from past experience. But my review was removed, playtech in fact had sveral hundred negative reviews of them removed last year obvioulsy paid for by playtech to remove them. They let big companies post fake positive reviews and remove negative reviews, in fact there was one company recently that had the same review word by word posted by 3 different people. Obviously fake postive reviews but they are not removed because trust pilot has become a joke. 100% untrustworthy in fact the new name for this site is untrustworthy pilot.

Suspected FRAUD committed by TrustPilot. We are have a very small 2-person business. Recently a few 1-star reviews appeared on Trustpilot, with the strangest complains about products and services we don't even have. They did not want to remove them, they suggested that we would have to buy their services to invite real customers to leave positive reviews. In other words, they allow fake reviews, possibly fabricated by themselves, to trick/blackmail business owners into buying their services

Extremely bad experience.
A computer makes their decisions.
They earned my disrespect by their replies, which NEVER dealt with any of the issues.
Save yourself time and energy.
They are NOT to be trusted!

What an oxymoron for their name. They work for businesses and not for consumers. Critical reviews with evidence and back up get taken down. Don't trust any reviews on their website

Pay to play… that's the game… stupid will stay stupid… go read some more reviews…

Please be careful with Trustpilot reviews: they remove whatever is considered negative. Your real experience does not matter. You might want to believe half of what you read on Trustpilot. Trustpilot is not that trustworthy after all.

I registered there in 2016, after all these years without any incidents a review of mine about DHL is simply deleted! That in itself would still be bearable, if it was only the only one of my reviews that was deleted... No, ALL of them were removed! In addition, an account suspension was also posted... A little later I created a new account, which was blocked 2 days later too!

So I can say, PI** OFF with your sh*** platform! I've been through a lot, but this...

Incidentally, after saying I was leaving the platform, I was just told to send proof of the authenticity of my rating when I wanted! One see, they are not interested in the well-being of their users!

We have a terrible experience with trustpilot. Our clients keep posting 5 star reviews by our clients who have been invited through a campaign sent from trustpilot! These 5 star reviews are marked as suspicious and deleted although we and our clients have sent them proofs of payments! There are 4 1 star reviews on our website, from people who clearly state that they have never been our clients. These reviews are there for years! We signed up as a company with the standard subscription of 3,500 a year. Until we paid they were calling us and responding right away. After we paid nobody cares. We posted a 1 star review about trustpilot and guess what... it was deleted within 5 minutes as suspicious! Avoid them.

Removed my review and claimed it was not genuine. I believe the company (specifically TEMU) paid them to remove my real experience and bad reviews.

Much the same as many other reviews, I called out a scam company on TP. The reviews were so obviously fake that it was a joke. TP are encouraging scams by bombarding people who try to warn others with endless emails, clearly trying to get bad reviews removed. The company will continue to scam the vulnerable thanks to TP. If it wasn't so serious it would be a joke. No wonder they are not based in the UK, presumably to avoid our legislation.

They banned me for Posting an honest Review for Chumba Casino. I do have 2 emails that i use but sent them my Drivers License over. They still refuse to listen amd rather call me a liar. It seems to be the norm considering Im not the only one who says this about them.

Trustpilot has become a dishonest platform, it has most negative reviews deleted and it is very complicated to restore the review afterwards even by sending all the proof of legitimacy. Shame on Trustpilot

Apparently trustpilot takes bribes and listens to lies from other companies in order to suppress peoples negative reviews. I had evidence to back up my review. More than enough evidence to back my claim but trust pilot refused to take in my evidence and threatened me via email. Then they said they said I defamatory. If I am defamatory than sue me! I'm the one that has the evidence to back my claims. They don't.

Trustpilot is taking bribes from Wishtender in order to remove negative reviews. They both are allowing escorts and online sex workers to commit felonies by exploiting and blackmailing there clients

Removing genuine reviews, not replying WHY. Don't get into that trap. One would not believe that this is possible in 2022. SCAM / FAKE.

Trustpilot is supposed to be a site for reviews of businesses. A review that I submitted was taken down subject to further review on their part...except they never followed up, even after I tried to contact them. What a shame cause I thought when we were reading reviews on their site they were legitimate, now I wonder.

I wrote a review on Total AV that they charged my credit card even after I cancelled it. I submitted proof of a email that said I did cancel Trust Pilot said this was not sufficient proof. If you are thinking about using Trust Pilot DON't They are a JOKE
