I was excited to order a 6 pack of size L T's for my husband for his birthday. When the order arrived, the quality of the shirts were, eh. They claim to be super soft, but that is because they are super thin. The cut doesn't seem that different from normal t-shirts, other than being much longer in length. I haven't washed them yet, but what was most disappointing was that 2 of the 6 shirts in the set were size XL. When I reached out to customer service asking that they fix this, I just got a canned response with a link to start a return. But since I ordered these as a set, the only option was to return the entire set, not just the 2 shirt that were sent in the wrong size. When I reached out again, asking to have the 2 shirts replaced I got another email asking for my husband's measurements before they sent the correct size I already ordered. I'm not sure if this was another canned response or the customer service rep didn't understand that THEY sent the wrong size, not that I had ordered the wrong size. Anyways, not sure how this will turn out but so far I am disappointed that not only did they make a mistake and send the wring size but it seems near impossible to get them to fix their mistake.
UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by True Classic and the correct shirts were sent to me.
I tried a 3 pack initially to see how I liked how they fit and boy do I. They are the perfect compliment to my workout routine.

I was skeptical at first about the shirts, but they are more than worth the price especially if they are on sale. I feel so much more confident when I wear true classics. You CANNOT put a price on that kind of feeling!

This company makes super comfortable shirts! I used to buy cheap unbranded shirts, but they would shrink in the wash and lose quality quickly. These shirts do not shrink! They're comfortable and lightweight. As a bonus, their customer support is amazing. UPS messed up my shipping and they got it handled in no time.

My first time ordering TC, I ordered my usual t-shirt size, an XL. However, the shoulders were far too wide and it looked sloppy on me. The customer service department was very responsive and I was able to order some terrific shirts in size L. Everything worked out great!

The ads make these look amazing. They are not at all what they are cracked up to be. They don't fit any better than a cheap $10 T-shirt from Walmart. In fact, they're smaller and thinner material, so love handles, man boobs, and belly buttons show up worse. Don't waste your money.
A representative reached out to me and did their best to help me "find the right size". The 3X that they sent me was far too large, so they refunded me for the original order.
We totally understand sometimes lightweight tees aren't for everyone. We have worked hard to create a unique blend with a lightweight feel, and designed with the best quality. This blend was chosen for its softness as it keeps its shape better than 100% cotton or other blends. If we can get some order information, we can review sizing and try a different style perhaps! We’ll work to get you to love your tees.

Hey Nathan. We don’t typically allow returns on final sale items, due to the deeply discounted prices. This is reflected in the product page. Always happy to make an exception for our friends, however. I’ll reach out to confirm sizing.
These guys have great shirts, and the customer service is outstanding. I had some sizing issues as I'm between sizes, they got back to me immediately and were a huge help, were super friendly and got me all sorted out within minutes. Definitely recommend True Classic.

I had an issue with a couple of crew neck shirts shrinking after wash and made a comment on Instagram about how good the shirts were but I had an issue with the shrinking after a couple wash cycles. Almost immediately I was contacted by a representative asking about the issue and how this needed to be corrected. After speaking with the rep I could not find my order number and told them I was not looking for anything free it was just a comment but they still persisted to want to fix the issue. I was then able to find the order number and it was made clear that true classic wanted to fix my issue. I cannot believe how bad you guys wanted to fix this issue especially after I said not to worry about it. This was the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced and am very happy I purchased from you, and will continue to do so.

I am editing this as True Classic Tees customer service reached out to us a day or two after I posted this. They wanted to make our order right. We were sent the appropriate size of shirts in a timely manner. We offered to send the other shirts back but we were told to donate them to a charitable organization. Thank you for correcting the mistake.
*My husband is always on the lookout for a nice fitting T-shirt so when I saw the ads for True Classics I told him he needed to order some. We did the sizing and followed the measurement guide and he ordered one, when he ordered there was an offer to add a surprise for an additional $8.99 so he did. They showed up today and he texted me at work to tell me that one shirt would fit a 350 pound man (subtract 130 lbs from that for my husband) and one would probably fit me (115 lbs) as they sent a size small. He is really disappointed and I do not know how you can follow the website's sizing guide and end up with a shirt that does not fit and why they would send a completely different sized shirt as the surprise (I guess that is the surprise?). So apparently do not fall for the hype around these shirts.

Every item of clothing that I have received from true classics feels like it is tailored to my body type. I recently have lost 40lbs and I wore true classic before and looked great, now I wear it and I look amazing!

After losing a few pounds I noticed my xl's were fitting a little loose but wasn't sure if I was ready for a large. I sent a message to ask if I would be able to return a smaller size if they were too tight. I got a quick response telling me that I could. I placed an order and received the shirts and they fit great!

Ordered several tees and polos on sale to try out the brand. Since it is an online brand in 2023, I assumed they would have a decent policy for returns, especially with the claims of fitting well. Tried on the shirts and the fit was awful. Tees and polos were different lengths, everything was way too tight, especially the polos. Contacted customer support and they recommended I exchange for the same size I bought. Tried to return and found out sale items are not returnable. Apparently the only way to see that they weren't returnable was to open up the description "spoiler" boxes on the page. Customer service rep got very snarky when I commented on this. "Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our marketing, it's always fun to hear."
Since posting this review, was contacted by their team and offered a full refund.

We did refund this customer's order in full, and asked that he donate the tees. We offered a reshipment a couple of times, and he did not reply.
The customer service is really good. They respond fast. The only problem I have is I tried to order and it didn't worked. My bank account got the transaction but I didn't received an Order number. When I wrote to them they replied really fast and told me that it is normal they are just holding my money (which is really weird but ok). They told me I will get reimbursed in a few day. But the next day I woke up and received an order number. In the order it was essentially the same thing but without the fast shipping they froze in my account. So I tried to write to them today, but they are not responding. I am getting tired of this and I just want them to give me back my money.

I was able to pull up the email, and you had initially said the tees that arrived incorrectly were: white (TCT4200WHITEL) and the Heather Light Gray (TCT4000HLGRYL). Since you ordered large and sent over the large SKU, and no photos were sent to our agent, we thought you meant the tees were size large, but fit like an XL. Definitely a human error on our part. I'll reply back to your ticket, as we're so sorry the wrong size was sent. We reached out several times to this customer, and sent the right sizes out. We never heard back.
