Discounts with a catch

I purchased one shirt to see if I liked them or not. I was promised a 25% discount on my next purchase if I would write a review. I wrote a good review and received the discount coupon. When I tried to use the coupon, I got an error message saying I could not use the 25% discount coupon on sale items. When I go to the grocery store, I use discount coupons on sale items all the time. I use coupons on sale items at other store as well. In todays market, I am always looking for a good deal. I don't feel like a discount with with strings attached is a good. I didn't place another order and I probably want again.

I placed an order for a 3-pack of shirts. I liked the fit, but not the color and chose to swap them for a different color, as well as the v-neck instead of the crew. When I initially reached out to customer service over the phone the lady was incredibly courteous and helpful. She sent me a return shipping label while I was on the phone with her, and ensured me that all I needed to do was package the shirts and mail them back using the return label, and doing so would initiate the swap. She specifically told me there was nothing more I needed to do. Two weeks went by and I did not receive the shirts I returned, prompting me to check the tracking to confirm they received my return. They had,
I decided to do an online chat with a customer service rep to find out the status of my swap. This particular lady had a rude sort of tone to her responses, as she made it seem like I had somehow dropped the ball by not calling to tell them that I had returned the other shirts. I explained that I was never given those instructions, and had done exactly what I was told to do. I wondered why I would need to call since they should have gotten notified as soon the return shipping label was scanned at the post office. Anyway, the shirts were shipped the following day and hopefully I'll receive them soon.

Thanks for this review, Daniel. We do not have notifications from our warehouse when packages are returned. I did pull up your initial ticket with Emily; and it looks like she did ask for you to let us know when that package was returned. We are more than happy to process an exchange as soon as we can see tracking shows it en route to our warehouse; we want that process to be hassle free and I am so sorry we let you down. I have reached out, as well, on your initial ticket.

Classy customer service

I purchased a crew neck and although it fit me great, was light and soft, it had a flaw in it that I wasn't happy with so I contacted customer support. I received a reply within minutes and they were apologetic and sent me out a replacement T-shirt. All within a few minutes. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the support I received. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Definitely a classy company.

True to their word!

Tees are really flattering! Just like the ads promised they are tight where you want them and a bit loose where you don't. Bought 3 as a starter pack for my husband, then came back and ordered 9 more! It's all he wears now. Love that they don't have any designs either - plain, goes with everything, and great fit!

Best Teeshirt You Will Ever Own!

The quality of the product and the caring that goes into design, fit, softness and durability are apparent each time I pull one of your tee's over my head. I'm an athletic man in my 50's who works out hard and is proud of being fit - but who is not comfortable dressing like an Avenger. Your tees allow me to feel great and show my fitness in an adult manner. I have also washed your tees myself and through a laundry service and they are holding up wonderfully. True Classic tees look amazing, feel great, and add to my overall happy demeanor.

New ones are better

Good fit but if you work out in the shirt it really retains the armpit odor because it is not all cotton and they don't breath. Even after washing they stink!
Classic Tees was quick to respond to me and sent me 3 new tees that have been upgraded and they definitely breath better and feel more comfortable.

Excellent Customer Service

When I received my last shipment of TCT T-Shirts, the color was not what I was expecting. I sent an email to support with pictures of the new shirts and my old shirts next to it with the color I expected. Within minutes I receive a message stating that they would replace the order. Then, within minutes I received the new order. It's very rare these days to receive such prompt response and support. Excellent customer service. I have been ordering from TCT for the past couple years and will continue to do so. Their clothes aren't cheap, but they are super comfortable and their customer service is awesome.

I have two orders thus far. 1 T shirt six pack and 1 three pack of white T's. One of the T's became loose around neck. Within minutes of my inquiry with them they had agreed to advance replace my T. Now that's class!

I have ordered a good amount of products and have been happy with every single item. I screwed up a size on one of my orders and had to return something, and their customer service couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I'm happy to see they are developing more clothing items, because I plan to only wear their clothes since they not only are very comfy, they fit right, the pricing is awesome and their customer service is spectacular.

Awesome from the point of ordering to checkout, super easy. If there is a mistake that needs correction wrong size, color, etc. super easy to contact customer service, trust me I know, I have done it numerous times. Over all can't wait for my buttons downs that I just ordered.
