I recently took the leap and ordered a 9-pack of crew neck T-Shirts from True Classic over Fresh Clean and a couple other options. The fit guide is nice in theory, however, it turns out that I am really between sizes which would have been great to be alerted to at checkout. Combined with overshrinking (more than 5% they say), I should have ordered a different size and I was disappointed to have these be too small after an initial light wash and dry.

I attempted to reach out to Customer Service through the website on my iPhone but the interface wouldn't let me submit it - it errored out when it tried to do the human authorization. The great news, the Social Media support (especially from Adan) were timely, understanding, and helpful. They helped me get another order and on top of that asked me to donate the previous articles that didn't fit.

I will definitely buy again assuming the better size goes well!

These guys are the real deal, not only is the product as good as they say but the service they provide as an online retailer is better than you would expect from any bricks and mortar store! I am not going to go into detail because i would hate for someone to take advantage of their generosity, but suffice to say, i made a basic error in ordering which could only be seen as my responsibility, but the heights in what true classic went to, to satisfy me as a customer was extraordinary, 5 stars is not nearly enough! Well done true classic, you are growing loyal customers and will create longevity and years of success!

I live in a confusing apartment complex. When I had placed my order things in life were busy and work was even worse, so I lost track. Literally. I couldn't find the package. I called UPS, USPS, FedEx (wasn't even in the process, I was just desperate)...nothing. I tried contacting True Classic through the chat platform and didn't have the best success. Reaching out via Facebook was the best move, and the support was REAL. There was humor (as in advertising), reassurance, and understanding.
I didn't expect any of the three and was very happy with their response given my MONTH delay in reporting the problem. 80 hour work weeks will do that to anyone, but still, I was in the wrong. True classic made it right.

I purchased a couple of products to try and I am very satisfied with the whole experience.
The site is good and simple to navigate, the shipping is great! Although I live outside US (Mexico) it only took around 5-6 days...and the product is very comfortable to wear and looks even better!

I discovered True Classic by watching an ad somewhere on IG or YT and was at first skeptical because it sounded too good and unrealistic. Then I decided to give it a fair try by ordering around 15 T-shirts of different colors. If it did not suit me I could ship them back anyway, even from Switzerland which was very practical. My order was sent really fast and I received it a few days later. Please note that for my shipment, I did not have to pay any border fees in addition.

Honestly, I could not be more satisfied with what I received. All of what I had purchased arrived, and they even gifted some additional T-shirts when you purchase enough. The colors are great, no useless logo or decoration on it, just a plain T-shirt and that is all what I was asking for. And it fits absolutely perfectly. The brand often advertises that it's great for people that have maybe some fat, but I have been working out for some time now, and these T-shirts make me look really good. My arms and my chest look bigger and it's not too long, fits the neck perfectly as well. The quality of the textile is great as well and they don't come out of the washing machine with too much creases. And all of that for a very reasonable price. Thank you True Classic!
